Personell was very helpful. I received an upgrade to a suite as my room was not ready yet at my arrival. Tram stop right in front of the hotel

The hotel was perfect, but I received an email, looking as it was from the Tamani hotel through Booking, saying that there is a problem with my credit card information and I should fill in an online form with my payment information, otherwise my reservation would be cancelled - this after I had already checked in and payed. The front desk manager checked it and informed that the email is not from them and that it is very probably a scam to steal my credit card information. Be careful!

The breakfast had variety. The buffet and serving area was very small and could get very crowded but the helpful attitude of the staff compensated. I overheard the duty manager training his staff on occasion. He was really involved and that made a difference. The rooms were huge and the kitchen well stocked. The gym was well stocked even for people who do more than just a basic workout. The indoor pool was heated and it was possible to bring my kids for a swim. The lady in charge at the fitness station, Malu, was always smiling and helpful. I had booked the two bedroom apartment for 5 adults/children and one toddler. Booking.com did not mention that the hotels policy allowed only 4xbreakfasts per day for that room type. At check in I was a little aggressive with the staff when told. However they were calm and assured me they would accommodate and they did. I am grateful. Booking.com should be more careful about listing the details of the booking. This hotel had everything we needed and very welcoming staff. We will be back inshallah.

Lifts are slow. Internet is brilliant in the lobby but very unreliable on higher floors. I had thought the property was walking distance to the marina walk: it’s about 15-20 minutes but not the type of walk you can bring a toddler and pram to.

The hotel is very beautiful and staff very kind. Very good and easy location. The suites were amazing and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped and suitable for our needs. The cleaners came every day and they were so polite. They also did the dishes for us. Not used to this kind of a 5-star service. The breakfast-room was way too small for all the guest and we had to wait more than 30minutes to get food one morning. This was a bit bummer. It didn't take that long next morning thou. The breakfast buffet was great and the chefs made you different kindsof eggs and pancaces from order, superb. One day we asked prices for a rental car from the reseption, but they couldn't help us at all, just cave me a number where to ask about it and kept telling us that The prises debend on The size of a vehicle and rental days. Like we didn't know this already. This also was a bit down on. Overall very good experience.

The location of this hotel is great, right behind the tram that connects well to the marina and metro stations. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are huge. The breakfast is fresh and the chefs and breakfast staff very kind. The health club staff is nice and welcoming as well.

Several members traveling with us have Israeli passports. Upon our check past midnight, we were asked for the passports which we gave the reception manager /bald, heavy-set, middle-eastern man/. He looked at them and paused for a few moments. He said nothing to us the entire time he checked us in. We expected a 'welcome' or 'enjoy your stay at our hotel' or to tell us when the breakfast is, or a smile. We received nothing. We were given the passports back with an unpleasant look and he stared at us as we walked away.

everything - location, hospitality, breakfast buffet, spacious apartment, excellent wifi! no complaints whatsover. we were a family of 5 including a toddler and it was our first visit to Dubai. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. With tram station just a few steps away, it was an ideal location for our family. Special mention to Adwaith who eagerly helped us with the luggage and to the chef at the live counter who makes the perfect omelettes! The breakfast spread had everything we could ask for and had a few variations everyday. I'd definitely consider Tamani if I visit Dubai again in the future! Just confirm if tourism fee is included/excluded in charges paid on Booking. The lady at the reception mistakenly charged us again for that but she soon realised her mistake and assured us it will be reverted.

The room was quite spacious with a partial sea view. Breakfast options were excellent. The room amenities were great. Room service provided daily. Indoor and outdoor pools were relaxing. A tram station is a few feet away.Baggage storage was available after the check out. Riva beach club access was provided (on a charge) with 20% on all purchases at the bar.

Asked for 1h early check in and didn't get a decisive reply. Then asked for an on time check in at 1400 and was told it was noted but we got in at 14:45. Too small of a dining area for the size of the hotel. Should stay in a line during the breakfast rush hours (9:00-10:00). Staff were not quite accurate about what had been loaded in the mini bar. As a result, we were tried to be charged with things that we hadn't been taken from the mini bar. Staff were friendly and voided that though. Safe box was.there in a closet but not plugged in and not screwed to the ground. Laundry detergent could be provided.

The room was clean and big eventhough it was a single room. The tram stop was directly in front of the hotel, making public transportation easily usable. For Dubai, this is very rare. Also a market and a pharmacy are in 2 minutes walking distance. Even you could go Dubai Marina on foot. Even you could online some products from them online to the hotel.

In the mornings, outside noise is a bit disturbing, especially honks. Also there was a missing hair dryer in my room. Breakfast was ok, but number of tables in the cafeteria was not enough.

I think the breakfast was very good and varied for my 4days stay. Tram station is right next to the hotel for easy access to the marina, which was also within walking distance. The bed was comfy and rooms felt clean. I got upgraded from a single room to a 2bedrooms apartment with 3bathrooms, huge salon and a big kitchen, which was quite a surprise, but to be honest not very necessary :)

The rooms are clearly quite dated by now and could use some renovation. You could hear some random cracking sounds in the walls/windows and some louder cars passing by, but not too terrible.
