Arjaan by Rotana, Dubai Mediacity, is a class apart in terms of comfort and architecture. Our 2 bedroom sea-facing suite on the 25th floor took our breath away with the stunning view. We were able to see the entire Marina stretch including Ain Dubai, Burj Al Arab, the Yachts, and the parachuting sky divers. By night, all these landmarks turn into a dazzling display of light and sound, giving us yet another view and experience. The mini apartment, the space we called home for 6 nights, served us well when we wanted to take a break from eating out or just relax without an itinerary. Right from check-in till check-out, my parents and I were taken care of very well - the entire staff from reception to room service to Kaza and team from F&B to Nathaan at baggage were attentive, patient, and cordial, making our stay pleasant and satisfying.

You can't even complain even if you tried! That was my first thought, the moment you step in the lobby, and see smily faces everywhere, you will realize you have landed in good hands, staff are extremely happy and kind, especially in the restaurant, I met amazing team including Win, Ayfor, and Althea and Chefs٫ who made my day with thier professional attitude and great hospitality, they even surprised me with nice celebration for my birthday, 🎂🎊, I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone who is looking for beyond Great experience, good job Arjaan team for what you are doing, you are the best, and I guarantee this would be future relaxing destination everytime I visit Dubai!

One thing I didn't like which is the isolation of rooms, even in 12th floor you can still hear the traffic and horn from the main road and inside the room you hear everyone talks in the corridor, except this, everything was nice.

For an Eid stay, I was not expecting the Early check in I had requested and the late check out as well. It's the first time Any hotel has done that on a peak season. The size of the rooms also surprised me. Their one and 2 bedroom suites are massive. And unlike many hotels, Non smoking rooms are Really Non.smoking! Many 4 star hotels claim non smoking but always have a whiff of smoking scent coming from it. My rooms were Very lung friendly :) and there was minimal disturbance from housekeeping staff for cleaning or otherwise the following Day, no unnecessary disturbance. It's been my best Eid relaxation experience so far.

Theres a makeover happening at the external structure of the hotel, so the construction noise was a bit annoying, but I guess that will be taken care of once the renovation is over.

all the hotel staff are excellent, the reception guys and ladies friendly and professional and they answer the phone fast we really felt like we are in 5 starts hotel not a 4 starts , and also a big shoutout to vallet parking guys working outside in this hot weather and still manages to smile and welcome you to the hotel like they are welcoming you to their own house the day and night shift guys both are amazing I dont remember the names but each and everyone of them on day and night shift, big shout out and I hope they are recognized for their efforts

As always it is an excellent hotel with everything specially with all the staff in the reception and I want name the staff such as Ms.Ranim and Mr.Ziyad & Mr.Hammad as well for thier welcoming reception and always makes me feel like I'm part of this property and I'll be always staying at this hotel whenever I'm visiting Dubai🙏 Everything was outstanding in terms of services and housekeeping were very helpful and working very very hard to gain my satisfaction😊 Kindly note I'm seeking to be a member in this hotel. Splendid. The staff was very professional, always striving to accommodate and assist, The room/apartment has the vibe of the "old school" hotels - with branded paper sheets and pencils on the desk, more than enough drawers and appliances, but in the same with all needed modern conveniences. The rooms are not with the outlook of contemporary hotels - all white and LEDs, which is not to the taste of our younger, but are saying "solid. hotel." Having received an unasked-for upgrade was a nice touch - we were suited in a 3 BR apartment that will be quite comfortable for 6, with space to spare; in our case that would've been a bedroom for each ;) The breakfast was quite good too, continental style with quite a few options, well prepared. All in all - higly recommended, with great price/quality ratio; take it with a a grain of salt from a random person on internet - we were in 4 for 8 days in Dubai, price range: this and higher ;)

Probably the size of the pool, I can imagine it getting a bit crowded in high season; hardly a problem during our stay, though.

During our long stay at Arjaan we were so impressed. Everyone who works there is so incredibly friendly and helpful. It was so nice everyday coming down and being greeted with such warm and welcoming staff. The rooms were great but it’s the staff that made it exceptional! Special mention to Satyam, Asher, Asif, Harish and Sameer. Each of them greeted us kindly every day, kept our room immaculate and made our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I am very happy with my stay at Arjaan by Rotana. The service is excellent, and the staff are welcoming and professional. The cleaning team are especially polite and helpful – special thanks to Jonita, Satyam, Israel, and John for making my stay comfortable. I was also very pleased with the room upgrade, which came with a much better view. The restaurant is another highlight – I truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Overall, I am very satisfied and would be happy to stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at Arjan by Rotana Hotel. The view was stunning, and the room, including the balcony, was clean and spacious. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the room service was excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel restaurant closes early at 6 PM, but thankfully, we were able to order food by the swimming pool. While they do not serve alcoholic beverages, shisha is available near the pool, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
