My mother, daughter and I had the pleasure of spending lovely 4-day stay at The Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort in Dubail. The location was absolutely beautiful. The staff members from every department were not only professional, and friendly, but went out of their way to anticipate our needs. I felt like royalty. The room was spacious, the beds crispy white. The mattress and pillows so soft and cusheny gave the sense of what it would be to sleep on a cloud. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. Everything about the hotel was impeccable. It was clean, stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The choice to eat, Asian, Mexican, Italian was a delectable delight. The staff at each dining hall provided excellent attentive and efficient service. Our stay was unparalleled and pleasant. I plan to return for a visit in the future.

We were on half board. Notwithstanding, the drinks were prohibitively expensive!

Wonderful hotel, even though it is children friendly it was peaceful, clean and just a beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings. The beach was big and nice with some toys for the children and not crowded at all. Our 6- and 8-year old boys loved the water park and its slides. It was also very safe with life guards everywhere. The kids area with both outside and inside activities was absolutely amazing. Our kids loved it and it felt very safe to leave them in the caring and attentive hands of the very nice staff there. Everything was just perfect. Thank you!

we had a pretty wild weekend for a friend's birthday but the staff were great and took care of us really well. the food and the brunch was amazing

This is for sure 5 stars hotel! I just spend 4 days with my daughter at Westin and we had an amazing time! From checking to check out everything went great. Staff is incredible, food was very good, room is beautiful, nice and clean; pool and water park is cherry on top. High recommended specially if you are looking for kid friendly hotel. Highlight: room service! We order daily and it was always very quickly and food is very good quality! Highlight 2: friendly staff! From breakfast, to water park, room service… not sure how you guys trained all your employees but you did an amazing job… they are the best! I’m already looking forward to come back and stay at Westin again!

It was negative situation but it was handle beautifully by the employees and manager on duty. I got to my hotel after an afternoon out to find my room opened! I called reception right away and besides food and drinks missing I didn’t see any personal items missing. Manager very quickly reviewed security camera and saw it was mistake by one of their employees who were supposed to remove the items from different room. They assured me according to the cameras nobody had access to my room and since nothing was missing I let it go. Again, it could be bad situation but hotel staff handle it so well.

We love the swimming pool areas and the integrated waterpark. The executive floor offers amazing services and great views. The variety of restaurants on premise is great.

Since they finalized the W, it is very crowded, especially in the pool areas, beach and breakfast. The staff only cleans the leaves in the swimming pools at the end of the day, which means that the pools get a dirty look aspect. The kids club is only opened until 6 pm, which is far too early. The beds in the room are too small. The filtered water that is served everywhere in the resort has a strange taste. There is major construction nearby, making a lot of noise 24 - 7.

First of all I would like to thank the resort’s staff, they been amazing & professional starting from reception team Nashika , Sergio, Safa & others . Concierge well trained , the staff at the beach and pools including water park being amazingly supportive . Kitchens teams been wow and fast . Some suggestions, Food could be upgraded for better quality cuisine , beach need some cleaning maintenance. I do recommend this wonderful place to everyone and I’m planing already my next stay at the resort. Lovely team thanks

This is a lovely hotel and although we weren't here for long it was great for the three night stay, we wanted somewhere with access to a beach and within walking distance of other eateries apart from the hotel which this hotel provides. The hotel is huge but the staff are extremely welcoming, particularly in Mina's kitchen the staff are really helpful, the food choice is extensive. The beach for the adult area isn't huge so fills up quick but good to have the option of adult only areas, as this hotel is located right next to a waterpark so a lot of families do stay here and it's a perfect for a vacation. The pools are clean and spacious as are the rooms. Its an easy stay for a couple of nights and would highly recommend for families as the facilities for kids are great!

We opted for a sea view which we did get, but unfortunately there were repairs on the lap pool so the building works were all we could hear and see, it was also a shame the lap pool wasn't open as we are both keen swimmers. The service at Bussola by Mare was pretty poor, over an hour wait for a pizza was terrible but every other restaurant we tried was superb! The hotel is expensive as is Dubai overall now and the traffic down to this hotel from the airport can take some time so leave plenty of time if catching a flight during rush hour!

Honestly this resort is beyond luxury and comfort! Very clean resort and beach, many amenities, beautiful events! The food is very tasty whether you choose room service dining or from the multiple restaurants you find onsite. Rooms are very big and luxurious with a spectacular view. Staff is friendly without being too forthcoming. Location, location, location ❤️... walking distance from Marina Walk and avoiding traffic to other attractions. It was worth it! 😉

Only complaint is the service offered by their steak restaurant... but this does not change the fact that they go above and beyond to accommodate all their guests.

Hotel was amazing. Breakfast served buffet style with the staff taking orders for coffee/tea at table. Lots of restaurants to choose from - steak, Asian, Italian, Spanish tapas to name a few. We especially loved the secret bar. The pool area was fabulous. We used the adult only pool, where you have to reserve beds. This is especially busy at weekends but the staff we able to accommodate us. Gorgeous restaurant by the pool & you can also order to eat on your sunbed. Plenty of umbrellas around the pool for shade too. We stayed all-inclusive and we feel this was well worth paying for. Most of the restaurant menus allow you to have pretty much anything on the AI package, which a 10-20 AED supplement on more expensive items, eg Steak. We checked out on our last day at 12 noon but were not flying until the early hours the following day. Special mention to Omar who allowed us to keep our room on a little longer so we could thoroughly enjoy our last day around the pool & freshen up afterwards. We were also able to use the spa shower facilities if needed. We also booked The Roast by Bubbalicious , held in Mina’s Kitchen on Sundays. The selection of food was tremendous, all amazing. Well worth a visit. We shall be back!

Only a small niggle, was that we weren’t informed that beds had to be reserved in the adult area. But there are plenty of beds around other pools & on the beach.
