New hotel, well decorated both the hotel and the room. Everything is new, clean, fresh, excellent cleaning. There is a coffee machine and plenty of water in the room. Lovely spa, great massage, I want to go there again

The hotel is located in the middle of noway. The metro is very far away. The pool is located in such a way that you go to it through the restaurant where people have breakfast. It's very uncomfortable Small gym and few exercise equipment. The staff all need a break

Staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. They were available 24/7 to help, answered all my questions, and helped me with all my requests. Definitely, a 5 star service providing hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful experience at the (Grand Plaza). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Will recommend to any one! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The first hotel I been to with a 24 hr gym😍

I booked for breakfast for six days but they don't change food so i got bored with the same food every day

Rooms could be cleaned a bit better, the carpet was quite dusty, especially in the corners, there was a beer bottle top under the bed when I checked in. The hotel is located quite far from the metro station.

I was given an upgraded room with a nice view of the Palm and the sea. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and quiet. Special thanks to Mr. Kamal from Housekeeping who took care of my room. The room was always exceptionally clean and well organized thanks to him.

Hotel is far from way from business focused locations such as World Trade Center. Therefore, taxi or Uber costs quite high from the hotel to reach to these places. Downtown is also far.

It’s a quiet hotel nicely located for business trips. It’s right on Sheikh Zayed Road in Media City with a very easy access by car from the main road. I had my meetings between the Palm, Marina Gate, Al Barsha and Emirates Hills and it was 15 to 25 minutes to commute to either location. And it’s also comfortable to have on premises meetings. The rooms are quiet (I had mine directly facing Sheikh Zayed Road), nicely designed and furnished, with a spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Rather nice breakfast with a choice of healthy food. Very friendly, accommodative and helpful staff.

It would be good to have more vegetarian choices for breakfast

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Hotel in Dubai Internet City during a recent business trip, and I must say – it exceeded my expectations on every level. From the moment I checked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s atmosphere is refined yet comfortable, making it a perfect blend for both business and relaxation. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed – ideal for winding down after a long day of meetings. The location is also excellent, especially if you’re in town for work around Media City, Internet City, or the Marina area. One standout highlight of my stay was Slice, the restaurant on the ground floor. The food was exceptional – flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. But what truly made the experience memorable was the attentive and friendly staff. The service was consistently top-notch, and I found myself going back more than once during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Plaza Mövenpick to anyone visiting Dubai for business or leisure. I’ll certainly be returning on my next trip.

Everything exceeded expectations. Incredibly kind and helpful staff at all points, really clean and comfortable rooms with all desired conveniences, delicious breakfast and food. The gym and spa were clean and well equipped and I had an excellent massage there.

I think they could have more than one shower room in the gym and the changing room felt a little cramped. Also a wider choice of international TV channels in the room would have been nice. The location is good but the road network around the hotel is new and perhaps a little confusing which seems to delay taxis a bit.

Room Room Service Staff Service Spa Salon Pool I had the Superior Room for myself, staying 2 nights. I was kindly provided an upgrade upon arrival to a Sea facing room. The room service I ordered on the Friday night was extremely tasty and a wonderful portion size. For my first morning at the hotel I ordered the continental breakfast. Again this was very filling and clearly great quality products. I spent most of my Saturday at the spa / salon. The 1 hour massage and 1 hour fascial were the best treatment's I've ever received at Movenpick Hotel. The nail stylist was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel at ease. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive during my stay. I've stayed in Movenpicks in many locations, the last was in Marrakesh. This was wholeheartedly the best one I have stayed in to date. Thank you to all who work there for a fabulous and relaxing stay! Kind regards, Brogan

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with high-quality bedding that made for a very comfortable and restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the breakfast — a great variety of fresh, delicious options that were beautifully presented and served in a pleasant atmosphere. It was the perfect way to start the day. I would also like to give special thanks to Anas, who took excellent care of me during my stay. He was attentive, kind, and very professional — truly a credit to the team.
