New hotel, well decorated both the hotel and the room. Everything is new, clean, fresh, excellent cleaning. There is a coffee machine and plenty of water in the room. Lovely spa, great massage, I want to go there again

The hotel is located in the middle of noway. The metro is very far away. The pool is located in such a way that you go to it through the restaurant where people have breakfast. It's very uncomfortable Small gym and few exercise equipment. The staff all need a break

Staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. They were available 24/7 to help, answered all my questions, and helped me with all my requests. Definitely, a 5 star service providing hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

that I couldn't stay longer

Everything was up to expectations, all the staff were really nice and very helpful, it indicates a strong management behind it all.. A special thanks to Mr.OJ at the guest service They offered free chocolate tray at certain time at the reception , it was heaven for the kids .

-The shower had hot water only. Already informed the receptionist to get it fixed. -The room fridge had malfunction, the staff offered the maintenance team to get it fixed. -During our stay the swimming pool was under maintenance, however we were given another option beach side with free transportation. Wish we were told about it prior. But the staff tried hard to please us . So it’s ok.

Rooms could be cleaned a bit better, the carpet was quite dusty, especially in the corners, there was a beer bottle top under the bed when I checked in. The hotel is located quite far from the metro station.

I had a wonderful experience at the (Grand Plaza). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Will recommend to any one! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The first hotel I been to with a 24 hr gym😍

I booked for breakfast for six days but they don't change food so i got bored with the same food every day

It’s a quiet hotel nicely located for business trips. It’s right on Sheikh Zayed Road in Media City with a very easy access by car from the main road. I had my meetings between the Palm, Marina Gate, Al Barsha and Emirates Hills and it was 15 to 25 minutes to commute to either location. And it’s also comfortable to have on premises meetings. The rooms are quiet (I had mine directly facing Sheikh Zayed Road), nicely designed and furnished, with a spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Rather nice breakfast with a choice of healthy food. Very friendly, accommodative and helpful staff.

It would be good to have more vegetarian choices for breakfast

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Hotel in Dubai Internet City during a recent business trip, and I must say – it exceeded my expectations on every level. From the moment I checked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s atmosphere is refined yet comfortable, making it a perfect blend for both business and relaxation. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed – ideal for winding down after a long day of meetings. The location is also excellent, especially if you’re in town for work around Media City, Internet City, or the Marina area. One standout highlight of my stay was Slice, the restaurant on the ground floor. The food was exceptional – flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. But what truly made the experience memorable was the attentive and friendly staff. The service was consistently top-notch, and I found myself going back more than once during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Plaza Mövenpick to anyone visiting Dubai for business or leisure. I’ll certainly be returning on my next trip.

Everything exceeded expectations. Incredibly kind and helpful staff at all points, really clean and comfortable rooms with all desired conveniences, delicious breakfast and food. The gym and spa were clean and well equipped and I had an excellent massage there.

I think they could have more than one shower room in the gym and the changing room felt a little cramped. Also a wider choice of international TV channels in the room would have been nice. The location is good but the road network around the hotel is new and perhaps a little confusing which seems to delay taxis a bit.

I was given an upgraded room with a nice view of the Palm and the sea. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and quiet. Special thanks to Mr. Kamal from Housekeeping who took care of my room. The room was always exceptionally clean and well organized thanks to him.

Hotel is far from way from business focused locations such as World Trade Center. Therefore, taxi or Uber costs quite high from the hotel to reach to these places. Downtown is also far.

The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with high-quality bedding that made for a very comfortable and restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the breakfast — a great variety of fresh, delicious options that were beautifully presented and served in a pleasant atmosphere. It was the perfect way to start the day. I would also like to give special thanks to Anas, who took excellent care of me during my stay. He was attentive, kind, and very professional — truly a credit to the team. Overall, I was very impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
