I liked the large studio for a good rate, the location is ideal near to pubs, restaurants, cafe and supermarkets. The staff are helpful but Vikas stood out among the rest, he was doing everything. He assisted me at check-in and showed me how to get to the car park, he assisted with my luggage bith during check in & check out. The kitchen is almost complete. The AC in this building is cold. The pool is covered and the gym is small but adequate.

I was briefed that water was only provided on the first day, so I had to order water from the shop daily. I had to bring my own dishwashing and laundry soap and I had to buy a dish rack. To be fair, Amazon delivers the next day and they're not too expensive.

Staff attention to host, rapidness to attend requests and solve them, cleaning, WiFi quality, good room size and decently furnished & decorated, air conditioning temperature control, no disturbing neighbor.

The hotel location is not that close to metro station, HVAC system a bit noisy.

The staff are accommodating and welcoming.They are very warm.The place is nice.Our room is huge and ambience was romantic. We are very grateful and the value of our money is precious.

Shower room is slippery,if you Can put non slip mat to avoid accident.

Location allows walking distance to main activities. Apt. is equipped with good facilities and accessories

Staff were great. Charmy in particular was super helpful when booking.com messed up the refunds and changes i made in the booking. Location was great. Bit of a walk to the Metro (15min walk). Not great during the day but was fine in the evening. Kitchenette had everything I needed - fridge microwave washing machine kettle etc.

Bathroom could've been cleaner. Bit of grime around the sink that they don't really clean properly. Also, the tub/shower had a shower curtain instead of a glass screen, which is also a hot attraction point for germs and grime. In general they could do a little more to step up the cleaning, but only a little more. It's not that drastic.

The hotel apartment has all the essentials to stay for an extended self-catered length of time, including pool and gym, and the staff are super nice and very helpful. Third time staying here as it's always a safe bet.

It only has the essentials, and the rooms lack a bit of personal touch and soft furnishing. It wouldn't cost much to easily upgrade the rooms with things like fruit bowls, vases for flowers, home decorations, etc. to make it feel more homely during your stay. It feels a bit sparse, and the cabinetry is a bit old, with some hinges damaged.
