I liked that the housekeeper did a great job, always paid attention to details. I am working for a 5*Forbes hotel in a leading position and I know how important is the quality of this service

I didn't like the breakfast and the dinner. Basically, for the dinner you have what is left from the breakfast and something else...but the same everyday..

The breakfast was very good for a 4-star hotel. The restaurant staff was also good for breakfast time. Among the hotel staff, Mr. Ali, one of the receptionists, was a polite and nice person. The other receptionists were not bad either. Also, the hotel location was very good.

The hotel lobby and the concierge were not up to my expectations. This could be because I have always stayed in 5 star hotels before and it may have been acceptable compared to other 4 star hotels. Of course, I am also very dissatisfied with the support of the booking site. After the reservation, the customer is almost left without support.

The hotel has a very good location - it is a 10-minute walk from the metro Dubai Internet City and 100 m from the bus line, which will take you e.g. to Dubai Marina. There is a 24/7 open shop in the building, which is very convenient. Nearby (3-8 min walk) there are 2-3 restaurants where you can eat very well and cheaply. There is also a large supermarket nearby. The rooms are ok, cleaned every day. Well soundproofed, no noise from the street. We booked 2 rooms for 2 families. Initially, we were assigned one of the rooms smaller than the one booked, but it was easily changed to a slightly larger one with an additional sofa, suitable for a family with 2 children. Staff very nice and helpful. Very good breakfasts, large selection of products, everyone will find something for themselves. Pool open until 10 p.m. Great internet. We are very pleased with our stay at Golden Tulip Media Hotel.

The hotel declares that it has a bus that takes guests to the beach. In practice, it looks like this: it can only take a limited number of people from several hotels, some people will not be able to get into it. The bus is allocated by the government, the Hotel has no influence on its size, but Hotel should inform you that the capacity of the bus is limited and not everyone can get on. However, access to the beach by public transport is neither difficult nor long, so you can easily get there on your own. No problem at all. However, we appreciate the hotel's help. As soon as half of our family could fit into the beach bus, the hotel organized its own small bus for us, in which my husband and our second child reached us.

My family and I loved this hotel. from the moemnt we arrived till we left we were treated with extreme kindness. My kids would run all over the place yet Mary and Ivy would go out of their way to help calm them and never seemed displeased. Honestly a beautiful place to be. The rooms are extremely comfortable. Beds were a dream. Will definitely consider this hotel when i visit next. Breakfast was on another level. A bit of everything. They gave us so many advices on where to go and what to do. It was an amazzing expreince.

The only thing i would improve a bit is the dinner. it was quite monotonus and a couple of times i aked for fries as my kids wouln't eat much and i couldn't get them.

The hotel was fantastic. They allowed us an early check in, already around 10 o'clock in the morning. The staff is extremely friendly, as well as the employees at the reception, who did everything to make us enjoy our stay at the hotel. the rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean, and the employees came to meet us every day for everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, the location good, bearing in mind that you need a taxi wherever you go. Pool is very nice. The hotel also organized a free shuttle service to jbr beach and several shopping centers. rating 10 for the entire stay. Usually i dont write so long reviews, but this hotel and employees really deserved this.

Arrived very early 6am but no early check in until after 10am. We were able to leave bags. Staff very helpful and got a free upgrade. Room clean and very comfortable bed. I was able to get some fresh milk for the tea/coffee to keep in the mini bar. Breakfast was OK, egg chef doing omelettes and fried eggs.

It was a bit further from the station than expected. Some yoghurt would be nice with the fruit at breakfast. The free shuttle to the beach is a joke. Only goes 3 times a day and only has 30 seats and picks up at other hotels on the street too. There is no queuing or reservation system and fairness and manners do not exist.

All the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and well-mannered. This was the 2nd time we stopped at this hotel, and we continue to book here on our future visits. All staff took great care of us and made sure our stay was pleasant and safe. We looked forward to greeting them every day, and likewise, they did the same. Cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10. Customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel. Even if you visit on your own, you will not feel alone. A special thank you to Peter, Micheal, and all the security staff excellent at their jobs made sure we arrived back at our hotel safely day and night. Prashanth, Sherif, Ali, and concierge staff, we looked forward to seeing you all every day . There is nothing to dislike

We loved the location of the hotel. Also the staff were friendly. Really appreciated the hospitality provided by the restaurant manager MARY. With that smile always there when we went for breakfast or whatever we saw her. The rest of the restaurant staff were also very friendly.

We are always go around the world for holiday but the Golden Tulip Media Hotel is one of the best hotel we ever stayed in terms of comfort, cleanliness, great food , wonderful environment and all the staff namely Jenellyn, Marilyn, Francis, Islam, Gamal, Dulanji , the Chefs Anthony and Yasser , Usama, Salim, Ali, Kadek ,Mohammed are all great, very helpful, nice people and genuinely friendly.. and also the lobby coffee shop staff like Deon, Alexis and Joseph are also very helpful and nice.. They are all the best… and we really enjoyed our stays there and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Dubai.
