We liked the cleanliness, the location, the room size, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially Mr Mahmoud and the others in the concierge, which they helped us in all our needs.

The towels used in the bathroom are a bit old and need to be changed with new ones.

I really appreciated the hotel’s travel agent who mans the desk close to the main reception. Joy was literally our ‘travel fairy godfather’ during our stay in Ramada Dubai! Big shout out to him for helping us book certain attractions we thought were impossible to ascertain due to the festive season. With good deals too. A real & friendly gentleman of a gem indeed. I also liked the complimentary water bottles given to us in the room. The bed was comfy as well and the room in its entirety is spacious too.

I was not a fan of the bathtub size and the view was a bit disappointing as we got ‘a building facing’ room. So we could only see the building right next to us which dimmed the natural lighting of the room a bit.

The staff welcomed us with great warmth and made us feel comfortable. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable, One of the two rooms given were bigger compared to the other, may be because of the toddler with us. The breakfast was good and tasty.. The reason for us to book here was to explore that area and also due to the children swimming pool. We used it in the morning hours, and our kid was extremely happy for it. Life guard person was also very cooperative and helpful. Overall, I am very much satisfied with the stay.

Pool was accessible from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm only. In the summers, I think the pool should be accessible at night as well atleast for some late hours. Although not an indoor pools, it is having a roof on top, but the summer heat does its toll on the people sitting outside the pool. We had some difficulty checking in because we forgot to bring the passport of my spouse's parents who have been staying with us on visit visa since some months. I had to travel all the way back to Flat in Sharjah to fetch them and return during a busy Saturday evening traffic. It was not because of the fault of hotel staff, but had to take that difficult path to check the parents in.

A Wonderful Stay at Ramada – Felt Like Home! I had the pleasure of staying at Ramada from June 15th to 23rd with my sister, room number 906 😍and we absolutely loved our experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very well-maintained. Every morning started right with a delicious breakfast—great variety and taste! What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to Bhawna at the reception for her warmth and professionalism—she was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Also, a special shoutout to the friendly duty manager who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we felt truly cared for. One of the best travel experiences of my life! This was our first time in Dubai and staying at this hotel made our trip truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect — from the check-in to the final goodbye. He greeted us with warmth and helped with our luggage immediately. He welcomed us with a big smile after a long and exhausting journey. He kindly arranged a late checkout and allowed us to store our luggage safely after check-out, which gave us so much flexibility on our last day. • Bhawna is the sweetest lady! She was always nearby, checking in with us, making sure everything was okay. And the highlight — she arranged a surprise birthday cake at midnight! I didn’t expect it at all, and it meant so much to me. • Sahil at the front desk was also extremely polite and attentive throughout our stay. So sweet and helpful with our late comes in the night😅 • Germae, thank you for keeping our room spotless every single day. Everything felt clean, fresh and well-maintained — like walking into a newly prepared room every time. • Waqas helped us at the end with our baggage. We were not sure that we have the right weight for airport. He kindly took our bags and didn’t hesitate to take us to a separate room with industrial scales to help weigh our bags — this was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything felt new and well taken care of. ⸻ We truly felt cared for by the entire team. The location of the hotel is in excellent position in in Barsha heights. With the options to choose on the booking of transfers to Jumeriah beach and Various Malls. From my arrival all the staff were very friendly, smiley and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious with excellent modern decor. The air conditioning was quick and temperature regulation was maintained well with the auto system that can be manual also. Room cleaning service was quick and courteous from Anish and Akash and always left the room like new, with good supplies of water and refreshments. The Front desk help for luggage from Prakesh was always willing to help make transporting any luggage easy on arrival and when leaving. Plus great help with anything required and sourcing daily taxi deals from Ligesh. This saved lots on all journeys. He also made sure you were comfortable while waiting for the taxi to arrive. He would look out for them and let me know when they had arrived. Extra effort that was really appreciated. All round a very good and helpful team that made the stay exceptional.

Staff are generally very kind and willing to help. Location is decent, about a 15 mins walk to the Dubai Internet City metro station. Decent restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, we had requested an upgrade on our arrival and we're told they would kindly accommodate us during our stay. We were told by a very kind gentleman that we would have a complimentary upgrade for the last 3 nights of our stay. However, the staff on duty the night we were supposed to move did not know and asked us to pay extra for the upgrade. The staff did not communicate it seems. They did move up for out last night and we are grateful but can't help feel we missed out on a few extra nights.

CerI had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Barsha Heights and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the service was impressive—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the night receptionist, Collins. He was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely understanding, offering the kind of warm hospitality you’d expect from a 5-star luxury hotel. His attention to detail and ability to handle guest needs with calm and class stood out. After a long journey, his welcoming approach made check-in a breeze and left a lasting positive impression. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and ideally located in Barsha Heights, close to key areas in the city. But it’s the staff like Collins who truly elevate the guest experience. I recently stayed at Ramada in Dubai and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I made my first booking, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. They sent a kind welcome message and quickly responded to my requests, including providing an invoice. It was refreshing to see how accessible and responsive they were, even late at night or early in the morning via text. Originally, I had only planned to stay for one night. However, the hospitality, cleanliness, and unbeatable value for the location made me extend my stay for two more nights—and then a third! The staff made the entire process seamless. They merged my bookings smoothly, helped me avoid changing rooms, and even arranged for payment in cash at my convenience. One small moment that really stood out: I overpaid in cash by 2 AED, and the staff member (a security guard, likely helping due to short staffing) made sure to return the change right away. That level of honesty and care says a lot about the team here. This stay was especially meaningful for me since I used to live in this area for three years. It felt like a nostalgic trip, and the hotel made it all the more special. Security at the hotel is also commendable. When I first arrived, I was politely stopped and verified before entering, which I appreciated. After checking in, they recognized me and allowed smooth access each time. That level of care makes me feel confident about bringing my family next time, especially if I need to step out for business. Another thoughtful touch: Every morning, even when I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, they would leave water bottles at my door. As a former gold member of one of the largest hotel chains in the world, I can say without hesitation that Ramada exceeded my expectations—and even outshined those major brands in service.
