The staff was extremely helpful, respectful & accommodating. Breakfast buffet was also good

I didn't like the fact that we cannot extend our stay in the same room for the same amount so we have no choice but to change hotel. We book the place for few days to see if we like it and we did! but when I was trying to extend our stay we couldn't extend anymore. My suggestion, there must be a way where guests that book 5 or more days be given a consideration to extend their stay if they choose to without increasing the rate.

Beautiful apartments Very clean Good size Good facilities Loved the lobby,as it’s got little shops and even a hair salon in the lobby. Beautiful view. Had all kitchen appliances. 2 x tv (1 in lounge,1 in bedroom) can connect to your phone and watch whatever you like. Staff was good

Service of the apartment was slightly slow. When we asked for anything they were slightly slow to deliver. But the staff was very good. Metro station was not as close as we thought.due to hot weather we had to grab taxi to reach to metro.it’s a good 20-25 minutes walk to the nearest metro station

our flat was huge and really well furnished; the view was incredible over the city (unfortunately not over the sea) the location is only good if you want to visit The Palm Jumeirah; the staff was friendly and smiling

a little impractival for visiting the rest of the city: no restaurants or underground nearby. You can only get around by taxi or car. The apartment and the corridor on our floor had a very strong rotten smell. the air conditioning could not be set to more than 24 degrees, but the thermometer never managed to exceed 22 degrees celsius: the result was that the room was always a bit cold unfortunately.

The Location of the Hotel is so convenient and very calm. we enjoyed our holiday, and the hotel is suitable for a getaway. The Staff was so friendly and the hotel was so clean. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and the ambiance is superb. The shuttle services as an addition to our stay were excellent and enabled us to visit more places than we had on the itinerary. We are grateful for the services and will surely return.

The housekeeping sometimes forgets to replace necessary items. However, the moment you call the hotel they are provided at the shortest time possible.

I stayed at Millennium Place Dubai for 4 nights. The room was nicely appointed, with a washing machine, fridge, modern toilet, and a good shower. The location is excellent, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. However, my main complaint is the noise. The walls are very thin—you can hear the TV, voices, and every sound from the room next door, which really impacted my rest. Unfortunately, that’s a deal-breaker for me. I’ve stayed here before and have noticed that the quality of rooms and apartments varies quite a lot. Unless soundproofing is improved, I’d hesitate to book the same apartment again. Please consider investing in thicker walls or better insulation.

Location was great, 10-15min by taxi to all our point of interests, hotel also provides different free shuttles which was convenient. We were in apartment building and had a small kitchen, enough to prepare a quick meal. Many different options to eat in a walking distance, also supermarkets some 10mins walk which are open 24/7. Overall very clean hotel with polite staff

Breakfast options very limited which was a surprise comparing it to other hotels in Dubai, also breakfast room too small for all the guests and we needed to wait in a queue for 15mins to get the table. Pools also too small for amount of guests and if you are not there early in the morning there is no way to get a free chair. There are 5 elevators for the apartment building, but they are not programmed well and the elevator stops almost on every floor which is quite annoying if you are on a higher floor

On this our second visit to Millennium after 2 years, we were not disappointed. The establishment is still stunning and really world class. Our room was gorgeous and spacious with a brilliant view. The extra bed was provided as requested. The rooms are absolutely clean with great facilities. The staff are friendly and definitely go the extra mile to ensure guests have an amazing experience. Fahad the concierge is an absolute gem....he takes service excellence to the nth degree, helping us arrange transfer, taxis and also enlightening us on the good attractions to visit. Ayu the lovely hostess in dining was always present seeing to any needs and always with a smile. Stunning room with all facilities working well.

Only the location....we were a bit far from airport and city centre so travel time was longer and travel to and from a bit more costly.

Prior to this stay we stayed from 18th Dec to 22nd Dec. During that stay the facilities were outstanding...we had an amazing room and view On our second stay - 2 nights the room was also good but not as wonderful as the first We stayed at Millennium 2 years ago and loved it. This is why we returned. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond to assist. Namely Fahad concierge and Ayu in dining. The room service staff are really good too and prompt. The food in room service was exceptional. The area around the establishment is really developing and 24 hour supermarket only about 10min walking distance. Lots of eateries and shop close by.

The property is a bit far from airport and city centre and the prices are a bit steep. As I mentioned our second room was not of the same standard as the first so that was a little disappointing. Also the extra bed etc was not in our room on first night and we had to request this.

Convenient place and in good shape. If the price is competitive again next time I need a hotel or hotel apartment close to this location, I will definently consider this place again.

The AC could be alot better at dehumidifying the air, when it got too humid outside during summer, the floors inside our room and toilet got wet due to humidity in the air and was really slow to dry up. Valey parking was somewhat inconvenient due to the building and the distance the employees had to drive to the backside to park the cars, better to self park most of the time. Asking reception for more towels or water was slow at times compared to other hotels, meaning the worst we tried was more than 1 hour for them to give towels at around 10 pm, so heads up, plan ahead sometimes if you set the room to Do Not Disturb so housekeeping will skip your room.
