Everything you need is always there, and there are a lot of markets and restaurants with all sorts of food nearby. • Plus, the metro station is like a 10-minute walk away. The staff and service are awesome: • The staff was seriously amazing and super quick. • The front desk team was FANTASTIC! They responded to everything right away, no matter when I asked. • Housekeeping was also super fast at helping me out. This hotel never disappoints me. I am consistently impressed by the exceptional customer service and professionalism they provide.

The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were well equipped for our stay. Buffet breakfast had everything from fresh fruit, yogurts, cheeses, meats, breads etcetera

While the rooms/apartments were spacious and well equipped and clean they were a little dated and old fashioned. They did however serve their purpose

The spa service with Laura, the Moroccan bath and excellent service from Alex - apparently he is the manager. Lobby and front desk experiences with Tharindu, Preeti, Youn, all front desk stall members. Concierge manager and workers at that desk were helpful. They helped with taxi service, express store delivery and transportation to the airport. Finally, the breakfast menu was an excellent international experience and I was able to maintain my plant-based diet. Bianca and Safinah and all the employees in the Restaurant for breakfast and dinner were helpful and attentive.

Nothing... Everything was ok But, I wish in the future little renovations to maintain that level of excellence and improve the client's experience Also, if possible to upgrade the TVs somehow so we can watch our streaming platforms like Netflix, etc

The suit was a bit outdated, but very spacious and absolute good deal for the price. The people at check in were very welcoming, special thanks to Towhid for his help. Also the chef who freshly prepared the egg dishes upon request at breakfast did a great job.

The buffet breakfast could offer more variety. Also, when some food was running out it was not filled up quickly and sometimes we needed to wait quite to long for coffee at breakfast. It was a bit chaotic.

The hotel is situated in Barsha heights, and is quite convenient for visiting the attractions on the palm or Dubai marina. The metro station is a short walk and there is a good selection of restaurants and bars in the locale. Facilities at the hotel are excellent and the restaurant is particularly good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had no complaints about the room.

Nothing really, only comment would be the room had an entranceway with a table and two chairs which I couldn't envisage anyone ever using. Apart from that anomaly, stay was perfect.
