Hotel is on good location, close to metro station and not so far from the beach. By metro you can very easy and quickly visit several places in the city. As very good benefit is also free shuttle bus to the JBR beach and several Malls for shopping. Room was very clean and comfortable. Room size is very good for stay with family. Pool on hotel roof is also very clean. Breakfast was good with enough choices for everybody. Dinner was delicious with very good taste. All hotel staff is very professional and doing very good job. I would like to special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Ali and Mr. Fabrice, because during our one week stay all our questions and requests were immediately answered & solved. Due to their perfect support was our stay at hotel for us really pleasure.

Nice view, great location very nice staff. Good breakfast but not a lot of variety.

If you stay on the 16th floor you will hear the swimming pool above you the entire night and day so be warned, it’s like sleeping inside Sea World with a dolphin constantly swimming around above you.

Perfect location, metro is right around the corner. Good connection to the beach and Dubai Marina. The service is the best, personel is always kind and helpfull. Would like to Thank to Zakir for his service. The Hotel and room were always clean, Nice pool area, good equipment in the gym. We really enjoyed stying here.

The location very close to the metro. There is a supermarket near by and a very affordable Chinese restaurant. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

Not option for free latte or cappuccino at the paid breakfast but the price of those were very reasonable.

The thing that sets this hotel apart from other are the staff. From the likes of Hamed, Mamhoud or Hamshi at reception or the concierge or the clean and waiting staff, they all make you feel so welcome. The food is great, the rooms a nice and large, there's a great rooftop pool and it's in a great location, easy to get to anywhere in Dubai either way in less than 30 minutes.

Nothing, perfect stay every time.

Great hotel. Stay from June 1-7. In a very good area, close to the "palm", center - Burj Khalifa. The subway stop is very close, you could go out the back and there was a subway 100 meters away. Room very nice, clean, cleaned every day Mr. Asanka very nice and helpful. We stayed half board - the food was very good, nothing was missing, dinner choice from the card. We would like to thank Mr. Agus for professional service in the "Ostro" restaurant

Staffs were awesome from all over the hotel, except the restaurant staff.

Restaurant too small. The guy at the reception of the resto door, asked us to come down at 10.30 as the resto was packed. So we went up and came sown at the 10.25. The breakfast buffet was nearly empty and we had only omlette . So i do not understand this logic behind

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been. Personnel: everyone are very friendly, both reception and restaurant. Thanks to reception, who printed an invoice for me and kept our luggage after checkout. Many thanks to Asif, our housekeeper, he is very friendly and always helped us. Restaurant: there're 2 restaurants in hotel, one of them with Thai food. Food is great and very delicios, wide choise of dishes. There are tables inside and outside the building, nice atmosphere. Room: perfect room with large bed and very soft bed linen Location: hotel is located near Dubai Internet City metro station, so that you can easily access to any area of the city. Plus free transfer to the beach. Also the're free swimming pool and gym in hotel.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Particularly Suwas, Ali and Lahiru who provided guidance on anything. Mahmoud at reception was amazing in helping me to extend my stay and advised me for the best possible outcome. Room was clean and practical. Breakfast was top class with a wide variety! Chefs and restaurant staff were friendly efficient and on point. Location was awesome, right next to the Dubai Internet City Metro, with a back gate to access it from the hotel instead of walking all the way around. From here, you can access pretty much any tourist attraction in Dubai. They also have shuttle services to Mercato mall, Outlet Mall and Jumeirah Beach spots. This is like a best kept secret. They should advertise this more.

Not much. Everything was mostly great. Only small thing is it would've been nice for the TV to have Chromecast or some sort of cast capability. But i just used the screen mirroring from my Samsung phone. But thats just me being pedantic. I would've given a 10/10 otherwise.
