This is a wonderful hotel I’ve stayed at few hotels in my recent travels to Dubai. But i can honestly say this is the best rooms are spacious restaurants and bars are first class. The highest of hygiene 5* then you have very friendly staff especially all the girls at reception. I arrived a little early but managed to check me in definitely a hotel i will be using on my business visit again.

Nothing I honestly cannot find anything I didn’t like .

2 items : - in 2023, it is not possible not to offer electrical outlet/socket on either or both sides of the bed for phone charging, or even better, USB sockets + electric sockets - it is also not acceptable that there is no "shattafa" in the bathroom, a bidet is unconvenient and takes a lot of room, and does not replace a shattafa. All hotels have it, why not Millenium ?

We had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Dubai! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds deserve a special mention — incredibly soft and comfortable, like being gently embraced after a long day. They have a kind of “healing” power that melts away all the fatigue. The pillows are just as amazing — the moment your head touches them, you’re off to heavenly dreams. Every member of the staff was exceptionally attentive and professional — from the concierge to room service, breakfast team, and reception. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently without a single issue. The pool is great, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing. And one of the true highlights was the breakfast: an absolute masterpiece! A luxurious buffet with an impressive variety that caters to every taste and preference. Delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Overall, we were more than satisfied — this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

The Room was amazing, so large and spacious far beyond what I expected and got a great deal. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of food on offer for all tastes, buffet style and no pressure to quickly eat and leave. Staff were attentive and they let me extend checkout for an hour which was helpful.

The dinner in the highly rated Japanese restaurant was poor for the price. I had the buffet, the sushi selection was reasonable but not out of the world and the hot food was ok, the lady serviing the hot food was very kind and attentive. But realised it was very overpriced when I converted to GBP, I'm sure you could find better food outside of the hotel for half the cost.

Hotel Facilities: The facilities were top-notch, offering a range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Location: The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible from different highway exits, making it easy to access northward and southward areas. Front Desk Staff: The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Cleanliness: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout, which was very reassuring. Housekeeping Staff: A special mention to the housekeeping staff who were exceptional. They ensured my room was spotless and well-stocked every day.

Couch in Suite: The couch in my suite was absolutely uncomfortable, which was a bit disappointing. Lighting: The lighting in the room was very dim, making it difficult to read or work comfortably.

Our experience at this hotel was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Since our rooms weren’t ready upon check-in, they generously upgraded us to suites, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is fantastic—close to many attractions, with the marina just a short metro ride away. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of dishes that changed daily, keeping things fresh and interesting.

One small drawback was the coffee at breakfast—it didn’t quite match the high standards of a 5-star hotel. It would be great to see better coffee options along with some non-dairy milk alternatives in the future.

Breakfast. Stayed 3 nights and had breakfast every morning. There was always a shortage of tables. The front of house always sent us to a table that was already occupied. Cutlery is always short and spares were always in a different location each day, making it difficult to locate. The omelette queue was long most days. On the last day, I went without it since I needed to pack and checkout on time. We had to ask for extra towels and body wash, etc, since we had a family of four. Would have been wonderful if they'd anticipated that. Other than the breakfast organisation, the hotel was exceptional. Would definitely be on my list of places to stay in the future.

All our expectations were exceeded! It is a true 5* hotel, with huge suites, an incredibly nice staff, gorgeous public spaces and a superb rooftop swimming pool with jacuzzi! The breakfast is absolutely incredible, one of the bests we ever experienced. The Asian restaurant has delicious meals made with live cooking! The complimentary upgrade of our 1-bedroom suite to a 2-bedroom suite made us even more satisfied. Thank you Grand Millenium for the unforgettable time spent in Dubai! We'll definitely come back!

The hotel is located near many sightseeing activities like the beach, Atlantis, mall of Emirates etc. it's clean and perfect for a family stay with good apartments

The kids room was a little small but ok. Breakfast ends too early and there's no option to have it in the room due to food safety regulations. Most staff were super kind and friendly but I got Some discrimination towards people of colour by just one staff member who refused to let me take fruit but did the same thing for a white person... something I hadn't seen elsewhere in the UAE
