The property is situated in a convenient location, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. We were a large group staying in two separate apartments. Upon arrival, we noticed that the apartments were not as clean as we had anticipated, and the sofa bed was not working properly. After raising our concerns at the reception, the staff listened attentively and promptly resolved the issues. We were extremely pleased with how they handled everything.

The parking garage is too small. We had a big SUV car and it was too small for it. The corners are tight and the individual parking spaces are not enough for big cars. The hotel management helped us reserve a bigger parking space which is outside of the hotel building. I would recommend you to contact the hotel and reserve a bigger parking space if you are driving a big car

This hotel is amazing, especially because of the staff. I have tried many hotels in Tecom and surrounding and hands down this one is the best. I have to especially point out Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Adharsh who will really go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They are simply amazing. As for the hotel itself, the studios are very nice with a lot of sunlight due to the large windows and very clean compared to other hotels in the area. There are a few supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The location is good to explore Dubai. Easy access to Sheik Zayed Road and within a few minutes, JBR or MoE can be reached. I can highly recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Heights Hotel Apartments in Dubai with my family for a week, and our experience was excellent. From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring we felt at home. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the essentials we needed for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen amenities were particularly helpful, and the daily housekeeping ensured everything remained spotless. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring Dubai, with the nearest metro station about 1 km away—a manageable walking distance. For grocery shopping, the Carrefour Market in the nearby shopping mall was the best option, offering a great selection of items. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool on the ground floor. It was a great spot for relaxing, and my kid enjoyed it thoroughly. It provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I also recommend purchasing the breakfast option. The meals were tasty, fulfilling, and a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. Lastly, the staff deserves special recognition for their hospitality. They were always attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend Grand Heights Hotel Apartments for families looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Dubai.

The walking distance to the nearest metro station was about 1 km, which felt quite long, especially since we had a baby stroller with us. This made it a bit challenging at times.

This is my fifth stay at the hotel, and I really like it. It offers great value for the money. The receptionist, Jeline, is super friendly and professional—she’ll upgrade your stay hassle-free whenever possible. The rest of the staff is also friendly and efficient: Augustine, John, Rushmika, and engineer Supprakash will fix or replace anything quickly and quietly. The location is great too: a bunch of restaurants nearby, a grocery store and liquor store just a minute away, a subway station 8 minutes away, and a bus stop literally in front of the building.

While the hot water is truly hot, the cold water isn’t very cold. The towels could be thicker. The pool is rather small and mostly suitable for families with kids—although I’ve seen some athletic guests still manage to do wonders in it.

Good location. Nice and friendly staff. I couldn't figure out how the safe works and accidentally locked it, so upon request they sent a specialist who opened it and gave me instructions on how to use it properly. The room fully corresponds to the photo, spacious and comfortable. All appliances were working fine. The temperature in the room is controlled by a thermostat. The pool in the hotel is on the 1st floor, it is shallow. Was nice to spend time there when it was hot outside. Thanks to the fact that we booked through Booking, we had a free transfer to Soluna Beach, which is located at the Palm Jumeirah. A sunbed under an umbrella was also included in this offer. Breakfast a la carte in the Risen cafe on the first floor. Very tasty cuisine and coffee.

The biggest disappointment was that the hotel was not ready to accommodate 3 adults in one room, although this was the offer we booked. When we checked in, only the main bed was made up, there was no bedding for the sofa. Also, after each room service, only 2 towels were left for us, although 3rd were taken away. And every time after room service, I had to call reception to ask them to bring us 1 more towel for the third person. The room had the smell of dampness, but this was solved by opening the windows. There is no money exchange service at the reception.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel during my time in Dubai. I would like to especially thank the reception team – Eric, Augustine, Jeline, and Prmanshy – for their warm welcome, hospitality, and quick responses whenever I needed anything. They truly made me feel at home. The cleaning team also did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and were always kind and professional. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen, microwave, kettle, oven, and washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. It’s also located about 15 minutes from the metro by walk, which makes getting around the city fairly easy.

There are a few areas for improvement – the furniture is a bit outdated, the lifts are slow, and the gym, while functional, has older equipment and could benefit from better ventilation. The pool is small, but still a nice feature to have. Despite these small drawbacks, I actually chose to extend my stay, and the hotel offered me a great rate, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, mostly thanks to the outstanding staff and the comfort provided. I would definitely consider staying here again .

The staff, rooms, location and cleanliness were all amazing given the price we paid. Every member of staff went above and beyond to assist us during our trip. From the staff at the lobby charging my phone up because mine had broken to the cleaner in our room spending 45 mins of his day making it sparkle from top to bottom, whilst chatting away to us (forgot his name but he was 24 from Nigeria) .The coffee shop at reception was also amazing wish shocked me. (Best vanilla iced latte I had there!) The hotel staff dealt with any concerns we had quickly- such as needing water/tea bags at 3am to clench our thirst. There are also so much shops, sports bars, restaurants near by you just need to use maps as most are hidden inside the hotels - we went to losteria (Spanish restaurant), Lock, stock & barrel (bar), Starbucks, Burger King, Costa lots to choose from. We also thought the hallway was a lovely little place for photos. Fully equipped kitchen didn’t disappoint either which meant we went to the local mini mart and saved lots of money going out for breakfast every morning. If we’re ever back in barsha heights this will be the hotel we are returning to!

The only fault I can think of is that you can hear some work being done when your by the pool & it is classed as a business hotel so you might receive some funny looks from other people (not the staff they love it) if you play some music but if you’re anything like us and out seeing Dubai by day everyday then this won’t be an issue for you. JBR might be a better location for those who don’t fancy using careem to get cheap taxis but we didn’t mind doing this at all.

Great location with mini-marts, full-marts, resteraunts within walking distance. Quiet and safe to walk around. Rooms very spacious and very well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Exceptional front desk help and exceptional housekeeping help. Very reasonable price compared to tourist hotels at the Marina or Palm island, etc. I never paid more that 10 USD for either Uber or Yalla taxis to attractions, e.g., Ain, marina walkway, Palm Island. So 100 usd per night for hotel and 20-40 USD per day for taxi is much less than 300 USD per night for hotel in tourist area. The hotel’s association with the Soluna Beach Club located on Palm Island is wonderful. 100 AED with 50 AED food and beverage credit. Club has very nice beach and pool. The hotel has a free bus with a set schedule. I recommend taking a taxi for 10 USD and arriving at Beach Club early. Taxi is very economical especially if split between multiple people.

Pool is average and setting pleasant but not exceptional. Roof top pool would be nice but then the Soluna Beach Club is outstanding.
