The property is situated in a convenient location, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. We were a large group staying in two separate apartments. Upon arrival, we noticed that the apartments were not as clean as we had anticipated, and the sofa bed was not working properly. After raising our concerns at the reception, the staff listened attentively and promptly resolved the issues. We were extremely pleased with how they handled everything.

The parking garage is too small. We had a big SUV car and it was too small for it. The corners are tight and the individual parking spaces are not enough for big cars. The hotel management helped us reserve a bigger parking space which is outside of the hotel building. I would recommend you to contact the hotel and reserve a bigger parking space if you are driving a big car

The location is excellent. It's very close to shops, restaurants, and the metro. The property also features a spa, gym, and swimming pool. The staff were very friendly. Many thanks for their help, especially to George, Mohammed, John, and others (I don't remember their names). The staff responded immediately to every request. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were professional. We had a lovely time here.

The pool was closed. We were offered a pool at another location, even with delivery, but it wasn't the same. Fortunately, it only lasted two days, and then the staff called and said the pool was back open.

This hotel is amazing, especially because of the staff. I have tried many hotels in Tecom and surrounding and hands down this one is the best. I have to especially point out Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Adharsh who will really go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They are simply amazing. As for the hotel itself, the studios are very nice with a lot of sunlight due to the large windows and very clean compared to other hotels in the area. There are a few supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The location is good to explore Dubai. Easy access to Sheik Zayed Road and within a few minutes, JBR or MoE can be reached. I can highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The property is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Augustine, the security team member, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made a significant difference and left a very positive impression.

During my stay, I noticed that basic supplies such as toilet paper, shower gel, tea, and sugar were not replenished regularly. It would be helpful if the housekeeping team could check these items more carefully to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay — everything was beyond my expectations. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and always available whenever we needed anything. A special thank you to Gonzaga, George, Arjun and Virginia — they were especially helpful, going above and beyond to support us throughout our stay. They were amazing with the kids, extremely patient, and made sure we felt comfortable and supported at all times. Whether it was helping with check-in, groceries , or simply being there when we had questions, they handled everything with care and a smile. The property was clean, well-maintained, and family-friendly. We felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for — which made a huge difference. I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Heights Hotel Apartments in Dubai with my family for a week, and our experience was excellent. From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring we felt at home. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the essentials we needed for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen amenities were particularly helpful, and the daily housekeeping ensured everything remained spotless. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring Dubai, with the nearest metro station about 1 km away—a manageable walking distance. For grocery shopping, the Carrefour Market in the nearby shopping mall was the best option, offering a great selection of items. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool on the ground floor. It was a great spot for relaxing, and my kid enjoyed it thoroughly. It provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I also recommend purchasing the breakfast option. The meals were tasty, fulfilling, and a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. Lastly, the staff deserves special recognition for their hospitality. They were always attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend Grand Heights Hotel Apartments for families looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Dubai.

The walking distance to the nearest metro station was about 1 km, which felt quite long, especially since we had a baby stroller with us. This made it a bit challenging at times.

I stayed at Grand Heights Dubai Hotel Apartment for Two weeks and honestly their Apartments is second from home.Their rooms are very neat with everything working perfectly. Every worker is respectful, responsive, friendly and welcoming. Will always choose their Apartment for my vacation anytime I visit Dubai. Made friends and they were friendly to my little boy. Arjun and the rest of the cleaners are great when it comes to doing their jobs.And the receptionists are very great people.

There is absolutely nothing to be disliked about Grand Heights Dubai Hotel Apartments

I've been to Dubai several times and fortunate enough to say I have mostly good memories. With this vacation, Grand Heights Dubai Hotel abd its' staff would be a great memory froma delightful stay. For starters, In terms have facilities it has everything you can ask for, including beautiful pool and nice place to have coffee in the Lobby. It feels like a new place and the best part is that the room is so equipped that we were able to cook and have family dinner with ease and in a great way. Truly, the value for money is the best I found around this time and I warmly recommend you to stay there if you are into homely accommodation in a very nice area, Barsha Heights is a great location so that's really additional benefit. However, all of this won't be a great memory if not for the dedication of the staff to make our stay comfortable and pleasant as possibly can. I would like to extend a special thank you to the following personnel: Jeline, Michael, George, Augustine, Sahi,Priyanshu, Shamsul, Rushmika, Gonza All of you contributed in your own way with personal felt approach so that my wife, my chlirean and myself could have a wonderful experience in a much important family time. This is my fifth stay at the hotel, and I really like it. It offers great value for the money. The receptionist, Jeline, is super friendly and professional—she’ll upgrade your stay hassle-free whenever possible. The rest of the staff is also friendly and efficient: Augustine, John, Rushmika, and engineer Supprakash will fix or replace anything quickly and quietly. The location is great too: a bunch of restaurants nearby, a grocery store and liquor store just a minute away, a subway station 8 minutes away, and a bus stop literally in front of the building.

While the hot water is truly hot, the cold water isn’t very cold. The towels could be thicker. The pool is rather small and mostly suitable for families with kids—although I’ve seen some athletic guests still manage to do wonders in it.
