The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the pool area was nice and private. We had the full board option and the staff at Brambles were great, along with the food and speed of service. We were granted a late check out and given a free room upgrade which was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond for us which we are extremely grateful for.

The pillows were a little hard but generally they were ok - nothing really bad to say about the place as it was great!

I was in older part of the hotel - signs of time were visible. But everything was clean and working.

This apart-hotel offers a solid value for money (if you book in advance though! ;)) Although dated, the room was fairly maintained. The stains on the sofa and limited kitchen items put me off at the beginning but got used to it while staying for a week. Having a washing machine was a blessing - especially if you are on a work trip. Staff were nice and helpful. I am not sure whether I was expected to tip them but I am giving a high rating of 9/10 here as a reward for their hard work. The service mindset of the entire team is something other hotels should learn. I am guessing the hotel management must have trained them well. I also liked the neighborhood - conveniently located near a metro station and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend this place. But as I noted earlier, book in advance for a good price.

Dated furniture. Some uplifting is needed. Also add more kitchenware. Better to check iron and ironing board as mine had to be replaced. Window panels were dusty so would recommend cleaning. Bed lamps need a fix.

excellent location close to exit 1 Dubai internet city (several steps) that is important in hot weather, supermarket is nearby and the beach is ca.20 min by metro/tram Jumeirah Residence 2. the personal was amazing, super helpful and smiling. the earlier check in was for free. the room was upgraded for free and was amazing. there are small swimming pool and gym. the kitchen has everything you need. the bathroom was with bath and toiletries. very comfortable and highly recommended! very clean!

would be good to have slippers and bath coat.

Second time staying with them and not the last for sure. I am extremely happy with my stay. Front desk-amazing. This time I was welcomed by the two beautiful ladies. Charming,kind,efficient and beyond.Angelica,thank you for your kindness and endless smile. They told me they upgrade me to a bigger 1br. I don't know about that, as to me their apartments are more than enough spacious and truly comfortable. Very happy with the smiling staff in the healthy cafe. I tried few dishes and was quite satisfied with the taste. I met Osta( what a sunshine he is) and Mamika( extremely kind and gentle lady,) from housekeeping. I'm impressed how they are doing their job beyond excellence and how smiley and kind they are all the time,wherever you meet them. I can't skip Nadeem. I remember him from my previous stay. And everyone else of course. He will never miss to tell you a kind word and make you a compliment. What a great addition to his entire personality. I shortly met Ramadan at reception,to me exceptional as always,professional and more,in fact like the entire male team! All of them fantastic,friendly,efficient yet professional. When I want quite and discreet time,I have it. The moment I want assistance of any kind,I know I will receive it asap and everyone will go the extra mile to deliver their best. What is there not to like honestly? And of course Location,location location

First of all, Angeline was amazing! She greeted me warmly and was super helpful and friendly during checkin and throughout my stay. The check-in process was a breeze and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade. The apartment had everything I needed to make myself feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and the Metro Station. And let me tell you, the English breakfast with a cappuccino was absolutely delicious and became my go-to choice every morning. I can't say enough good things about my experience. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I’ve been travelling to Dubai for 20 years now and staying at different hotels each time I visit. The Citadines Metro Central Dubai is without doubt the friendliest hotel I’ve stayed at.Everytime you walk through the door you’re greeted by a smile,a hello and kindness. My room was kept immaculately clean along with a daily change of bedding. A special mention goes out to Angelene,Madara,Nadim,Ramesh G, Andrew,Rueben,Faishal. At Brambles the on site eatery,quality food is provided again with such a pleasant and professional service from Jerry,Mark,Rusdam and Deepak. Thank you for the fabulous service!

I have been living at the Citadines Metro Central Dubai for the past 2 months and I strongly recommend the property for long term stays while in Dubai. The rooms are fairly new and well maintained but for me the best is the amazing staff at the hotel. I would personally like to say thank you to Angeline and Nadeem, as they are phenomenal employees and amazing people. They always greet me with a smile every time I arrive at the hotel and that makes for an amazing experience after a long day at work. Location: 1 minute away from Internet City metro station, this is very well connected. I strongly reccomend this to your next stay in Dubai.
