We had one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen area. Size more then enough for 3 people. Good internet connection and 2 levels of parking slots into underground. The breakfast was ok (type buffet). The most pleasant thing it was the spa area with the swimming pool situated at the roof having a nice view over the city. At the 1st floor they have 24hr minimarket where you can find important staff. Also the reception is open 25hr a day. We were living in this apart hotel 5 days and I would recommend it to all of you. Fore sure we will come back here next time.

Perfect location, close to metro, free parking, well equipped rooms. Excellent room cleaning thank to Abikesh. Tasty breakfasts.

Every morning at breakfast, waiters and waitresses asking guest for 5 star reviews and mentioning their names in reviews. But they did not make any special treatment to guests. This creates an assessment that does not correspond to reality.

The location is perfect. Multiple grocery stores next to hotel. Hair and nail salon on site. Breakfast buffet 35 AED. The employees were very nice. The employee Abdul was very nice. Housekeeping was great. Hotel room was very clean. Slippers were provided. The pool was nice. There is a park for children to play next to the hotel. Very good for families with children.

The bed was too firm.

Big room, no need to "drift" between bed and luggage :) Had some kitchen appliances, especially liked big refrigerator - perfect to store some water, yoghurt, etc for kid. Also had microwave in case if any.

No plugs near the bed at all! 5 out of 5 my kid slept with the discharged phone near the pillow :( Also, there was no free plugs at all - even if they were UAE standard and I took adapter from the lobby - I had to unplug electric kettler in the small kitchen (I didn't need it, to tell the truth) to plug a phone for the charging. Also breakfast was poor, same everyday.

This was my second stay here, I defenitely love the hotel and hotel area, value for money, breakfast and location, easy access to metro. The complimemtary access to other hotels in Palm island is also great. Cleaning staff is supernice:)

I would like to bring to management attention that it is very uncommon and really inconveniente to ask for deposit only in cash and in local currency! Most people go back to their country after check out so then people have to change back your deposit to other currency, making guests loose money on converting twice! Would be great to have complimentary transport too to the hotels in Palm island.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the view from mine was breathtaking. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone visiting Dubai. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a perfect place to relax while enjoying the stunning evening views.

All people working there were extremely polite and welcoming. Many thanks to Jane, Soukaina, and Sangita who helped me a lot with papers printing when I was in a hurry. Breakfast was tasty and left a good impression, gym and the pool at the rooftop are also nice things to have. Supermarkets, pharmacy are in the same building and offer wide variety of groceries and house keeping goods. Also, Dubai Internet City metro station is in five minutes - very convenient to get to the downtown. The area was not too crowded in October, but lively still.

Sometimes I felt like it was insufficient light in the bedroom. However, it can be by design - it's a bedroom, not a study.
