I am a resident here in Dubai, a get away stay priced well, great ambience, fully sustainable, modern and stylish, well designed. Rooms are good sized and homely. You are well taken care off.

Summing pool timing should be extended until 10 to enjoy the facility. Uptil 7 is too short.

This hotel is amazing! The team here are lovely especially Samim (life guard for the pool) he is always working hard and was lovely to talk to. Sagar and Rajat from house keeping also were so friendly, always asking if we needed anything. The breakfast here is amazing!!!! On top of the breakfast who made it even better were mujahid milad and Inosha, they were super friendly during our stay, so hard working and always catered to our needs when having breakfast. It was really nice to get to know them. And also special thanks to Sajeer who was always helpful with our luggages and helped us. This hotel had so much positive reviews and it’s what got me to book this hotel!! It’s also very nice and relaxing here especially by the pool, it’s not too crowded which was amazing. I came for my birthday and the hotel were really lovely and did a surprise for us for our stay!! Look forward to coming back again!!

A lot of hotels here in Dubai offer shuttle buses to popular locations like Dubai mall it’s a shame zabeel house did not but I would still come to stay here again 100%

I actually got the chance to stay in two rooms, one with a balcony and one without. They both were great in their own ways. Modern and stylish, with a table to work from, which was near a plug. I like the fact that they didn't use plastic bottles, but had glass ones. The breakfast was varied and delicious for someone who has dietary requirements. I picked this hotel because I knew if I wasn't able to check in early there is a workspace downstairs which is convenient, although a bit noisy as there is a lot of people around / working. It's a social space.

The shower in the balcony room with the tub was a bit awkward, as the pressure wasn't great, and you had to bump into the tub tap to get underneath the shower head. You should have refillable water stations on each floor so I don't have to call someone to bring me more water. But these are just suggestions. This hotel does get quite busy so make sure you secure your space downstairs early if your working, and watch your check out times as the valet area and surrounding roads get a bit chaotic at times. But that's just a Dubai problem.

The staff were friendly, helped with my bags the moment I pulled up in my taxi. Reception staff, fast and efficient. I had a couple of collections needing their assistants and they were handled with ease.

I stayed for 6 nights. This is the first time in a very long time that I have slept through the night as the beds are so comfortable, so much so that I missed breakfast every day except the last one. I loved the design of the rooms too. Functional for a leisure/work trip. However, what really made it really special was the staff on reception: Lina who checked me in, Milan who helped with the luggage and validating my parking ticket on most nights and Aziza who printed a document that was needed. Plus, housekeeping were excellent too. Lah Lah restaurant on the 4th floor also has a great ambiance, excellent food, but can be a little pricey. The location was perfect for shopping with Dubai Hills mall, Mall of Emirates no more than 15 mins drive away and there was a straightforward run to Mirdiff City Centre too. It's also not far to the marina, JBR, etc. Also, just around the corner from the hotel is an Al Maya supermarket for stocking up on snacks and essential items and the Greens Souk has your run of the mill fast food outlets. Additionally, the Organic Food and Cafe shop and restaurant were just 8 mins walk away. A perfect location for proximity to eateries, shops, the beach, etc. The service was impeccable and the beds were a dream. My new favourite location to stay in Dubai with the beds fit for a queen (Queen Elizabeth II's favourite brand of mattress,.no less!).

There was only one niggle and that related to the breakfast set up. People who placed an order for hot omelettes were gathered in front of the hot food buffet, making it almost impossible for people who didn't want an omelette to self-serve from the hot food section. They should have been given a ticket and told to wait on the right hand side and not block access for other people. Also, ordering coffee was very hit or miss and in my case the latter. It took an hour for my coffee to arrive and when it did, it was a latte not a cappuccino!

Loved the decor that ran throughout the hotel. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were always so friendly and inviting. I will definitely come again.

As soon as I walked in I felt at home. The staff went out of their way to insure guests felt as if they are part of a family rather than feeling anonymous in a city. All the reception staff were great and Betty’s welcoming smile greeted me every morning at breakfast. Pool was nice, shaded in the later after in January though. The terrace restaurant and bar was great. I felt very comfortable eating there alone (work trip). Hotel is in such a good location. Taxi’s took a minute or two to arrived and it felt that everything was about 25 minutes away, which is good for Dubai. Beds were comfortable too. Will stay here next time I visit

The room is very cozy, making you feel right at home. The design is lovely, and we appreciated the high-quality room amenities like the soap and body lotion. There's a great selection of TV channels to choose from. The three elevators are fast and efficient, so there’s never an issue with waiting. The terrace area is spacious and features a good-sized swimming pool. In December, the terrace gets plenty of sunlight from morning to around 2 PM. There’s also a paddle tennis court and an outdoor gym. The standard indoor gym is large and fully equipped with everything you need. The metro station is about a 7-minute walk from the hotel, although crossing the road to get there can be a bit tricky and potentially dangerous. Fortunately, taxis are always available right in front of the hotel entrance. Lah Lah restaurant is great.

It's truly a fantastic place to stay, and we would have happily extended our visit. That said, having Netflix or YouTube available would be a great addition, as there aren’t many (if any) English-language channels where you can watch movies. I was surprised to learn that there are no free shuttles to the beaches, even when I asked about it. Some previous reviews had mentioned this option was available. The hotel seems to be popular with business travelers, so you may notice people working on laptops or taking business calls, even during breakfast. This can be a bit distracting if you’re there to relax and disconnect from work.

Such good value for money , convenient for supermarkets and pharmacies , Lah Lah is excellent for food quality and value. Similar food and drinks would cost much more elsewhere in Dubai The staff are so nice and helpful , gym is excellent.

There were lots of fruit flys all over the hotel. There were several flying around the breakfast buffet at all times which was quite unappetising. Last time we stayed in an apartment which was wonderful, but this time the studio felt too small for a family of four and had a really awkward layout, which we did not enjoy

This hotel is a great option to stay in Dubai, with a strategic position not too far from the main attractions but at the same time far from the tourists chaos and not too expensive. We did not use the services but I think this is a great option for digital nomads or working trips, as it offers lots of nice open spaces wich looked great for working. The staff was also very nice and always available.

Our room was facing the pool and the bar had some music running until late. It was not actually that loud, but if you have problem sleeping with noises, maybe ask for a room not facing the pool.
