For the amount we paid, we got more than we expected. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is extremely kind and deserves all the praise. The free access to Soluna Beach Club on the Palm is a great perk—free entry, sunbeds on the beach, towels, pools, and all the amenities are perfect for relaxation and are entirely kid/baby-friendly. We opted for half board, which turned out to be an excellent choice as you receive vouchers that allow you to have lunch or dinner at any of their restaurants listed or at 15 other restaurants across Dubai located in their other hotels. The location is good: there’s a store 30 meters from the hotel, the Dubai Internet City metro station is 800 meters away, and a taxi ride to downtown Dubai costs around 10 euros. Considering the price and what’s offered, we wholeheartedly recommend it.

The only downside is that breakfast could be more varied. While it’s generally okay, it’s the same every day, so if you’re staying longer, the selection might feel insufficient, with a limited choice of meats and cheeses. The same applies to lunch/dinner; however, they make up for it by allowing you to have lunch or dinner in 2 other restaurans in hotel, or 15 other restaurants across Dubai in their other hotels.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, position, restaurants and shuttle buses. Reduced drinks between 12-8pm was great too.

Location quite built up, hotel pool quite small and no sun in the afternoon.

The staff are very good. Ram, who is the pool lifeguard, goes above and beyond with making sure your time at the pool is relaxing and safe. He runs a tight ship, and everyone is made to feel welcome. He really looks after the younger children and ensures we all have everything we need. All the staff at the Haze lounge were also very friendly and work hard to ensure we have great service of drinks and food by the pool. Halim at reception was very helpful and efficient, and so too were most of the others. All staff in the restaurants are excellent and cannot be more helpful. The room was perfect for my stay. I originally booked for seven days but decided to extend for another week due to everything being perfect. Radika was so lovely and kept my room very clean and tidy and well stocked with fresh bottled water. She's a superstar. The location of the hotel is perfect for the metro and I had perfect views of the city from the top floor and balcony. Once the sun goes behind the hotel and the pool is shaded at around 1-2 pm, I could continue to sunbathe on the balcony until sunset. Room service and the selection of foods on offer is great. Food in the restaurants are of a very good standard. Breakfast is varied and good too. Joclyn in the spa is brilliant and offers a great range of treatments at a good price. I would highly recommend using this service whilst here. This was my first holiday in fourteen years, and my first time in Dubai. I will definitely be returning, and more than likely to this hotel. I have never slept so well. The room was really quiet and the bed just heaven.

Nothing. To me, the staff, especially Ram and Radika made my stay a perfect time. I really didn't want to leave and wish I had continued for another seven days.

Nice view from our room on the 22nd floor (2214 one double bed +1single), variety and good quality of food at breakfast until 11am. Possibility to ask to clean the room at anytime, Free parking and shuttle to few malls and to the beach

The description of the hotel let you believe you have free access to the SOLUNA beach club but you don't. The entry is AED100 per pers AED 50 redeemable on the pool &beach menu. Therefore misleading...

The hotel is a bit far from the airport, it will cost around 20-30 euros by taxi and 40 min. There are some restaurants and supermarkets just in front of it. The subway is around 5-10 min on foot. If one wants to go to the beach, one has to take taxi/metro. The rooms are good, not small, conditioning works well.

I had a trip in Oct, which is still not the high season, but finding a table for breakfast is complicated unless one goes there at 6-7. Once, I was trying to find a table for 10 minutes and just gave up (I was only one person). So I would not recommend to book with breakfast and eat outside. One can find a better food selection and not search for a table for a long time. Another point is annoying the cleaning staff. They will come at 9-10-11, ring the door, and wait until you open it because they want to clean your apartment. Signs "do not disturb" or "no cleaning" ignored.

Hotel is fine. Breakfast is good. Restaurant manager served me humus when it wasn’t in buffet.

I came late evening from exhibition, receptionist Ainura asked me to pay all the amount in Dirhams for my stay. I told her I didn’t sleep previous night (was flying), and spent all day on my feet at ADIPEC, and I proposed her two options, I leave dollars to cover full amount and will change money next day and pay in dirhams, or I pay for one night in dirhams which I had with me. She said there is only one option is to go right now change money and pay full amount in Dirhams. So I had to do it, I was in many hotels around the world and especially in UAE they let to leave dollars at least or even pay later during the stay. Her behavior I found not appropriate.

Haze lounge atmosphere and evening DJ performance is great. as a solo traveler I enjoyed every bit of this hotel. normally I do not stay at a hotel twice, but I make an exception for Tryp hotel ❤️

Room is decent, nice colors but best is Nespresso coffee maker is available. Smooth check in and check out (thanks a million Mr. Talaat: keep the lovely smile). Receptionist offered us a good deal price for breakfast. Breakfast was good and varied and price-wise it was so good. Management communicated with me via wsap to follow up on our stay which showed that they cared. Hotel location is very convenient close to most famous Dubai venues: marina Dubai, Marina Mall, JBR, the beach, Barasti, Palm Jumeirah, Nakheel Mall, Mall of the Emirates, metro, etc. As alternative to hotel restaurant, many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops are nearby within walking distance. Also big basement car park available.

Swimming pool and gym are too small. Shampoo dispensers need to be replaced as they are hard to release shampoo. Though it was clearly written in pool instructions board that smoking is prohibited, some guests were either smoking vapors or cigarettes, and what's worse was hotel was providing ashtrays 😡. Also some guests were smoking vapors in lobby, so I guess this issue should be dealt with seriously.

It is my second time in this hotel in Dubai, I think it is the best hotel with price/value, stuff was very welcoming, caring, they changed the room for the one with bigger windows and I was able to check in couple of hours before the official check in time without any extra charge! Food was very delicious, sometimes a bit crowdy, but this only shows the hotel is popular. To get a sunbed near the swimming pool, You have to get up early! The metro is just 10 min away, good location with 24/7 shop nearby. The hotel offer free shuttle bus during the day for some places!
