The hotel was amazing, clean, modern and close to most of the amenities and attractions. The room service quite good and the meals served were quite tasty and worth their money. The hotel and restaurant staff was amazing, friendly and polite, and always there for anything you need. Overall, the food was great, I also ordered in-room service for lunch/dinner and it was delicious and the portion size was good.The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable and honestly I had really hard time getting out of the bed, it was that comfy and cozy. Also, I am a female and was travelling alone, so I felt very safe in this hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel but maybe without the breakfast option.

The only recommendation and somewhat negative feedback that I have is that there is quite poor selection of breakfast dishes and it would be nice to see more variety for breakfast.

Easy access to the beach area and major Malls. Plenty of small restaurants and grocery stores. If you are staying for more than 5 days. There's a laundry service w/in a 2 minute walk. Takes 24 hr to wash and fold for cheap price. Bank and exchange house also located w/in 2 minute walk. I hope this helps.

The bathtub. You have to be over 190 cm tall to step into the tub to take a shower. And I am 180 cm tall. It's a real safety hazard in and out of the high bathtub. Other than that, great place to be. 45 minutes to DXB airport with heavy traffic at 1530.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We stayed at this hotel for four nights and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The rooms were modern, very clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was impeccable, with fresh towels and a thorough cleaning service provided daily. The breakfast was excellent—rich and varied, offering plenty of options to start the day right. Another great advantage was the underground parking, which made everything more convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return!

The in-hotel restaurant was fantastic! Variety of food, all very good. The morning breakfast buffet would vary daily and was always delicious. Room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Room was quiet and the bed was firm. Staff was friendly and helped with all inquiries/issues. Location is good but a taxi ride to anywhere was necessary (Download "Careem" to your phone, you'll need it to get a taxi anywhere in Dubai).

Very very very minor gripe: The elevators would stop at every floor where a button was pressed, regardless of whether the destination was "up" or "down". This meant that if you are in the elevator, it would open for people going the opposite direction. And if you were waiting, a useless elevator would open for you. I'm either case, it prolonged everyone's wait. Not terrible if it was a slow time of day, but during the morning you could wait 7-8 minutes to go from for 5 to the lobby.

First I will say it's a value for money. When u going with family and I love the breakfast ❣️. Also it's a good location to walk around. Also you can find the pubs around and they provide free bus service to Dubai Hills mall, al sufouh beach (beach near Burj Al Arab) and to nearest metro station. Pool is small one but not crowded, a small Gym also. Make sure to try drinks from their Mr toads pub, always discounted price. Staffs was friendly and warm welcoming. I stayed on Jun 2023

I don't find anything that made me feel " don't like" I stayed with family with 2 kids .for me all was good.

The breakfast at Toads 🐸 was excellent. Lillie’s Pad was great as well. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back to Premier Inn when next we visit Dubai.

Our room was very cold always even with the AC off. I think something should be done.

Call me crazy, but this is one of the best hotels in Dubai. 24/7 great reception, 20dh taxi to Marina, Careerfour & other groceries close, nice district (almost built already), close to mtero line (if you wonna go to Downtown), GREAT pool (deep & cold), easy to catch a taxi (usually takes <1 min) - it's genuinely better than atlantis in my point of view

Gym is tiny, nothing much to do there. Pool could be heated and open until later, 18.00 closing time is too early. Shower could have a door/curtain, all of the bathroom floor was wet after using the shower.

Really nice hotel: location is good, and it is well connected with bus (station in front of the hotel) and hotel shuttle with beach, mall and metro station. This part of Dubai is quite nice, more pedestrian friendly than the rest, and with some good affordable restaurants nearby. Rooms are nice, well equipped, modern and and clean. Breakfast is nice - mix of European and more traditional local food, with slight daily variations. Get there early, because it gets crowded afterwards (expect many people with small kids). They serve it from 6am, which is great. The staff is extremely friendly. I am not sure how much you are paying Ahmed, but it is not enough. He is always helpful and friendly. There is another desk next to reception, where you can get all information regarding the tours. Check out time is very convenient. We were also allowed to check in a bit earlier (thanks a lot) We did not try the pool.

Sound isolation of the rooms could be slightly better. I can imagine that pool could be too small considering the number of kids in the hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights and we are 2+2. Kids are 12 and 14yrs. We had reserved 2 more hotels with 2bhk setup with may be 20% higher cost. But we chose this over others purely based on cleanliness, complimentary breakfast and quality of service. Though space sounds less for 4 but if you are mostly outside in the day time, it feels refreshing and cozy to come back to clean room everyday in the evening after a tiring day. Breastfast spread is great. Does not get boring for atleast 3-4 days plus they have shuttle to Internet City metro at scheduled times but otherwise also its just 12-15mins walk. Best hotel if are coming 7-8 days for sightseeing, you can save money with this stay, 7 day metro pass, no taxi and use it for entry passes to attractions which are expensive for what they offer. Location is really great in terms of attractions on both directions of metro line. Ther is a big carrefour super market next to the hotel where you get everything if you need any fruits, snacks, groceries.
