The key advantages were: 1) the check-in & check-out policies (very useful!), we arrived at 9am and got the room without any delay; late check-out was on 2pm and it was very convenient too. 2) the pool (a large one for Dubai 4 stars hotel), pool sunbeds, pool and beach towels - that part was very good indeed. 3) the hotel staff were very helpful and addressed all questions and extra++. Special thanks to Ms Ranyah and Ms Aaminah for their care and great helpfulness. 4) the beds, pillows and linen were very comfy, daily room cleaning and linen replacement were well organized. 5) transfers to many malls and JBR beach were useful and convenient. 6) calm and relaxed atmosphere during the meals, waiters were very helpful and polite. We have not encountered any queues to breakfasts/dinners. Comfortable chairs in the restaurant. 7) decent fruit (fresh and good quality) and croissant options during the meals. 8) the AC had no remote, but it was fully operational and clean. 9) overall cleanliness in the hotel.

1) some furniture in bathroom needed renovation. 2) breakfasts and lunches/dinners were very similar all days, having limited number of options. In Dubai we expected more options with lamb meat (can compare with some 4 star hotels in Sharjah and Abu-Dhabi), there was only 1 day with lamb meat. No seafood as well, as I remember. Fish options were only one "fish" dish all days (cheap tilapia, we do not take it). No "omelette station" (cannot take "generic" omelettes because of their strong chlorine smell, so cannot eat that in most hotels ever), no fries/burgers, no "grill/pasta station". Apart from that, the food was fresh and overall fine. 3) the HC floor was under renovation/sanitizing(?), having strong chemical smell in the floor lobby.

I loved staying at atana hotel, the stuff were all very helpful, and kind to us, the cleaning service provided by mr indrajith was amazing (thank youu indrajith, you are the best), the fact that the hotel has many facilities and offer tourist programs was very helpful actually, we joined the safari tour with mr sameer, it was just a great evening, and we got a lot of helpful and directions informations from him, and the best thing is that the hotel is the location, is also very close from the metro, about 3 mins or less walking, i would absolutely choose atana for my next stay in dubai ❤️❤️

Breakfast: The breakfast service is impressive, scoring a 9. There is a good variety of options, and the quality of food is high. Staff: The staff is excellent, earning a perfect score of 10. They are friendly, helpful Value: The value for money is dependent on the price you can secure. try to get a rate that is lower than the market average Location: The location’s convenience depends on your purpose for visiting. It can be advantageous or less so depending on where you need to be for work or business.

Pool: The pool area is small, which means it can get crowded easily. also the water is not cold for summer days Facilities: Unfortunately, the facilities are lacking. The water in room is hot!, and there were issues with leaking ceiling. Additionally, the air conditioning had a noticeable odor

Hotel is in a good location. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious. View was good from the room. Pool area was good, kids really enjoyed.

WiFi was not good. Breakfast was repeated everyday. Garden restaurant was closed. Sink was leaking. Cupboard door was jammed. On a number of occasions, I had to call twice for staff to bring something to the room. No good TV channels.

1) One of the few hotels in Dubai that offer a Triple Room (i.e. 3 beds in one room) 2) Nice decent size pool that's friendly for beginning swimmers (i.e. shallow water that flows seamlessly into deeper water that's not so deep but still good enough for people who do swim). There's also a kiddie pool connected to the main pool. Pool is also heated during colder weather. 3) Nice Breakfast Buffet every morning with enough food variety for all tastes. There's also a fresh omelet station. 4) Location (Tecom opposite Dubai Internet City). Close enough to a few major malls like Mall of the Emirates. Many shuttle buses offer rides to popular malls. 5) Food deliveries from restaurants are accepted and welcome at the hotel (e.g. Talabat or Deliveroo) 6) The available underground parking is huge and offers a lot of space. A huge boon for UAE residents and car renters. Keeps cars safe and away from the harsh Dubai sun. 7) Very courteous, polite, and helpful staff (hotel reception, lifeguards, porters, pool towel reception, Breakfast Buffet service staff, etc.). A very special mention to Zubair, our very helpful and courteous room attendant who provided excellent service and cleaned our rooms with the utmost care and attention. Another special mention to the lifeguards at the pool who are also very helpful in assisting guests to find spots near the pool to place their towels and personal belongings while visiting the pool. 8) There's a very convenient grocery store beside the hotel that offers toiletries, snacks, drinks, and sandwiches. Carrefour Express is "a walk" away (well, not that near but may be worth the walk).

1) Available TV channels do not offer much for movie viewing. There's Mix and Dubai One but nothing else. They should start offering more premium channels like OSN or Star Movies like in other hotels. 2) There are not enough power outlets to charge our phones, and most are located away from the beds. They should start offering USB charging outlets beside the beds like in other hotels.

The location and the overall service experiences was of an excellent standard. Three employees stood out for us: 1. Arun- our porter with a beautiful smile hit us to our room conveniently and he’s been a pleasure throughout. 2. Krishna- housekeeping service he have was out of Thai world and always ready to assist, love that. 3. Akram- Dining Hall Waiter was just absolutely AMAZING and so kind.. Overall we enjoyed our stay and really would love to come back to Atana next year!

convenient location, near to metro station, shops and restaurants, nice lobby, patio and outdoor area with swimming pool and terrace with sun beds, very friendly front door and room service (Mr. Faizan was very helpful), clean indoor and outdoor areas, extended choice of food and tastefull meals.

Front desk staff should be more friendly and communicative, restaurant staff should behave more quiet when cleaning tables and dishes, not making noise and derail your good mood and the time you taste your meal. Crowded dinning room in peak hours.

The hotel offers a courtesy bus to the beach but its not big enough to hold the number of people wishing to go. People are then fighting for a seat. There is no order To it. Would be better if the hotel offered a sign up sheet to reserve a place on the bus
