THE rooms are spacy and comfortable. the location is in the midway between the city and Marina so it suits me a lot. of course it is better to have a car

in check in they wasted my time for one hour and it was not like this as i had stayed here many times before. and they gave me smoking floor. i asked to change the room. they promised to do it first thing in the morning but it did not happen

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The room was super comfy—everything from the bed to the pillows made it feel like a cozy retreat. But what really made the experience stand out was the team at the front desk and concierge. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They even helped me organize my short time in the city so I could make the most out of it—offering great tips, restaurant suggestions, and helping me plan my days just right. Special shout-out to Thara for being incredibly kind and thoughtful—she truly made me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm service and would absolutely come back again!

Great location just off Sheikh Zayed Road, High floor, large bathroom with bath and shower separately, the building itself has a barber shop and a convenience store, there is also quite a good restaurant on the ground floor

We spent seven days at the hotel. We were delighted with the entertainment staff and your employee, who dressed up the red Turkish flag t-shirts, with nickname "Handsome," which made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We even won bingo, and one of our family members became the Seaphoria Resorts Quinn thanks to his ability to persuade people to participate. We lost a few pounds thanks to the morning water aerobics. We enjoyed playing darts in the afternoon and watching the evening shows for adults and children. Our little ones enjoyed the disco night. The food was delicious, the staff pleasant and helpful

Comfortable location near the metro station. And also hotel provides comfortable frequent transfers. One thing I would change is the time of transfer to the beach. The attitude of the staff is ideal. Since we were in the UAE for the first time, we were given a luxury room. Daily high-quality cleaning of the rooms, a good swimming pool. So they extended our stay in the room due to a late flight. Special thanks to the hotel and the staff for this. The hotel and the room were always perfectly clean.

Maybe the location is a bit tricky as its 10min away from metro station or near bus station but they do have a shuttle several times a day so not a big deal. Taxi is also cheap in Dubai so most of the times you use that.

The location is great, especially if you have a car. The staff is very helpful. The place is spacious. You have everything you need in the room and within the hotel, such as a grocery store and various restaurants.

The parking area is crowded; I believe it has been rented out to companies to park their vehicles. The rooms need more attention and better cleaning. Room service is good, but sometimes it takes a long time. An amount for the first night was charged before my arrival, even though I chose the pay-at-arrival option.
