The apartment was bigger than what I was expecting and had balconies with views from two sides of the building. The view from the living room definitely had a wow factor. Our apartment was very modern and stylish. The hotel was very trendy with a social pool that had a DJ and live music. If you want to experience a party and spot supercars, this is the place for you.

The bathrooms weren’t well kept- there was mold in the tiles and one of the toilet glass doors was shattered. Our beds were pretty uncomfortable- the mattress was hard. For the price you pay, we were expecting everything to be immaculate.

Nice and spacious apartment at a good location. It was easy to get transportation for every attraction in Dubai. The beach is very close but sunbeds are not enough for all tourists at hotel.

May think about cleaning: for that prize can be included more than one time for 5 days without paying extra for that service.

The views from the apartment were amazing and the apartment was very luxurious and spacious. The hotel facilities were fantastic with incredible pools and a private beach with another amazing pool. There are very few public beaches in Dubai so being able to walk directly onto the beach from your hotel was a very welcome addition. The hotel location was perfectly located to easily get off the Palm to go to the Marina or city. Alternatively it was also easy to get the monorail to the Aquaventure park and other attractions located at other end of the Palm. We loved our time in Dubai staying at The Five Hotel and highly recommend Eden's Dubai. There customer service was outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable!

This is one of my best experience and I was really Hillary upgraded us to a 3bedrooms as our original room wasn't yet ready, and this was really very more convenient for us as the apartment was really large and comfortable. Thanks very much guys. Inshallah we will come again

Location is perfect, Ms ana was welcoming person and made sure our stay was pleasant

The place is very lively and full of tourists and events And Ms Anna was very quick with the check-in process

As it is a residence so cleaning service will be free once per a week and any time you would like cleaning service you need to pay daily. It will be more better if the cleaning service will be more than once per week.

The hotel is truly beautiful, amazing. The spacious rooms, beautiful views, everything was awesome. Our apartment had a partial sea view, we had our own sun beds on our balcony. The view of part of the main pool was also very nice. Breakfast was amazing, we enjoyed! The massive beach area, and the city view on the other side added to the awesomeness. A very nice place to be!

So much traffic around the hotel.
