Clean and modern room with balcony. Perfect location with sea view and private (crowdy) beach. Staff was excellent and nice! Please be aware that this hotel is quite party like, so don’t be surprised when you’ll hear music in the morning. To me overall it had great vibe! Highly recommend!!!

The property is beautifully decorated with tasteful modern decor. It is kept SPOTLESS. They are constantly cleaning at all times. The staff are incredibly helpful, discreet and polite. The location on the Palm is perfect as it is towards the exit of the Palm and therefore a short drive from the Marina/Habour. The breakfast was lovely - lots or variety and the egg bar is by far the best offering. The private beach is also a fantastic offering.

There are scammer taxi drivers at the hotel car park that try to lure you in by offering “the same price as Uber”. They are annoying and fraudulent and the hotel should keep them away from guests.

It was very clean and very nice.

Everything was great except for when your at the beach l, there is nowhere to clean off your feet from the sand. You have to go all the way to where the pool is which is on the second floor of the hotel.

Surprised by all the negative Google reviews because we had an AMAZING experience. We received a superb sea view room, it was cleaned and maintained every day, I was even messaged to ask if I would like my room cleaned after accidentally putting a DND sign on the door! All facilities worked, more than enough space, water replenished daily, access to the beach. It was not as noisy as others made it seem. Staff were accommodating and friendly. For the price paid, it was worth it! There is also an amazing Mexican restaurant that had great drinks downstairs.

Room service was slow at times, was not aware that there was no access to the rooftop infinity pool due to refurbishment until we got there. Needs to have medical staff/facilities for hotel guests.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations! The facilities are top-notch, the beach views are breathtaking, and the amenities cater to every need. However, what truly makes this place exceptional is the staff, especially Hakim. Hakim went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From assisting with early check-in to providing thoughtful recommendations, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. It’s rare to find such dedication and warmth. Hakim genuinely cares about guests’ experiences, making everyone feel welcome and at home. Thank you, Radisson, for yet another memorable stay, and a huge shoutout to Hakim for making it all the more special. Looking forward to my next visit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel located directly on the beach. The location is very good. What stands out the most, though, is the impeccable service. The staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, Hakim, and his colleague, Sofiane, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Their attentiveness and willingness to help with any request made a significant difference, making me feel valued as a guest. Furthermore, the hotel's location is a fantastic advantage, as it is conveniently situated near some of the best beach clubs and restaurants in the area. I had the opportunity to explore several delicious dining options and vibrant beach clubs within a short walk, which added to the overall experience. In summary, this hotel is a gem on Palm Jumeirah, offering not only a perfect location but also exceptional service and cleanliness. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable vacation.

Location was excellent. Front Desk staff specially Polina, Jyoti and Syed were brilliant and welcoming with a big smile. Breakfast spread was quite decent.

The housekeeping standard in the hotel need improvement. my bedsheet was torn from different places.Had to request for it to be changed but when they changed it the staff left the old ones in the room only. Day two housekeeping staff didn't place face towels. The gym was very very very ordinary with no steam room or sauna. The light switch fot that toilets were In the corridor not by the bed so to open or close them you had to walk all the way and then use toilets. Before checking in I messaged the hotel to check if there was any padel court nearby and they replied that there were none but there were literally 2 courts within 500 meters of the hotel and they had no idea about it.

I stayed 5 hours since I arrived to check in and before I arrive to the hotel I called the hotel to confirm that I will arrive early morning and they confirmed that the room will be ready once I reached the Hotel Mr. Hakim from the reception team informed me that sorry we don’t have available rooms at the moment and the one who gave me the information did a mistake!!! I was super tired because I was coming from 11hours flight so it was a very disappointed check in experience .

The BEST hotel ever! Prime location in Dubai on the beachfront and the views from the hotel are amazing. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the service was amazing, every single member of staff is friendly, kind and attentive and made our stay even better. I would recommend anyone to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Usman who works round the pool made our stay enjoyable and provided exceptional service, I wish I could name and credit every single staff member at this hotel as they are truly amazing. I will definitely return. This will be the only place I stay in Dubai from now on!

Location first class on the palm… staff were very helpful and polite… breakfast area and food was very good… the place was spotless clean which I liked..

The beach area is the worst by far on the palm… beds/ furniture/ sun umbrella’s were dated and not very clean… beach staff dine their best to keep place tidy but entire area needs upgrade..
