Absolutely everything! This was my 6th visit to the UAE, and it was the best experience, in the best hotel, with the best service! Details: - Incredible selection of restaurants. Opt for the half-board option, and you can visit all of them with a reasonable surcharge! I particularly recommend visiting Cucina (excellent wine, truffle pizza from the oven, wagyu carpaccio, great prices), Above Eleven (great view from the windows, cool sushi sets from the chef served in cold smoke), Miami pool (everything is tasty, affordable, and quick!), Levantera (a gastronomic delight, with a very large selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and as always, everything is very delicious!) - Extremely responsive service, including Russian-speaking staff. Instant response to any request! Thanks to your care, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, which we combined with celebrating our wedding anniversary. We received a lovely gift and special attention at every stage of our stay! - Excellent rooms with an incredible view of the skyscrapers, both day and night. - The large pool with cooled water allowed us to comfortably cool off in +40°C weather. The free ice water service deserves special mention! Large beds by the pool at no extra charge, and food and drinks from the restaurant delivered at the push of a button. Very cool! - The lobby has many relaxation areas, and there are maximum comfort zones for privacy everywhere on the property, with soft music of excellent quality playing outside! - The beach also deserves attention, with its white sand, comfortable loungers, bar, cleanliness, and order. There's a promenade right outside the hotel where you can take a stroll both on the Palm and towards the city. - Attentive room cleaning, with the possibility to adjust the time to suit you. I think this might be the best hotel I've visited in the last 5 years. And now we definitely want to return!

It's unlikely this relates to the hotel; it's more of a recommendation for other travelers. The only restaurant I can't recommend is OKKU. We booked it before arriving in Dubai, but unfortunately, we were given a table in the staff area. When we asked to change the table, no good alternatives were offered, so we ended up sitting in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The service was intrusive, with requests for tips. The prices were unjustifiably high, not matching the quality of the food and service. We spent no more than an hour in the restaurant because we felt uncomfortable and couldn't enjoy the gastronomic experience or even have a proper meal. We ended up paying a three-digit amount in euros.

The Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah is a fantastic facility, offering an excellent location right next to the beach. There are plenty of activities for kids, including a beach and pool, a kids’ pool, and a dedicated kids’ zone. The variety of restaurants and ongoing events make it a vibrant place to stay. Additionally, the resort is surrounded by other convenient facilities, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

I stayed at the Marriott Palm Resort during a national holiday, which led to a busy check-in process with many guests. Despite requesting an early check-in, it wasn't possible due to the hotel being overbooked. Even though I arrived on time, it took a long while to get checked in because my room wasn't ready. However, the staff handled the situation professionally, upgrading me to a higher category room. Additionally, they offered a late check-out, which made up for the inconvenience. Overall, despite the initial delay, the service was professional and we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent choice and variety, service was spot on with staff knowing what I wanted after a day or two and attending to me promptly. Got upgraded to a beach view room upon check in after requesting.

The queues at times to sign paper at breakfast could be looked at, signing a piece of paper seems a bit outdated at this point, not a massive issue but could be improved. Service in the Smoki Restaraunt on Level 2 was a bit off, they didn't seem happy about a person comingh to eat on their own.

The resort was really nice and well-maintained, mostly catering to families. It was very convenient, with everything we needed on-site for a relaxing stay. The restaurants were amazing, offering great food and a variety of options, which made dining a fantastic experience.

Check-in took way too long — we had to wait around 40 minutes at reception after a long flight, feeling exhausted, and no one offered us a drink or even a seat. On top of that, we had to wait a long time for our luggage to be delivered to our room, which made the arrival experience frustrating.

From the moment we checked in, Amil's warm and genuine hospitality set the tone for a remarkable experience. His attentiveness to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort were truly commendable. Amil went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, addressing our needs with a level of professionalism and kindness that exceeded our expectations. One of the standout aspects of Amil's service was his insightful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Clearly well-versed in the area, he guided us to hidden gems that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. His passion for the city and genuine enthusiasm for sharing its treasures made a significant impact on our overall experience. Amil's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Whether it was promptly addressing a minor room request or offering personalized touches to make our stay more memorable, he consistently demonstrated a level of dedication that is truly rare in the hospitality industry. The room was huge and comfy. Kids friendly hotel (there are great activities for kids) Facilities are clean and good. Location is also great.

Too many people at the breakfast restaurant. You have to wait for a long que if you come late..

We stayed three nights at the Marriott Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, with fresh sheets and a comfortable bed. The pillow menu was a great touch. The room also featured a coffee bar and 24/7 room service. The pool was nice, with plenty of sunbeds and cool, clean water. The pool staff were also very accommodating. While the breakfast had a good variety, the taste was just okay. The cheese selection was limited, and the omelettes and other items were acceptable but not exceptional. Overall, we had a great experience. The rooms were spotless, the staff were attentive, and we appreciated the hospitality. Thank you, Marriott Hotel, for a pleasant stay. It’s truly a five-star establishment!

Good location and vibe.

There was a massive miscommunication when we checked in. The check in itself was a pleasant experience. BUT we had to wait for an hour and a couple of phone calls to the reception to get our luggage sent up to the room.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff I liked the service the beach and the technology in this hotel. It was very tidy lots of helpful staff and loads of restaurants which were excellent. Outside was a pleasure to just sit and relax. I never seen any crows while eating outside like most hotels I’ve stayed so that was good. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect from the moment I stepped through the doors.
