The drinks in the room should be complementary. We had to pay for the water in the rooms....but that didn't ruin our experience. We had a beautiful stay

Wonderful brand new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. liked the cleanliness and the comfortable, spacious room with its beautiful view over the gulf sea and the palm island. Excellent room amenities. the bed was very comfy that you don't want to wake up, and i even got up late that day. A very positive thing that the room TV is smart, so you can play Youtube or Netflix. Excellent room service, taking care of every detail.

The hotel entrance is very crowded, i took 5 to 10 minutes only to reach the hotel door when i arrived at noon.

As I arrived very early in the morning, the staff was kind enough to provide me with a room on arrival. It made a great difference as I came from a very long trip

Our bathroom ceiling was damaged and there was water leakage , which took them 2 days to fix it. no direct access to the beach however there was shuttle services. no balcony small lobby

Although the room was supposed to be soundproof, we could hear the tv or radio of the room next to us all night long!

All the staff amazing and very accommodating, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in terms of everything food, service and location it felt very welcoming I’m definitely gonna go back I also had my cars battery stop at the hotel and Mohammed helped me with dealing with it he stayed with the guy who fixed it and insured my car was working before he let him go took a load off my shoulder with the way he dealt with it and helped me Also I always let the engine warm up before moving my car and when I asked them to do that they did every time which I appreciate a lot The laundry service was amazing 10/10 worth the price for sure The room dining food is delicious not only that they have st Regis gardens right beside the hotel I loved hanu! Their butler services are amazing too I wanted a bubble bath and they set it up for me Amazing spa I got the best massage What a smooth stay zero problems zero worries I’ve never left a hotel this satisfied and attached 🤣 definitely going back soon

There is no golf cart to transport to the beach and tennis court

Exceptional hotel. All Staff were amazing, so attentive and happy to help with any request. In particular Sohail working at the pool was great, and was fantastic with our 1 year old. Rooms are modern and luxurious, with amazing views of the palm. Superb hotel. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had, a huge range of high quality food. HIGHLY recommend.

The only minimal feedback we’d have from our stay is that it’s a shame the lobby bar doesn’t allow any under 21s to come in with parents, which meant they lost our business for drinks.

The design of the hotel and the services were great, the staff in general were excellent, well spoken and helpful.

My one issue was the checkin, I always book a room for 1bed for me and my partner and it’s abit embarrassing when the receptionists mentions my room (one bed) and asks me if I want to change to 2 beds. The booking is done so unless I the client don’t request a change you should maintain some semblance of privacy and not mention such things. It’s an Arab / Muslim country and I don’t need to keep getting looks from the lobby because you’re announcing my details. It made me very uncomfortable.
