Truly outstanding - From arrival to departure this was one of the best Hotel Apartments we have ever stayed at. Mohammed (front desk) was amazing - his services are just beyond one's imagination - Thank you Mohammed.... Also Haram (hope I spelt that correctly) also went above and beyond.... so too did all the staff we encountered. They are amazing and made our stay wonderful. The apartment - Where do I start..... it's well beyond a 10 from 10..... super clean, new, all the facilities, spacious, and home from home..... The location of the Hotel is also top notch as it's night next to the mall and the metro station. The pool, gym, and in house facilities were also top notch.

There was no negatives - We loved it so much , we did not want to leave.

The hotel and the apartment are super perfect, Everything is modern and clean. The location is very good , the hotel is near the Nakheel Mall, It has a door attached with the mall. I'd like to thank Mohammad at the front desk for his excellent service and assistance. We arrived early at the hotel. And because the apartment I reserved wasn't available, he gave us another one to stay in until my apartment was ready, and then he upgraded us to the high category. He granted us late check-out on the last day; he is a wonderful person, and I greatly appreciate him. I'd also like to thank Ahmed and Abdul Kahir for their assistance with my bags. They were extremely helpful and always had a bright smile on their faces.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cheval Maison, a relatively new hotel in Dubai, UAE, that opened its doors just three months ago. I must say, my experience was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the hotel's friendly and attentive staff who made me feel truly welcomed, Shout out to Aditya - Mohammed - Nurane - Esther. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and modern interior design of the lobby. It created a sense of sophistication and luxury that continued throughout my entire stay. The rooms at Cheval Maison were simply stunning. They were spacious, beautifully furnished, and boasted breathtaking views of the city skyline. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the comfortable bedding to the state-of-the-art amenities. It was evident that the hotel spared no expense in ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience for their guests. One of the highlights of my stay was the close proximity to Nakheel Mall which is one of my favourites in Dubai. The hotel's restaurant / bars which is currently not opened as yet, looks amazing and I’m sure will offer a diverse menu of gourmet dishes that will tantalise my taste buds. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The rooftop pool and lounge area provided a serene oasis amidst the bustling city. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying panoramic views of Dubai's iconic landmarks. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. What truly sets Cheval Maison apart is its impeccable customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and they were always ready to assist with a warm smile. From arranging transportation to recommending local attractions, their knowledge and willingness to help made my stay even more memorable.

If you are reading this review, you (like me) must have about 30 tabs open with excellent, highly rated hotels in Dubai and are unsure which one to book. Your problems are over, this is the hotel you are looking for. Cheval Maison is exceptional in every way: - it is located in the middle of The Palms, next to Nakheel Mall (an excellent shopping mall, with many restaurants and where The View is located) - the rooms are huge, very comfortable and brand new furniture. - the staff is very attentive and friendly. All of them, without exception.

I have no complaints. This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life (and I have traveled to over 20 countries). I will definitely stay there again every time I come back to Dubai.

Hotel is new - everything is beautiful, very clean and calm. The staff was really helpful, especially Mohammad and Aditya. Thank You guys for making our stay so great. Location is also very good - minute walk to the shopping mall, and to the view point for the Jumeira Palm. In nearby there are many restaurants and private beaches.

Good size apartment with comfortable main bed (sofa bed is firm), coffee pod machine, great shower. Beautiful rooftop pool. Excellent gym. Staff super friendly. Only 30mtrs to Nakheel Mall which has a nice atmosphere unlike emirates mall. Recommend Paul's cafe for all meals and coffee (excellent flat white).

Everything was excellent. It was just to hot (43degs felt like 50) to do anything other than mall pool,apartment. Don't go to Dubai in summer

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! It exceeded our expectations so much that we decided to extend our stay. The hotel is brand new and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s less than 1min from Nakheel mall which makes it so convenient to grab food or do some shopping. Private beaches are very close! The bedding is really good quality. Last but not least, the staff was amazing. Special thanks to very thoughtful Rajaa who has been extraordinary since day one and made our stay so enjoyable!!!

Wish they had a partnership with one of the free beaches close by.

Everything was great. New property, spacious apartments, helpful staff. Great location, right at the doorsteps of Nakheel mall. Highly recommend.
