The facility is like a home to me in Dubai. The residence life with sharing facilities of St. Regis Palm Tower is more than you may expect from a 5-star hotel. The connection to Nakheel Mall is a bonus. The corner rooms of the residence have probably the best view of the palm. The residence has a private garage and the access from rooms is convenient. Ruya Restaurant is beyond Michelin Star and the selection of cocktails is more than amazing. The two pools one on the west and the other on the east part are well located and are calm and relaxing. The service in the whole facility is super gentle.

Nothing at all

The location is really exceptionnal. The appartment is really spacious with a truly amazing view You can use the accomodations of the hotel. Be sure to go to the aura rooftop in the hotel!

When we arrived the people from QSTAY weren't there. we mailed them that there was nobody. the replied that someone was coming. We waited 50 minutes! in the lobby. A guy from qstay arrived. didn't appologize, did'nt even say hello and just shoved a paper under our nose to sign. He showed us the room and left after 5 minutes it felt really awkward. certainly in such a luxurious place. But besides that the place itself is really excellent.

The apartment was exquisite, with a great view of the Palm Jumeirah area, including the Nakheel Mall, the view, and the marina. The property staff are so cooperative and no security deposit is required.

Initially the access card was not opening the pool area...but this was immediately fixed with a smile!

St. Regis Palm Jumeriah is beautiful. The Staff was amazing, enjoyed Nahkeel Mall being connect from a hallway that had any and everything we needed even a grocery store. St. Regis and St. Regis Garden has Several restaurants to enjoy. We really didn’t have to leave the property if we didn’t want to. The close proximity to so many other hotels, shopping, nightlife, etc. including Atlantis The Palm Hotel & Resort that also has a mall & dining.

I wish there was some information provided on what we had access to since we were in the Residence area. We know that St. Regis is a part of Marriott which is on the beach side across the street. We didn’t know if we could access the Marriott facility or which beach. It will be helpful to have a print out of those things referenced above as well as other activities within close proximity or around the city.

The location was excellent direct access to Al Nakhla shopping mall. The view from the room was amazing. Great facilities.The best 5 star+++ breakfast. Great value stay :))

1-even though the tower is shared with 5 star hotel the Regis and I could use the facilites but unfortunately no room service available. 2-I paid fees for cleaning and actually and it is only provided 3 times per week beside I have to arrange 24hrs in advance !!! 3- It took long time for customer service to reply me through what app !!

Very good location, great swimming pool with a 5*star hotel bar. It’s in the same building with St. Regis hotel.

No access to beach

This location was great. The integrated support from the staff could have been a bit better as a serviced apartment, but the facility, room, cleanliness was second to none. The building is also located to a mall and a number of restaurants, patios, pool and amazing bars which made proper cocktails. The views from the Palm is also amazing, and the building was really great overall. Would definitely recommend and for the price is much better than the hotels in the region (for the same price), as many hotels in Dubai are run down.

Nothing was missed here. Good value over most hotels in the area.

Everything about this from the reception area, pool, and room itself was luxurious. Very impressed by the design of the room.The view was great - you can see the Burj Al Arab from the window if you get the same unit I did. The pool area feels like a private lounge/club, and I believe it was an infinity pool. The gym was large and had everything I needed at the time although I was doing arm day not leg day. 50% chance they had a squat rack or smith machine. Note that the tower connects to the Naheel Mall (v convenient for shopping and eating) so you'll need to take a short taxi to the beach. You can walk onto the beach and go to any beach club you want, but the description says they give you a pass to Kyma beach if you stay long enough. I visited anyway even though I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the Boho infinity pool vibe and a poolside fruit platter. Note that staying here, you're steps away from The View viewpoint on the top of the tower, and Aura skypool (which was closed for some reason in Jan but may be open for you) The bathroom had a good amount of marble with great lighting, and there was a small kitchen in the studio apt that I didn't use. 100% recommend.

A minor point is to note that this room is a short-term rent of an amazing St Regis Residence apartment in the same Palm Tower, not the St Regis itself. Therefore you'll have to coordinate a check-in time which I didn't plan for (being a very spontaneous guy). Otherwise fantastic room and totally worth planning in advance for! Once a time was planned (read the booking email), check-in was smooth and quick.
