Everything was great. The food was excellent, a lot of choices (both breakfast and dinner), including a lot of stuff for children (with no salt for example). The apartment was really nice, we needed an extra bed and we were not charged for it. The cleaning services were outstanding, every day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool was great, the water was heated (perfect even for kids). We’ve had the best experience here at this hotel and we are already planning on coming back soon.

Amazing food. Overall the Hotel is amazing. Everything was amazing about it. The food is amazing, the staff is polite and always willing to help. The room is clean and always stays that way. I recommend this amazing hotel.

The most amazing stay. We loved everything! Staff were great, very welcoming and friendly , especially with our toddler. Breakfast was excellent, so much variety in a beautiful setting. Apartment was great, looked beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. Swimming pool was huge with lots of sun beds in the sun or shade, with a cafe/restaurant next to it, with views overlooking the beach & Burj Al Arab . Couldn’t fault it :)

Nothing, it was perfect

We stayed in an one bedroom apartment with a baby of 5 months. It was very clean with enough space for our family and with a well equiped kitchen and a generous bathroom and bed . The breakfast was very good and as for their restaurants we tried only the The Locale,but we were pleased with the choices we made. I highly recommend this hotel !

Expensive and didn't like the windows only opened 2 inches. It would have been nice to have some fresh air.

The Andaz is located within a good reach to all major attractions. The hotel itself is clean and the design is an eyecatcher. The personnel is very guest-oriented. The food is great at all restaurants. This was our 2nd time at Andaz and we will come back for sure.

We were surprised that a lot of European guests - mainly German - let their kids (up to the age of 7-8 I would say) run naked at the beach and in the pool area. In a muslim country I would expect the hotel employees would ensure a certain compliance.
