Excellent room apart from storage. There was an adjoining door where the wardrobe should be thus no room to unpack clothes. We didn't like the qr code on the TV for information on the facilities, it was inconvenient and the information didn't include the times or locations of restaurants etc. There was more information in the elevator! The room included tea making facilities and a Nespresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was excellent. Once again all the staff were friendly and efficient.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location is very close to Dubai Marina, just a 10 minute walk, which has all the amenities, restaurants, cafes, fruit and food stores, and even the Marina Mall is only about a 20 minute walk away. The Marina promenade is over 7 km long and is beautiful, especially at night. From my bed in the room, the view was of the Burj Al Arab. The restaurant staff was phenomenal, as was the reception and everyone else. We celebrated the 53rd UAE National Day with them and they even made us a special cake to say goodbye to in the restaurant. We will definitely be back.

In my opinion, the lobby is too small for the size of the hotel.

Breakfast was good in a buffet form. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. From the greeters at the door untill the staff serving breakfast, I was very impressed with their work. The rooms are spacious and you get a big amount of free water each day, and the room was cleaned very fast every day. I can recommend this hotel in Dubai

It is a bit far away from the city centre and the Metro is most of the times crowded so you have to rely on Uber or Taxi. But it is very close to the dubai Marina which is very nice.

Fantastic location easily accessible by Metro in 3'. Spacious room with splendid views but most important a friendly and warm staff in all locations ,who made you really feel at home or even better . Front desk staff Mario , Intan , Danu to name few of all other beautiful there there , Farah in helping people in breakfast area and so on . It was an experience to remember and of course to come back during next trip .

Honestly , I cant find anything I did not like as I felt that both me as well as other guests are the center of attention of all Pullman staff and Management .

The hotel offered a truly comfortable stay with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, Intan, Alliah, Mike, Mandip, Mohammad and Chelsea. Great location, just a short walk to the metro. Comfortable beds and spotless rooms. I greatly appreciate the staff’s efforts in ensuring my comfort and addressing all my needs with a smile especially Intan and Alliah.

Very far from the airport and Dubai Mall and takes about an hour to go there although the Sobha Realty metro station is opposite the hotel.

Convenient location for visiting family. Not ideal if you’re wanting beach experience Dubai but perfect for exploring via metro/ tram all the sights. Comfortable and welcoming. Good sized pool for swimming lengths.

Struggled to alter air con temp. Even better if there was a drinking water tap to fill water bottles.

Location was comfortable for my places of biz visits. Breakfast good enough and very friendly, room clean and had balcony as I requested. Comfortable furniture plan in the room and good table if need to work with you laptop(enough space on the surface of the table).Also I liked pencils instead of pens to make notes.

There was leakage of the water from bathroom to the room, a bit of slippery and risky. I myself did not suffer, but I warned stuff and they promised to solve the problem.

They are were very accommodating

A receptionist called me and was without inquiring was asking me why is their company in your room and I have to inform them if someone is staying with you and all. I had a guest to whom I had to give some things which o cannot give in the lobby so was in my room and that was totally unprofessional of the staff member. Did not like was like an insult to me and next time not coming to Pullman ever. How can she straight away insult me like this. No courtesy at all will not even recommence it to anyone from my group to book this hotel

Room - sizable, quiet and clean. Breakfast - good on the first day but I stayed for four nights waking up to the same breakfast. Almost tempted to order McDonald’s on my last two days. 😅 Location - very convenient and near to the metro if need to travel out of the JLT/Dubai Marina area.

Breakfast - variety is there but same food for my four night stay. A little more Asian food variation would be superb.

Convenient location

I was traveling with my 16-month-old baby, and he hadn’t eaten breakfast. I was shocked when I wasn’t allowed to bring the food (scrambled eggs) to my room, even though I had it with me. Before I went back to my room, I was informed that they would send the food up, but they didn’t. As a result, I had to order food through room service to feed him.
