Misbah and Brian gave the most and best experience. I had an outstanding experience during my stay, thanks in large part to Brian’s exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, he ensured that all my needs were met with professionalism and genuine care. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay truly memorable. I booked a golf course room, the view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, though it would be nice to see some more variety in the buffet. The staff was exceptional, truly helpful and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated the hotel’s central location, which provided convenient access to all major roads.

I wish the room had been a bit more spacious. The closet was quite small, even for one person, and I didn’t like its dual access design, with one side opening to the bathroom. This allowed steam, moisture, and odors to enter, affecting the clothes inside.

Everything was just on point. The front desk were really helpful. We checked in past midnight and they had withheld some money from my account but they refunded it next morning. There was a Sri Lankan girl at the reception desk that checked us in, she was super warm and lovely. Made our stay really great. My mama loved everything about the property.

There’s nothing to dislike about the property. I’m a loyal Vida guest who will keep staying at every Vida property for all my Dubai trips In Sha Allah.

Breakfast choice was excellent along with the service given by the lovely staff. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. All public areas of the hotel including the Pool were very clean and tidy. My only fault would be the decking planks around some areas were loose and needing replaced but this did not cause any problems to ourselves during the stay. We will definitely recommend the hotel and the area to others. This would be a hotel to choose for a relaxing stay.

The staff are very helpful . The room is well designed . Beddings are very soft. Nice scent in the hotel. Nice to go for a walk around early in the morning . The swimming pool is cold so you will not feel the hot weather Gym is good Elegant restaurants suitable for most tastes

The location is only 1 km far from the Metro station which could be solved by shuttle microbus every half or one hour. Golf course included but no one informed me about it. Gym towels need more fresh pleasant. Dogs' outdoor walk should be controlled better

We’ve been regular visitors to Dubai for 20 years but only discovered the Vida two years ago. The golf view suites are absolutely superb for us as a family with one young son - huge, well equipped and quiet, not to mention exceptional value. The pool is great, breakfast is lovely - special mention to Irene who greeted us with a beautiful smile every morning on our recent stay. This is a fantastic boutique style hotel which is also in a great location for easy access to the marina, the Palm and Jumeirah Beach, but at a far more competitive price than most of the hotels.

First and foremost, I have to mention Menna at the front desk. She is an absolute jewel and a true asset to this establishment. Such a nice, polite, and understanding lady who took the time to explain the hotel amenities and made the check-in process a smooth and pleasant experience. I sincerely hope her hard work and professionalism are appreciated at Vida. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were superb, and the overall hotel vibe was fantastic. I will definitely stay again for sure!

Perfect location for us - near friends and family and also golf courses. Good freshly cooked breakfast offering. Rooms a decent size and comfortable with both bath and shower. We had a corner room with a small balcony which we liked although it is a bit close to the road.

The pool is largely in shade for most of the day except either one end or the other. Service around the pool and on the terrace is very slow to non-existent. You can sit for ages and no one comes, then it takes an age to serve two drinks!

Excellent business facilities because I had to work while here. Really large and spacious. Smaller meeting rooms can be booked but are chargeable. Lovely gym although I didn't get to use it. The gym has saune and steam room which you are allowed to use too. The pool is really good but does get shaded that side of the building after about 3pm. I was fasting and my breakfast was replaced with a very good suhoor meal. Fantastic location, 15 min walk to metro, taxis always readily available. Because Vida also has 4 residence buildings attached there's a good geant supermarket, beauty salon. Try and get golf view rooms, it is worth it for the extra, lovely open views and large rooms very comfy bed. . We were in a suite and still surprised by how large it was. The Internet facilities are great. Check in was smooth, staff very friendly and welcoming and always tried to go above and beyond.

Room wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been and we had to ask every couple of days for basic hoovering to be done! Pillows were a little puffy for me, but that's a personal thing obviously.
