Very good quality of food at all restaurants inside of it, paros included. Also like the area. Short walk from Dubai marina and well connected. Very enjoyable pool

The cleaning didn't meet my expectations. The toilet is NEVER being properly clean. Always tidied up, amenities replaced and towels changed. However we noticed that things weren't properly cleaned especially the floor. Face and hands towel often found dirty. Dinner at paros restaurant has been disappointing. We waited one and half hour to received our main course, when we received it, the side were missing. The staff served us didn't provide a good service. He removed the price of 2 beers from the bill, but didn't applied the discount we had. The dinner has been a disappointment

Everything was lovely, the location was close to my workplace also. Staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly! Bouri, Farouk, Niyas were all amazing. And everyone else that worked there they made my stay there wonderful. I appreciated everyone’s help! I would definitely stay there again.

I spend a lot of time in hotels, and this is definitely my favorite. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the staff were so helpful, friendly and super amazing. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious and modern. Wifi was excellent. Swimming pool was amazing, stunning views, and staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant Nonya had delicous breakfasts every day, one of the best I've ever had, and the staff were amazing. TJ's restaurant was also awesome and super delicious. The executive lounge was wonderful, I spent most of my days here, so relaxing, food and drink, and the company of the lounge staff was amazing. The cleaning staff of my room were always very helpful and friendly. I will definitely visit again and I highly recommend this hotel. I want to thank each and every staff memember, especially these: Bouri, Abhishek, Sumit, Najdeep, Antony, Moksh, Trupti, Firdaous. You are all amazing!!

Everything was perfect

Buffet breakfasts were excellent. Really good restaurant options for meals. Beds and pillows were so comfortable, best nights sleep I have had in a while. Staff were so accomodating and welcoming. The roof top pool terrace was excellent and staff were very attentive and respectful. The staff in the club lounge and Shaimana were so friendly, accommodating and attentive, went above and beyond for us. Fitness suite was well stocked for a good workout.

More options at breakfast in the bread and pastry section for gluten free people would have been nice as well as in the afternoon tea and canapes in the evening in the club lounge and restaurants. There was no netflix and other apps available on the smart tv's in the rooms which was a great disappointment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Taj Jumeirah lakes in Dubai. The only thing we regretted was that the restaurant Shamiana and the rooftop bar Paros were not accessible due to renovation work. The view from our room was also not great, as there was a construction going on. This, however, had nothing to do with the standard of the hotel or the staff. The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff did their utmost best to ensure a comfortable stay and accommodated all of our wishes with joy and patience-- even at 3am in the morning. Thanks to the entire staff and especially miss Sharon who was very friendly during breakfast hours!

The location is alright, but if you are not travelling by car, it might be more challenging to navigate through the city.

From the check in until the check out all the staff from the hotel are so nice and welcoming. They always make you feel so comfortable and relax. The selection of food is incredible. The breakfast all the verity available, the Indian restaurant the briani rice is to die for and even the Asian restaurant the crab fried rice is absolutely delicious. The roof top pool is the best part of the hotel the view and the staff that work there are so nice. Even the room when we came back everyday from our activities the room is so nice and clean can’t fault anything. Thank you to all the staff for making our honeymoon a memorable one. Will definitely stay again when we are in Dubai next. Absolutely value for money.

Only things was Saturday night both restaurants was closed due to private function and we thought would have a DJ on the roof top but was told only Wednesday to Friday. Other than that nothing.

I had the most unforgettable stay at this hotel! From the very first moment, the staff’s attentiveness and genuine care made me feel truly special. They surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade for my birthday, and the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The team even decorated the room beautifully and treated me to a delicious birthday cake! It’s these little thoughtful touches that mean so much, especially on such a special day when you just want to feel surrounded by warmth and care—and that’s exactly how I felt here. This is the second time I am staying at Taj and it was as perfect as the first time. Very nice and friendly staff, everything was very clean, amazing view from the room, great breakfast options for all tastes. I truly recommend booking this hotel. Jumeirah Lakes promenade is at 3 mins of walking, the main metro line is at 10 mins of walking, Dubai Marina is also easily reachable by foot if it is not too hot. Also the rooftop bar is amazing.

We have stayed before and absolutely love the infinity pool and the room sizes. The location is great. We have only ever used taxis before but this was the first time we used the metro, which was super easy! Literally a 7-9 minute walk away. We still love it here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Harman at breakfast was amazing - after our first day of taking our breakfast order, he was able to remember what we liked to eat and how "well done" we liked our eggs! Asish was extremely helpful with check-in so thank-you very much for helping change our room.

This was the first time we used the executive club, which is a real let down. The food choices were pretty nice but the area is unbearably small. They only have one member of staff working there. There needs to be more variety throughout the day. We felt so uncomfortable even laughing out loud with our children as it's sooo small!! The gym was extremely basic!
