Very good quality of food at all restaurants inside of it, paros included. Also like the area. Short walk from Dubai marina and well connected. Very enjoyable pool

The cleaning didn't meet my expectations. The toilet is NEVER being properly clean. Always tidied up, amenities replaced and towels changed. However we noticed that things weren't properly cleaned especially the floor. Face and hands towel often found dirty. Dinner at paros restaurant has been disappointing. We waited one and half hour to received our main course, when we received it, the side were missing. The staff served us didn't provide a good service. He removed the price of 2 beers from the bill, but didn't applied the discount we had. The dinner has been a disappointment

Everything was lovely, the location was close to my workplace also. Staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly! Bouri, Farouk, Niyas were all amazing. And everyone else that worked there they made my stay there wonderful. I appreciated everyone’s help! I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed before and absolutely love the infinity pool and the room sizes. The location is great. We have only ever used taxis before but this was the first time we used the metro, which was super easy! Literally a 7-9 minute walk away. We still love it here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Harman at breakfast was amazing - after our first day of taking our breakfast order, he was able to remember what we liked to eat and how "well done" we liked our eggs! Asish was extremely helpful with check-in so thank-you very much for helping change our room.

This was the first time we used the executive club, which is a real let down. The food choices were pretty nice but the area is unbearably small. They only have one member of staff working there. There needs to be more variety throughout the day. We felt so uncomfortable even laughing out loud with our children as it's sooo small!! The gym was extremely basic!

There was a variety of Indian breakfast ,cereals and pastries. There is a metro station which is 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. Dubai marina is nearby. You have a shuttle bus to go to the mall of Emirates. Hearty thanks to Mr Adhiraj who allowed me an early check in as well as breakfast. He has given me a very comfy room with a nice view. Special thanks to the concierge particularly Mr Anorld and Mr Denis who have helped me a lot. They are always ready to help.

The lounge should be more spacious .

I had an awesome stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time there. The room was incredibly spacious, giving me plenty of room to stretch out and relax. It was also super clean, which made me feel right at home. The bed was so comfy – I slept like a baby! Everything I needed was right there in the room, from toiletries to a well-stocked minibar. I loved the extra details like lots of storage space, handy charging points, and a cozy little seating area. The bathroom was big and modern, with a great shower and fluffy towels. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, and roomy to stay. I'd be happy to come back anytime!

The hotel is a very nice one with friendly and helpful staff, great service and one of the best breakfast buffets I had so far. Especialy the Indian dishes to order are great. But also the buffet was very good with different warm options from around the world that were different every day. They even had gluten-free buns which was perfect for our daughter who cannot eat gluten. And the waitress offered to make something from the menue gluten-free and could answer our question about cornflakes (yes, gluten-free) after asking in the kitchen. We can fully recommend this hotel for people with allergies or dietary requirements. The bar and restaurant TJ's on the ground floor has a nice atmosphere and serves good burgers, but the chairs could be more comfortable. Food at the Nonya restaurant was very tasty and the view from there is awesome. One waitress from the Nonya even got french fries for our daughter from the TJs. Thanks a lot for this exceptional kind service! The roof top pool is great. Our room was clean and spacious enough with penty of space to store suitcases and clothes and with a nice big bed. The matress was a bit too soft for our liking but others might prefer it this way. The location of the hotel is good - only 10 min walk to the Metro and 20 min to Marina. Around Jumeira Lake there are serveral super markets where you can get everything much cheaper than in the Marina.

Gluten-free sweets for breakfast like a muffin or cake would have been exceptional. The normal buffet also offers a lot of sweet pastries so this is missing a bit for the people who cannot eat gluten. But this is no complaint, more like a hint for an even better service. Unfortunately, all the rooms with lake view are currently facing a building site. The hotel cannot change this, of course. We did not bother too much, but if you want a nice view better get the more expensive rooms on the other side.

We spent a fantastic staycation in this hotel ! Monika from the reception was very professional and welcoming and she was able to provide an upgrade for our room to a wide sized golf-view room with balcony. Beds are very comfortable with topper and choices of pillows. We were able to enjoy the Gym, the swimming pool and the SPA. Excellent Breakfast with good variety of low-carbs food as we like and different types of eggs. Free parking. Fantastic value for money !

Water plastic bottles in the room and plastic flowers as decoration in the swimming pool area. This is not acceptable in 2024 when we are all called to wipe out plastic before it wipes us out!

Property is well located with all major attractions short drive away. We enjoyed our stay at the Taj. Everything was perfect and taken care of by the hotel staff. From arriving, the check-in process, the design of room, the view and help with everyday needs, all were taken care of by the staff. Special thanks to the receiving staff at the gate, the traditional welcome at the reception, every morning breakfast team especially Harman and Priyanka going the extra mile catering to our requirements, the executive lounge staff, the room cleaning staff and the overnight in-room dining and laundry staff that helped us with baby bottle sterilisation and clothes. All in all a great service and highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff in all departments. Breakfast was superb with loads of choice we were served by Priyanka, Harman and Antony who always went out of the way to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast experience. We ate in 3 restaurants all were excellent with quality food especially Nonya where we were served by Neil who was a great host. The rooms were lovely spacious and clean and the housekeeping was of a high standard. The roof top pool was a tranquil oasis with views of the Burj Khalifa and the Burj Al Arab and pool side service of a high standard. All in all a lovely hotel with amazing staff highly recommended.

We stayed in room 1316 which overlooked the building of a new high rise so not such an impressive view. Work went on through the night during the week which was really loud at various times. The hotel were apologetic and offered a room change but being it was the last night we stayed put rather than pack and move.
