The place was very spacious, someone can rest at this spot. There are two bathrooms which wins a lot of time when 2 people are trying to get ready to go out at the same time. You can order a delicious breakfast from the coffee shop downstairs who were very kind and helpful. There is a supermarket right opposite this place. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is very close to the Palm

Two simple things: - furniture is a bit outdated but it’s not that bad - to enter the parking needs to bell the ring and wait till someone open the gate for you it generally was fast but it’s better if every guest had his own gate opener card

Location is ideal for me (for meetings close-by). Property is clean. Overall very happy with the location, facilities and price.

I've stayed here a few times. Each time, upon check-out, you're made to wait at the front desk while they send someone to inspect the room. I've stayed at many hotels over the past decade especially, but this is the only place where I left each time feeling like a criminal/vandal. Not the best way to see a guest off.

On the outskirts of the Dubai Marina, the property provides a full apartment stay at good pricing. You get a living room, sleeping room, kitchen, balcony and more. Good value compared to other hotels in the area.

The inside is starting to show its age. Some power outlets did not work, and the room could use a new coat of paint. Staff was okay but asked us a few requests that did not make sense.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Easily one of my most favourite hotels in Dubai. Full apartment feel. Always clean kitchens and kitchenware. Linens and towels are always fresh and bright. The restaurants nearby are great. Check in and check out is always quick and painless. If I forget something, they always bring it down and catch it without an issue.

Air conditioning can be a little noisy, but still strong and effective. Wifi and connectivity can be slow and spotty, but that's due to the location from the available cell towers in the area. The hotel connection is also a little slow if the times are peak or if the weather isn't quite cooperative.

Only stayed one night this time, but have stayed at Oaks Liwa Heights before. Its an excellent hotel right in the centre of Jumeirah Lake Towers. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are huge with everything you could possibly need in them. Just a short walk from the metro station and an abundance of eateries around.

Views From Room Are great Balcony is an A+ Just like home Maintainance on time ALWAYS!

Although Maintainance Crew is Extremely Active. The Crew needs to be informed on the Dishwasher usage and maintenance. The Salt needs to refilled The Rinse of Liquid needs a refill. And it would be a gesture to provide Cleaning Tabs.

Huge apartment, but it’s really cozy, clean, well equipped and comfortable for staying; friendly and hospitable staff, trying to satisfy all your requests; cozy balcony where you can have a cup of coffee/tea, breakfast; well equipped gym; great location in the vicinity of the Marina mall and metro station, plenty of groceries, restaurants and bars

There is no sauna in such big hotel, swimming pool was closed

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Incredibly clean rooms and kitchen. 2 bedroom is large and spacious.

One of the bulbs was burnt out in the master bedroom and air conditioner wouldn't drop room temperature to below 23° so we had to change to the smaller room. Construction to the parking areas caused a minor inconvenience and annoyance, but it's not a fault of the hotel or staff.

Big Size hotel Apartment Room with Evrything avaliable at fingertips. This is the place. As good as it looks. Excellent housekeeping
