I arrived late after midnight. I was expected.. almost everything was ready... The dates at the reception were like a glass of cold water in the middle of a desert. the staff was phenomenal.the pool and the spa was phenomenal. everything was unbelievable. Could not time, when the cardemom coffee was hot in the "private" lobby. Because I never had such a great coffee...unlimited.. I am a coffee drinker...(may be a announcement text to the residentwss of the hotel.. COFFEE IS READY... Hahah)

Room facilities, the view from balcony, spa treatments, breakfast, amazing staff, everybody very kind and professional from the first to the last day of our stay.

All members of staff were very attentive. Excellent restaurant with great quality food and good choice on menu.

We were placed in Room 105. The view from the balcony was poor. The control system for the lighting system in the room was not user friendly. The TV remote control system was cumbersome. It was very unpleasant laying around the swimming pool to the constant sound of the raspy caws of large Raven-like birds.

Staff very friendly, quiet area with a very nice pool. We had beautiful views from the room balcony.

The room next to us had a door that was very noisy when closing.

location and comfort

No information given when speaking to reservations about the work being done in the golf facilities. I was unable to practice due to the short game area closure and the driving range being reduced in length. My sole purpose for the trip was to practice.

Fantastic location and facilities - the 2 rooms that we booked are super large - The biggest rooms that I have stayed in Dubai to date. And the rooms are clean, well equipped, quiet, with view of the golf course. Located only 15-20 min to Burj Al Khalifa, and 10 min to Mall of The Emirates, Jumeirah. The staff are super nice, good selection of breakfast (incl. in the booking). I rented a car at DXB and parking at the resort was easy (free parking). Check in and check out was painless, super efficient. A hidden gem - Definitely will be back.

Missing a pool table . When you like to turn light on in bathroom at night , the whole bedroom gets lit up as shower has big inner window shared with bedroom . Both the above minor issues though!

The hotel is old school with two decent restaurants, a pool area that is not huge but adequate and located in middle of golf course which is pleasant. Service is exceptionally good.

Nothing not to like really other than the ridiculously hard room lighting systems :) There was work being done near the pool which was unfortunate but otherwise no complaints.

very nice rooms, staff very nice Viveck I think his name was in particular a star.

Noise from a wedding party that was being held there, occasional noise in the morning from the bins and golf carts, but we were offered another room the night of the party as it was so loud and directly opposite the room without having to move all our belongings just to take what we needed for the night to solve the issue, the wedding party was over by 11.30 so we didn't move in the end, pleased that staff on duty offered to give another room.
