Check in was smooth, we got in past midnight. Bit of a hiccup where the sofa cushions were haphazardly placed all over the hall, thankfully housekeeping was sent asap to rectify the situation. Breakfast was good, a fair spread of Middle Eastern and continental dishes, and the rotation was decent since we were there for 2 weeks. Housekeeping staff were really good, and polite. They did a lovely job doing up our room for my birthday and it was really appreciated so thank you to Husnain, Deepak, Jiten. WiFi was super good. Location is right in the heart of JBR, so walking down to the beach was just about 5 minutes, and plenty of restaurants all around. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next visit.

Room was fair, the hotel is showing its age so they definitely need to do a better job with paint and maintenance. We had an issue with a leaky ceiling in the second bathroom, which maintenance checked on right away.

Location was prime ,JBR Road and 2 min to sea and beach .Size of suit was great with 3 bathroom that was so clean . Concierge were so polite and friendly and supportive .

Somehow distant from metro station ( need to take first the tram to reach the metro) In order to reach the Dubai downtown, consider a 50-60 mins of metro trip.

Staff and facilities

Entrance to the hotel right under the overhead bridge corner. If you are not aware of Dubai, then make clear to public taxi that its Ramada JBR not any other Ramada in Dubai, some taxi driver play this to make more money.

Hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk to the beach just on ⁷The Walk, restaurants and everything you need just around the corner. We booked 1 bedroom apartement but were upgraded to double bedroom apartement with balcony wich is very large and has two bathrooms. Some of the equipement was little bit dated but funktional and everything was clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Towels and umbrella to the beach is extreamly usefull. Pool is ok and we appreciated playground for kids. Breakfast is good, every day was something new even though the basics remain the same. Thank you for perfect stay in your hotel.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel with my two children, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect everything was within walking distance, from delicious food spots and great coffee shops to the stunning beach. It made exploring the area so easy, especially with kids. The apartment itself was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, spotless every day, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. They were beyond friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and helpfulness made a huge difference in our trip. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and family-friendly stay. Five stars all the way!

Housekeeping team very supportive and responsive, especial thanks to Mr. Lognathan, for his help and support The hotel location is in premium location in JBR, Dubai and the hotel facilities are wide and convenient Finally, Thank to the great team at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Dubai JBR , for making my and my family staying very enjoyable and memorable.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean, excellent location. The beach is just a few minutes walk away, the beach towel service is great and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Also there are 24/7 store and a pharmacy right next to the hotel.

What I didn’t like is that the window in the room couldn’t be opened, and we had to rely solely on the air conditioning. I must write also that we had an issue during check-in, and I’m not sure where the problem originated—whether it was with booking.com or elsewhere. We booked a room for two adults and two children (aged 7 and 9), but it turned out that the room didn’t have enough beds to accommodate all of us, even though I had reserved a room for 4 people. In the end, the staff at the reception gave us a different room and added an extra single bed. Honestly, I didn’t fully understand how this situation came about.

Ramada JBR provides excellent value for money. I stayed at the hotel a couple of years ago and booked based on this (my previous experience was great) and also because it was the cheapest on JBR. To my surprise, the manager recognised me from my previous stay. I booked the one bed room apartment which was incredibly spacious and had an extra toilet as well as an en suite bathroom/shower/toilet. The staff and customer service was excellent, with everyone being very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent and was carried out daily. The breakfast was good. We used the swimming pool once which was also good. The location is great, right at the end of JBR, but everything is walking distance. I would happily stay at this hotel a third time.

Nothing worthy of a complaint

The location was great - near the beautiful beach, promenade, Dubai marina and many restaurants/supermarkets just around the corner. I liked the staff very much; the service was great. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and very professional - I would like to express my gratitude to these wonderful people for their dedication in work. The breakfast was affluent and diversified - generous choice of everything for every taste.

I would advise hanging more hooks for clothes on the walls in the room - in my opinion there were not enough. The sockets were difficult to use, sometimes they didn't work at all.
