The hotel is located in a nice area with easy acces to marina promenade. The staff were nice and helpfull with any request.

The manager Nazreen was very kind and helpful during the staying. And the apartment with the help of Musahath and Saeer was promptly clean every morning.

The structure is super good and it has a great position with a very nice view of Dubai Marina. The services are super good, and the staff always smilie and open to listen your requests in order to accomodate them. I was requesting to change room in order to get the one with a very good view and I got it. The staff in general is super welcoming and very nice. Just to mention few names, I remember especially Khalid was super nice person who was always available and helpful if anything needed. I really recommend the structure also for living there. When I’ll come back to Dubai I will definitely stay in Signature Hotel, it is perfect for my expectations.

During breakfast there was not espresso, as an italian that was the unique thing I was feeling it was missing.

Stunning Marina view from big balcony! You are able to enjoy the fresh air from balcony while watching the boats and yachts passing by and admire the beautiful buildings. Excellent hotel and spa, great breakfast with option to seat outside in the shade with beautiful Marina view to enjoy your food in peace and fresh air. Huge apartments with all you need, sitting area with armchairs and sofa, kitchen with all baseline things you might need if you want to cook your own food. Lots of places to eat in the area and supermarket next building.

You have to pay 200AED deposit and they are returning them to you in cash on check out...when you do not need AED because you are flying back home or back to your card in 21days... I find this a bit unnecessary, but, they said this is the hotel policy!

Location is spot on,with views of marina,swimming pool,with marina walk in front and yatchs docked in front of hotel.,the staffs are excellent especially Mohd Dilwar on reception,very nice courteous person, with a smiling face,helped us really well when we checked in at night at 3 a.m.Gem of a person.Rooms are nice with kitchen and essential plates, forks ,knives to prepare food if needed on induction stove.water,coffee replenished everyday with neat daily room cleaning ,nearby 24 hrs open supermarket and nearby affordable ,neat and tasty Pak Darbar pakistani restaurant.I would definitely recommend this hotel, It is value for money.

Fantastic stay with great service ! I stayed at the Signature Hotel Apartments and Spa for 5 nights during a short vacation in Dubai. I booked the Marina view room and it was everything I’d hoped for. The check in and check out process was very easy and hassle free. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the marina. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, especially Khaled at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful, he provided great local recommendations. The hotel’s location was perfect, right next to the Dubai Marina walk. It was just 20 minutes walk away from JBR and close to shops and restaurants/cafe. The breakfast at the hotel had a good variety of options. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay— I’d definitely come back to stay here in the future

The only problem I faced was with the short duration of hot showers.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment since we were a family of 3 sisters! (Room 403) Had incredible views of the Dubai Marina. All the staff we met were friendly and always ready to help. A special thanks to our Housekeeper (Mr.Sooraj) for being so attentive & kind. And also the front office team leader (Ms.Nazreen) was very professional and friendly.

*No Power plug points were near the bedside (twin bedroom) ! No power plug points at the sitting room either (sofa area) *It won’t be an issue during hot weather ! But there are no balconies in this room category (Just FYI) … unlike the photos of the hotel facade displayed

We like the location very much which is situated near lake with little boats (Marina). The bright lights contribute to the magnifical views that we could see from our balcony (apartmeny with Marina view). The store was close to us (5 min walk). The car park was very convinient because it is an underground parking. The bed was comfy and clean The staff were welcoming as usual ( especially Khalid), we have been here before and we will always return to this hotel. Thank you all staff, we appriciate you.
