The hotel is absolutely stunning and incredibly comfortable. The service exceeds all expectations, with every staff member providing exceptional care and attention. The meals at the hotel are delicious and diverse, and the cocktails served at all the bars are fantastic. The room service meals are delicious. This is not my first stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it suits all age groups, including young adults looking to have fun, couples, families with children, and even seniors over 80. The hotel offers direct access to the beach, pools, and restaurants, making it ideal for everyone. The hotel is impeccably clean and located right on the beach in the JBR area, just a few minutes' walk from the Marina and Blue waters. Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, clubs, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Right outside the hotel, along the beachfront, there’s a long promenade, perfect for walks, and outdoor sports facilities for those who enjoy staying active. The hotel boasts several pools, and the beach is spotless and perfect for relaxation. The sea Persian Gulf is usually calm with no waves, and the pools are heated during the winter months. On the 77th floor, there’s a breathtaking infinity pool with stunning views, a bar, and evening entertainment on weekends, including DJs, dancers, and a lively atmosphere. I stayed in room 1410 with a sea view and had the most wonderful experience. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff who made my vacation perfect. First and foremost, Merlen, the manager, is highly professional, charismatic, and empathetic. He solves any issue quickly and efficiently. I was thrilled to meet him again during my second stay here. The reception team, including Hesham and Jamal, remembered me from my previous visit and ensured every little detail was taken care of upon my arrival.

Location, stuff, cleanliness of the hotel and of the beach. Kids club was perfect.

Too much aroma in public areas, even lifts. Hard to breathe. Also was “kids eat for free” from kids menu in the information about hotel, but in the bill always I was charged for kids food.

I like this modern hotel very much! Stayed 3rd time already, previously was here couple of times in 2021. Nothing got worse during these years, just got better instead! Really like service and attitude, modern design, superb location and view, spacious rooms, exceptional breakfast and rooftop pool for sure! Great days spent in Dubai thanks to Address Beach Resort

Not so much to say here but it was a bit strange that minibar items were not replenished after consumption (without direct request).

The rooftop pool is fabulous. The hotel generally is great. The stuff are helpful. Room is clean. Lot's of restaurants and pools. Full control over your room with the tablet.

They had a weird routine for cleaning, even if you are in the room, the cleaning staff comes in after ringing the bell. We asked them not to do that, but the first time that happened was surprising enough. I hope they change this routine, so if you are already in the room, they don't come in. Otherwise you might take a shower and when you come back see you have a guest.

Everything. Faultless. My third stay here and 12th stay in Dubai. Food especially breakfast has improved. Dinner buffet amazing. Lunch options amazing. I’ve put on 3kg of extra weight in the 11 days I been here. Special mention to Merlin and duty night manager when we arrived who resolved our issues promptly. Huge shout out to Khaled housekeeping manager who added that extra touch to make us feel very welcome and very comfortable. Teddy in housekeeping went the extra mile to make my son’s birthday extra special. Enjoyed our stay so much we extended our trip as couldn’t get enough of the hotel.

You need to replace the pool towels they have become really dated.

This was now - not without reason - the second stay at the Adress Beach Resort in a short space of time. And the next booking has already been made. The Adress Beach Resort is excellently located directly in the marina - on Marina Walk. The restaurants are of very high quality. We particularly liked the new Italian restaurant. The pool on the 77th floor is exceptional and offers not only a very good restaurant but also an incredible view of the city and the Palm Jumeirah. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness of the entire staff. Many thanks to the whole team, especially to Mr. Douglas Menezes and his team. For me the best hotel in Dubai - Marina.

The view is breathtaking / terrific rooftop inifinity pool

Excellent reception and caring service. A beautiful hotel where every detail is well thought out. Superb service by the pool, including water bottles with ice cubes, sunglasses cleaning, evening ice cream service, etc. Calm music by the pool and generally quiet – very enjoyable. Breakfasts were very good, and dinners were absolutely amazing – we got to try various à la carte restaurants, a true gourmet experience. The Infinity pool on the 77th floor was also awesome – so nice that it could be visited with children in the morning. Thank you to all the staff, especially Mr. Kirk, who welcomed us at reception and, together with his manager, offered us a room upgrade. We’ve stayed in more than ten high-end hotels in Dubai, and Address is the BEST of them all. We rate this hotel 10+, and since it left an unforgettable impression, we will definitely return next time with family and friends.

From the moment you walk in the hotel oozes class , this is our 3rd visit to this hotel and the concierge recognised us straight away which makes you feel special, every single request to concierge was executed straight away The hotel is situated in the heart of JBR , a short walk to the marina , numerous beach clubs and restaurants Breakfast is outstanding, with such an amazing choice , again felt so warm being recognised With fresh options made for you my fave poached eggs avocado toast Rooms are big and kept to a very high standard Great choice of restaurants , but out fave is OSH, it’s Uzbekistan, Russian cuisine, a great choice on the menu , with good Djs A few different pool areas , family and adults Only But the number one for us is Zeta 77 , outstanding, with breathtaking views of Dubai , great food choice and amazing cocktails At weekends the place has pure vibe To top it off , I’m looking forward to going back for the fourth time as the hotel is pure luxury, with the most attentive staff
