The hotel is absolutely stunning and incredibly comfortable. The service exceeds all expectations, with every staff member providing exceptional care and attention. The meals at the hotel are delicious and diverse, and the cocktails served at all the bars are fantastic. The room service meals are delicious. This is not my first stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it suits all age groups, including young adults looking to have fun, couples, families with children, and even seniors over 80. The hotel offers direct access to the beach, pools, and restaurants, making it ideal for everyone. The hotel is impeccably clean and located right on the beach in the JBR area, just a few minutes' walk from the Marina and Blue waters. Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, clubs, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Right outside the hotel, along the beachfront, there’s a long promenade, perfect for walks, and outdoor sports facilities for those who enjoy staying active. The hotel boasts several pools, and the beach is spotless and perfect for relaxation. The sea Persian Gulf is usually calm with no waves, and the pools are heated during the winter months. On the 77th floor, there’s a breathtaking infinity pool with stunning views, a bar, and evening entertainment on weekends, including DJs, dancers, and a lively atmosphere. I stayed in room 1410 with a sea view and had the most wonderful experience. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff who made my vacation perfect. First and foremost, Merlen, the manager, is highly professional, charismatic, and empathetic. He solves any issue quickly and efficiently. I was thrilled to meet him again during my second stay here. The reception team, including Hesham and Jamal, remembered me from my previous visit and ensured every little detail was taken care of upon my arrival.

Location, stuff, cleanliness of the hotel and of the beach. Kids club was perfect.

Too much aroma in public areas, even lifts. Hard to breathe. Also was “kids eat for free” from kids menu in the information about hotel, but in the bill always I was charged for kids food.

I like this modern hotel very much! Stayed 3rd time already, previously was here couple of times in 2021. Nothing got worse during these years, just got better instead! Really like service and attitude, modern design, superb location and view, spacious rooms, exceptional breakfast and rooftop pool for sure! Great days spent in Dubai thanks to Address Beach Resort

Not so much to say here but it was a bit strange that minibar items were not replenished after consumption (without direct request).

The rooftop pool is fabulous. The hotel generally is great. The stuff are helpful. Room is clean. Lot's of restaurants and pools. Full control over your room with the tablet.

They had a weird routine for cleaning, even if you are in the room, the cleaning staff comes in after ringing the bell. We asked them not to do that, but the first time that happened was surprising enough. I hope they change this routine, so if you are already in the room, they don't come in. Otherwise you might take a shower and when you come back see you have a guest.

Everything!! From the moment you walk in the hotel oozes class , this is our 3rd visit to this hotel and the concierge recognised us straight away which makes you feel special, every single request to concierge was executed straight away The hotel is situated in the heart of JBR , a short walk to the marina , numerous beach clubs and restaurants Breakfast is outstanding, with such an amazing choice , again felt so warm being recognised With fresh options made for you my fave poached eggs avocado toast Rooms are big and kept to a very high standard Great choice of restaurants , but out fave is OSH, it’s Uzbekistan, Russian cuisine, a great choice on the menu , with good Djs A few different pool areas , family and adults Only But the number one for us is Zeta 77 , outstanding, with breathtaking views of Dubai , great food choice and amazing cocktails At weekends the place has pure vibe To top it off , I’m looking forward to going back for the fourth time as the hotel is pure luxury, with the most attentive staff

Excellent in every aspect. Clean, elegant, pleasant. Most of all, great staff -always smiling and offering to help. Special mentions to: Rajab-from the family pool, who was there all the time making sure nothing was missing for our comfort, paying attentions to the guests and their needs, being kind and nice with the kids Hem - as well very polite and willing to help Last but not least -Stefan from the front desk, a Romanian co-national that was very kind and helpful, offering a great assistance during the whole stay. Polite and elegant- a very good first impression that lasted! Well done!👏

Breakfast area could have been better :)

The hotel grounds are beautiful, the staff is very attentive, and the views, especially from the pool, are absolutely stunning.

The room was a bit dated, but very clean! The pillows provided initially were quite uncomfortable, but luckily the hotel offers a pillow menu service — we requested different pillows and received excellent ones right to our room. This really made our stay much more comfortable. We had a room with Club benefits, which included free drinks and even full meals with alcohol — proper lunches and dinners, not just snacks. However, not all staff seemed to be fully aware of this, so we had to explain it a few times.

The hotel was amazing, we really liked everything. We had a large room with a fantastic view. The pool was designated either for adults only or for families, which turned out to be very convenient for everyone. The rooftop pool was breathtaking — a very beautiful space, although it’s true that the bar up there was noticeably more expensive than the one downstairs.

During breakfast, the staff was completely uncoordinated. There’s definitely a need for improvement, as every single day (and we stayed for 5) our orders were either forgotten or multiple identical portions were brought out by different staff members. On the first day, we waited 30–40 minutes just for coffee, not to mention the rest of the food. The issue is that you can only get coffee by ordering it from a waiter, so if you finish one cup, you usually have to wait quite a while for another.

It was a good experience, the view at the roof was fantastic. Infinity pool was very good. But unfortunately the pool was not very clean. We had concerns because my wife was pregnant. And they only allowed children to swim between 9-11am, and only over 10years old. My nephew could swim only in the morning. They dont even allow children under 21 after 11 am. So my sisters couldn’t enjoy the sunset at the roof. Also they couldn’t join us to have some coffee at the roof’s cafe restaurant. So it’s important for those have a children. But if font have, its very very good hotel to stay. The sea was dirty but its not hotel’s fault, its dubai problem. I really liked the hotel. I would stay again
