Everything was perfect. 1. Check-in took 10 minutes 2. Staff was very friendly and helpful 3. Excellent breakfast (porridge, eggs, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, beans etc) 4. Great location - 15 minutes from JBR beach (or transfer from hotel at 10.30 am/15.00pm ) - close to the promenade with a many shops, playgrounds and beautiful Marina Bay (excellent for walking or jogging) - 20-25 minutes to DMCC metro station - 5 min walk from two great supermarkets, currency exchange 5. Huge rooms, fully equipped with kitchen. Marvelous view from the balcony. Quiet and clean. Most of all rooms have a view to the calm and beautiful Marina Bay. 6. Swimming pool for adult as well as for children. In any time you can find a sunbed. Also, you can take towe4les for the beach. 7. Small but equipped gym 8. Great value for money

I stayed with my mother in the hotel more than 10 days and we enjoyed very much. First of all I would like to admit that all the team was very helpful and friendly in the hotel. It was real feeling of being in a family. It was my second time in the hotel and for sure I will come back again. Thanks to all the team at Reception they were assisting in any details, girls were very helpful and thanks to Mr Adele he was helpful and kind. Everybody were very professional and provided us with really great atmosphere. When I requested to change the room they also made it for us at once it was possible. Special thanks to HK Manager Gold. She was assisting a lot and she is very professional. The room cleanliness was impicable. Thank you Pearl Marina for excellent vacation and for sure we will come back again.

Nice location. Big rooms. Great concierge service. We stayed for 5 nights. Overall we are happy with the service. We didn’t try the breakfast but ate at a little cafe Lillo’s (opp hotel) and Ricky’s (next to hotel on water front) serve great coffee and breakfast. We also ordered breakfast food delivery from local shop (Chai wala of London) through app service Kareem.

Night shift house keeping was rude. We took a 2 bedroom apartments , on the first night house keeping made up one room and not the other , trash on the sitting area was also left uncleaned. We came back in at 11 pm and requested clean up. The house keeping person that came in to clean our room was not very happy to be called up that late. He showed rude attitude and even slammed the door while leaving the room. Unacceptable behavior. It just killed our mood and just wanted to checkout right away.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during my visit to Dubai. Everything was smooth and well-organized from the moment I arrived. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only courteous and professional but also extremely supportive and knowledgeable about the area. Whether I had questions about nearby attractions, transportation options, or local dining spots, they were always ready to assist with helpful recommendations and a friendly attitude. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Adil for his outstanding hospitality. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Management I recently stayed at your hotel and while the overall experience was good, I was disappointed to find that washroom slippers were not available. Staff in the facility are excellent and helpful in all means . The food is wonderful and the restaurant staff are mazing too.

Very good hotel at an adequate price. The public beach was 1.4 km away and every day the hotel provided shuttle bus to the beach and back twice a day. So this is a very good place, if you want to enjoy the beach holidays. The metro line (Red Line) was only a 15 -minute walk, which made it easy to reach not only the airport but also the city's main sights. However, if you don't want to go on adventures yourself, there is also a tourist company representative on the 1st floor, who will help everyone find a good offer for relaxation and excursions. The room was spacious and light, with a nice view, with a comfortable bed, a wide enough bathroom and a very well -equipped kitchen area, which had a refrigerator and a stove surface, microwave, cooking accessories. The room was equipped with a kettle and the tea/coffee, bottled water supplies were supplemented daily. The choice of hotel breakfast was quite wide. There were several types of egg dishes, vegetables, breakfast porridge, cold snacks like cheese and meat, and some sweet buns and fruits were available. The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming, very easy to communicate. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but quite small. Therefore, if a family with children is already staying at the pool, you can not expect a peaceful rest or swim. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others too.

Location is amazing and gives you the best views of Marina. Me and my husband stayed there for 5 nights and our stay was quite good. We didn't have anything to complain about. This property has a parking too, we had rented a car so it was quite convenient for us. We had taken a 1 BR which was quite spacious, it has a big kitchen which we didn't use much. The 1 BR where we stayed had one half bath and one full. From the balcony, we could have a beautiful view of the sea, Ain Dubai as well as Marina. Only thing is that, the 1BRs do not give you the view from front, all the 1BRs are on the sides of the building so they give partial city and partial Marina view. However, the staff told us that the Studios have full Marina View, we couldn't view any of the Studios since they were all booked. Overall, we had a great experience.

Good location near to supermarket and good restaurants on the rd outside as well as on the marina .suits what ever Ur budget ! 10 -15mins walk to DMCC metro. A relaxing hotel quiet and family friendly, v clean. I loved the staff v friendly and helpful. I loved the apartments I had 2 stays apart roughly 3 weeks in total .the apartments kitchen were well stocked with utensils and loved each the rooms . Comfy beds ,spacious apartments really good service from the staff ❤️from bell boys security, house keeping and reception Esp thanks to Goldie and her staff for looking after me, for reception I forget the names of all the guys but Mitzie and Mansi and all reception staff were were fabulous 😍. Always helpful bellboys always smiling super helpful. Steam room + sauna v good. Wish they had a jacuzzi and a pool that was bigger you do have the space!

I think the pool really is v small unfortunately and a jacuzzi is what's missing.
