Opportunities in a way..that..we booked three persons, but the supplies only good for 2 persons. Also, the toiletries/kits were not replenished ( as we expected, and being done with our stays in other hotels). Also, the pillows are not comfortable..made my neck stiff.

The accommodation was as shown in the pictures and description. Everything is very close: beach, metro, train, bus, and shops. We traveled to the main attractions, which took an average of 1 hour, but it was worth it because we took the metro and bus...

There were issues with payment, as the active card was declined. If you have such a card, contact the accommodation via email, and within 2 days, you will receive a payment link that will settle the accommodation, so you won't face any unexpected surprises when booking the room.

I didn't use the breakfast facility. But the staff especially Gupi was super helpful. Professional but very helpful

Pool from 9am to 5pm was a negative as for the 8days we didn't get to use the pool at all. There's this mixed race asian lady at the reception...didn't get her name...she's a bit toooo professional...didn't crack a smile throughout throughout 8 days spent there.

Everything except the prices they put on booking.com is different from the money you pay. They charge extra

location is perfect, staff were lovely and the room was really big size and very comfortable bed, also the washing machine was a bonus

there was not really usable swimming pool, it looks completely different to photos and wasnt usable it looked like building side. would be nice to be able to cool off in a hotel pool as it was so hot in dubai but lovely hotel otherwise and great value for money

Studio room was a good size with a small kitchen. Location was perfect for the Marina, the beach and access to the Metro.

No restaurant on site for breakfast.. although there are plenty of restaurants just outside the hotel. The rooftop poowas small with a small patio area, which had high walls, so no views.

Clean bright studio well equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine etc. Very comfortable bed and linen. Good sized pool area which got the sun most of the day. Ideal if you are looking for self catering facilities. Easy access to marina and metro. Staff very pleasant and the lady at check in was excellent.

No balcony furniture although the staff kindly sorted out two dining chairs for us to use. Another bedside lamp plus a chair/stool for the desk would be need if you planned to work. Some road noise but not excessive for the area.

there was A Lady in Reception from Africa I guess. She never smile she doesn’t want to greet, she always seats upset or mad no idea may be she hates her job or clients 😃🤷🏻‍♀️ I hope she will be okay soon

Excellent service by Jannah place. This is our second time staying here after 2018. We stayed here as a family of 4 for 12 days. Excellent location 10 mins walk over to bridge to Dubai marina. Free parking available. Ashkay our housekeeper made our room spotless everyday. Service by staff and the way everyone helped you even the security with a smile.

Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size with a nice kitchen. Parking was also available.

Noise for rooms facing the mosque: Garbage collection in the early hours and noise from the lot next to the mosque as it looks like another construction site could be starting soon.So ask gor a room facing West Side building instead.
