Great staffs. Great hotel location - Few minutes' walk to Dubai Marina Mall. Supermarket across the street from the hotel entrance. Plenty of eateries all around the hotel so PLENTY of choices. Always taxi waiting in front of the hotel so no problems getting one. Beach is nearby where you have hundreds more food choices and adventures. There are restoration works going in the hotel and you may hears knocking and drilling noises however, I was hardly in the room during the daytimes, so it didn't bother me much. I was told these restoration works will take several months. Decent basement parking lots although I did say not for sports cars with low clearance. Gym is small and basic.

A good sized apartment with a fabulous view! There is a huge supermarket just over the road which has everything you need - apart from alcohol.

It has seen better days and needs modernising. The bathroom is very small and the kitchen stove top is very old. But the view is to die for so who cares!

Apartments location is really good. Very nice and kind staff. Each day were provided water. Breakfast was included in the price. Easy check in and check out. Taxi from airport was included. There are near supermarkets

Sound isolation could be better. It will be good to add some more plates. From my point of view the quality of breakfast can be improved. For instance, to add more meat instead of sausages

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very nice and caring staff - we had some issue with our first room, but at our request they moved us to another room, which was great. This hotel has by far the best location and VIEW at Dubai Marina! Rooms are spacious and extremely clean! Brekafast was nice and fresh! 100% recommend this hotel!

Everything was so good. Starting from the location which was perfect because it is close and you can walk to the beach, and also you can walk everywhere in Dubai Marina. The food was very good, it was clean and they are cleaning and changing the towels every day. The view from our room was so nice. Would definettely go there again and stay at this hotel.

The location is absolutely amazing; at the entrance of Dubai Marina. You can walk to all the different restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy a cigar outside. The view of the room is unbeatable!

There is no bar or restaurant at the premisses. However, with so many restaurants and bars in the surrunding, maybe no even a must.

getting old in common areas, hot tub not functional, kitchen is nice but needs equipment and supplies to be useful such as cleaning supplies

The staff were all amazing. So polite, so friendly and they couldn't do enough for us. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was spotless and housekeeping came in every day. Last of all, the location is superb, I recommend a sea view, which is actually a Marina view.

The hotel is obviously quite old and is looking a little bit 'old' and dated, with certain fittings looking a bit worn.

Some facitilties (e.g. window was not getting closed, the iron was not working) in the room were not set up properly. But we asked the staff and they fixed them.

The service from everybody working there. Good food as well. Right next to the river. East to take a walk and get some sun as well. It was right next to a money changer and convenient store and easy to get taxi. And so nice to give me late checkout

The kitchen counter could be a little bit cleaner and I didn’t understand how to use the stove or if it worked. And it should have something for the shower water not go everywhere on floor but it was wheelchair friendly.
