Nice and clean

Music is very very loud in weekend night, even that my room was on last floor 8th😵‍💫😕 Alchol was in room, i requested te remove it.

1) Superb Staff - Prashanth helped me with changing the room I was assigned upon my arrival to the higher floor as per my request. Voluntarily. 2) Breakfast room staff - Chef Purushu is such a wonderful and talented egg chef. I enjoyed everyday his egg dishes. The best in the world!/ Shermi in the serving team always smiles and takes initiative to greet and approach to help. Elias taught me how to make Expresso coffee with patience and hospitality./ housekeeping team is always there to help, Room was kept clean/ Valet parking and Yassin was helpful in getting my car - all the staff in the valet was excellent! I enjoyed every minute of it. 3) Room service and food was good. All the staff was well trained and hospitable. I like them all.

It would be helpful if you convert bathtub to shower room where there's no level difference for elderly customer. Climbing down from the bathtub to the floor after shower can be slippery and dangerous for some. I always felt afraid getting down from the tub to the floor without any handle to grip.

recently had an amazing stay at the Movenpick, and I can't help but share how truly exceptional it was! What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by everyone. A big shoutout to Manager Salah, who made us feel right at home, and Mark at reception, who was super helpful with all our needs. Benyam from cleaning services was always friendly, ensuring everything was spotless. The valet and security team also greeted us with warm smiles, making every interaction enjoyable. The food was good and variety! Plus, there are plenty of nearby restaurants, all just a short walk away

My stay at this hotel was fantastic, the staff was welcoming and the amenties were great. The services at the hotel meet my expectations. The staff was attentive and friendly. I must mention Mohamed salah & Devendra ,They are amazing, their warm and caring nature made me feel like I'm staying with friends not a hotel, very helpful and know the area very well and their recommendations made my trip more enjoyable. Also Thanks to Deepika and Amina, Iman from restaurant , Alankrit , Benyam from HK, Comfort &Mohamed from Valet . all people are amazing . Riva beach it’s suitable for families and friends . hotel has free shuttle to the beach ,near metro, marina and JBR . Once again Thank you Movenpick 😍😍😍

Everything was wonderful and the staff was amazing. I had some noise issues with the room next to me and the staffed found a room that was nice and quite. I loved the breakfast it was totally worth it. Great GYM and pool. The location was perfect. Easy to get anywhere and lots of stores and shops and restaurants right out front of the hotel. I'm coming back in September and will be staying again for 2 weeks. Love this place.

The internet was a little slow in the beginning of the stay but seemed to be fine after a few days.

The location was expectional, few steps to metro and Marina. Overlooks the lake and Marina view from balcony! There is no word would describe the service unbelievably amazing. The smell of this hotel in every place inside it including the room is got is amazing. The bed is so so so so comfortable i would rate the quality 10/10. The room decoration is wonderful. The room service dinning in services is amazing and the waiters are so respectful that one day i forgot to remove the DND and ordered some food they did not knock the door or ring the bell, they called me and informed me that the guy is in front of my door waiting for me to take the food, RESPECT. The amenities in the room are high quality. We weee 02 families booked 02 rooms came as I informed them we came to celebrate our anniversary and once i informed them they upgraded my room thank you for the two girls who were in the reception Tanvi and siporah . assured that special arrangements will be done to my room with a special cake which was very tasty. special thanks for Mr. Mohamed salah and Mr. Roman this hotel is lucky to have them really.. We were so welcomed by everyone of the staff from reception, house cleaning to the restaurant. excellent and the bed was huge ! Air Cond - icy cold, you could change the temp Breakfast - excellent, so many choices, plenty of staff, Pool at Riva -Absolutely beautiful, with great views, Apart from the staff of the canere really present and friendly, reception staff very very very well presented and welcoming A lady named Helen and gentleman salah, They were so friendly and helpful Amazing customer support , Credit to the gym.very well equipped Overall Quality price is worth it. Our recent 10-night stay at the Movenpick was nothing short of remarkable, showcasing a perfect blend of comfort, service, and convenience. From the moment we arrived late at night, we were warmly welcomed by Salah, whose professionalism and helpfulness set a positive tone for our entire visit. His assistance made our late-night check-in smooth and effortless, allowing us to settle into our room without any stress. we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, although the furniture could use some renovation. The staff was very friendly and the cleanliness level was good. The location is convenient—about 15–20 minutes from most major attractions in Dubai. Access to Riva Beach was a great added value; the beach itself is clean and enjoyable, though the pool is on the smaller side. The 24-hour valet parking service was also a plus—just leave your car at the entrance. Overall, a good and recommended experience.
