The evening meal on day of arrival was very enjoyable, and the breakfast was also very good, and plentiful!

Was surprised that the breakfast was charged separately - assumed my booking was for B & B, not just for the rooms! Would suggest supplying bath mats for showers - health and safety issue? Also no hooks for towels in shower, and toilet roll holder should be replaced - hole in wall not attractive!! (I was in room 11)

Superb location, close to everything, picture of the rooms need updating on website as they were a lot nicer in person than the photos, so exceeded expectations. Staff helpful, nice little tapas restaurant next door that I would definately recommend.

Rooms were really warm and humid, although there was a fan provided, breakfast was served at 10am in the morning and we were leaving at 8:30am, so no option to get breakfast. No where to leave key on check out, no box or any staff around to leave it with.

Had a great stay , staff was very welcoming and friendly We had a twin room ,which was nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable ., tea and coffee were also provided , we did have lunch and breakfast in the pub restaurant which was very nice . Definitely would stay again .

Nice hotel,plenty of things to do

Unfortunately the noise from THE VAULT,and HENRYS BAR went on until 2am, by the time customers had vacated the area it was approaching 3am, other than that really enjoyed our stay,

The location was ideal for the party we were attending in Brigg. The breakfast was well cooked and variations on the ingredients (e.g. how eggs cooked) were accepted but I would have preferred greater choice of breakfast. The hotel provides a large or a small English breakfast. A continental alternative would have been welcome.

I would have liked information in advance about parking. We stopped a shopper in the street to ask how to find a car park!

Extremely hospitable hosts, great central location in this attractive market town.

My only disappointment was that breakfast was served later than I would have liked - 9am - but there are other cafés nearby for early birds like me!

Location was great as we were visiting family in Brigg. The Sunday roast was very nice and a great price, nice beer garden too. Room was fine, overlooked the garden so nice and quiet. Shower was very powerful! Carpark is £3 a day, free at weekends which is a bonus, plenty of space.

I only had tea and toast as this is what I asked for. The staff are all friendly and on a quiet night it was good to have a chat with them. It is in a great location for the town and parking at the back is cheaper than most places I have stayed at. Being a beer drinker (not lager) the local drop is superb.

There was nothing that I didn't like at this establishment. In my opinion it is a lot nicer staying at establishments like this. Much better than the soulless chains. They also have someone in the kitchen that knows what they are doing.

We were given a key to the room on entering it the bed wasn't made dirty towels on floor coffee cups used and food rappers on floor. We were offered another room but it was a bit off putting
