Room was clean with modern fresh decor and furniture. Nice big telly. Good shower. Great that the room had a microwave and fridge. Access to a kitchen if you want to do more exotic cooking or a fry up.

Arrival experience was not obvious. There was no sign up saying Encore Rooms. So I went round the corner to check at Halfords Autocentre (friendly guys there, so get your car done while you stay). Phoned the number in the window and the owner turned up a few minutes later by car to let me in. Access and parking is actually on Exeter Road round the back of the property which fronts Doncaster Road. The wifi was a bit slow so iplayer did not work well on the telly.

I travel to Scunthorpe quite a lot as that is where my wifes and mine family are.Of all the places in the town centre we have tried.this is by far the cleanest.The room was clean and bright and the bathroom was also.The only cons were the sink was a littke small for wet shaving but there were sockets above for electric razors and no tv in the room,but the wi-fi was excellent so we just used our phones.Another plus is there is a fully kitted kitchen for guest use although we didn't use it we had a look.Clean and cooker microwave.fridge freezer and dishwasher.

As in my previous comment the sink could have been larger and a tv would have been a plus

We found the champagne glass and freezer very practical and nice.

Twice the housekeeper came even though the check-out time is 10:00 a.m. The housekeeper came at 9:00 a.m. and then at 9:40 a.m. and asked when we would be leaving. as soon as possible, even though the time is not over yet.. she will apologize when we leave at 10am, but I still think she should come and ask after your time is up, not before.

Encore rooms exceeded expectations and for the price was excellent. It was extremely clean and comfortable and we loved the added bonus of a TV with Netflix and YouTube!

The only improvement would be to make the check in - check out procedure more familiar to guests prior to arrival, as it differs slightly from usual hotels.

it didn't do breakfast but you could make one for yourself room had kettle microwave and fridge but had a separate kitchen you were free to use room very comfortable and location was excellent close to all amenities five minute walk to town centre

Requested extra pillows and I received them. Room was clean and comfortable as always. When rang to check in Chris was there promptly with a smile on his face as always. We like to come back here as it’s got a friendly feel, even when we speak to the cleaners they remember who we are.

Easy to find (unsure what others mean when they say they couldn't find it!) Very speedy check in with the help of a very welcoming guy. Spotlessly clean rooms. Kitchen clean too and basket full of tea and coffee in there. Fridge, microwave, kettle and hairdryer in bedrooms. Incredible value for money. Perfect for the Baths Hall etc. I do not undedstand those complaining at all, we loved our stay!

Clean room, Tv great size and has Netflix which is an added bonus! Comfy bed! Love the added hot chocolate as not a coffee drinker.. Staff was friendly as always - Chris is super helpful. The cleaners are lovely too.

I was performing at the theatre just around the corner, so the property was in perfect location, also easy to access and in the evening as I was given my own key. The bed was comfortable and there was tea and coffee and a decent TV and bathroom facilities.

The property was great, it could maybe do with a freshen up with paint etc I noticed a patched up hole on the bathroom door, which didn't hinder my stay but might put other people off when they arrive if they are fussy.

Lovely place to stay, clean, bright well spaced out and secure. Bed is super comfortable. Widows fully open so yu can get lots of air in and when shut blocks out allot of external noise. Shower is great! You are not bashing your elbows. Location is great too! Right in town and there is bug Sainsbury's just ajasent. Has a nice feel going into your accommodation. Feels like it's your own personal apartment. But best off all they have access to Netflix! Was amazing as 9 time out of 10 there is absolutely nothing on the terrestrial channels! And having access to Netflix was a super huge bonus for me! A+++++
