Lovely room, warm and cosy. Great facilities, everything I needed and more and a communal kitchen, which is very handy. Comfortable bed, had a decent night's sleep. Hotel is located near the town centre but down a quiet road so had no disturbances in the night. Free parking, which is a winner. Will be honest, I was worried about the code for the contact less entry but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use and access. Would recommend to family and friends, 5* rating from me! Definitely value for money for what you get, worth every penny! Definitely coming again!

The checking-in process was relatively easy; the instructions to do this were straightforward. The room was clean and the facilities good. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was well laundered. The bathroom was clean; towels and shower gel were provided.

It would be good to have a selection of de-caf tea and coffee available.

Clean and convenient location

Terrible getting into the building. Wasn’t sent the code to the doors and was at the property locked out for a hour on arrival. Phone numbers didn’t connect and text messages was replied to with a automated response. Eventually got hold of someone after a lot of time and effort finding the correct number.

Comfortable and great value for money, well decorated Nice style the colours…. Easy check in, The Self checking is Fabulous because I arrived after the check in time and because I received the pin to enter and did the online check in I didn’t had any problems to get into my room.. free parking facilities

Clean room, comfy bed, perfect location for where I needed to be in Scunthorpe. Usually no staff however someone working helped direct me to my door when I went the wrong way. Code locks work well!

Toilet roll holder in bathroom broke, other than that good.

Amazing value for money and looks brand new. Will definitely be stopping again with work and highly recommend. Stopped in most hotels in Scunthorpe and by far the best value for money.

No breakfast options but is located 1 minute away from Weatherspoons so was perfect for me

Too hot, arrived too late in evening to cool room down fully. Oh and I stray very long hair that could not have been mine

Nice newly refrubished room and hall ways, wifi code clearly on wall. Desk to work on which is unusual in a budget room like this, usb sockets next to the bed for charging the phone.

Free parking, nice room, manage to meet the staff, arrived earlier than the check in time contacted the hotel so they allowed us to check in early.
