Good location close to Scunthorpe town centre and the steelworks. Quite an easy walk from the station. Very comfy bed and good shower pressure. The real milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Continental breakfast was good too.

It would have been nice to have been offered a second cup of coffee at breakfast, but a minor point. The very dark walls in my bedroom at least really showed the dust and dirt, so really needs to be cleaned better, although everything else seemed pretty clean. The shower was good, but the minimal provision for the shower door meant water everywhere… The main issue was the awful noise of the bathroom fans, not so much mine (which I could turn off) but that of the room next door. It was far too loud and very intrusive.

We couldn't make the date we had booked for a wedding in April and I asked if we could move the date to one later in the year as we wanted to visit the family. The receptionist went above and beyond and even phoned me to say we needed to rebook otherwise we would loose our money. All the staff this weekend were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good with a selection of fruits yogurts, fresh croissants and different breads and Jams. The room was good with nice bathroom products. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening which was also good but expensive.

The bed was a bit lumpy.

Room was lovely, quite spacious, Molton Brown toiletries provided. A small jug of fresh milk in the mini-fridge was a lovely touch enabling us to make coffee without horrible UHT milk. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature ok. Breakfast was very nice, we only had the continental so can't comment on the cooked one. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing, absolutely fabulous food, lovely staff and a nice atmosphere. Surprised it's not busier, although it is quite expensive but we felt for the quality of the food the price was justified.

Instead of a bath, more space for the loo would have been better. Better lighting for the mirror would also be good.

Clean. Modern. Comfortable. High quality. V comfy bed and excellent facilities in the room I was really happy with it. Staff we so friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was fab and menu extensive - I had never seen a room service menu like it! Was really yum!!

Noisy neighbours in room next to me seemed to be a thin wall. Not the hotels fault and when I rang reception about it they responded promptly. Also had to park in council car park across the road as the car park was full outside the hotel due to a wedding being on. I soon moved it over after the wedding had finished. I was genuinely really impressed and happy with this hotel and would absolutely stay there again

Modern Clean Accommodation. Loved Security access to your corridor with keycard only. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and knowledgable on their menu and wine. We had the taster menu which was exceptional and great value for money. Chef owner very present but not intrusive. Would definitely stay again.

There is no negativity, surprisingly quiet although on a crossroad of main road.

Very friendly staff throughout; comfortable room; well appointed, lots of nice features like music dock, fresh milk for drinks, telly in the ensuite :-) The restaurant was exceptional; the quality of the food, fillet steak and mushroom pasta were some of the best we've ever had, and the staff were attentive and generally excellent

Waitress accidentally spilt water all over the table and my wife; others were quick to help clear up but it was a bit of a disappointment

Hi there, I loved my stay here. I was very pleasantly surprised at how organised, clean and thoughtful the set up was. I would happily return if venturing in this direction again. Loved it.

It didn't affect my stay at all but perhaps if you were wanting to have a stroll and wanted more from the location, it was perhaps not too exciting. I wanted a comfy, private space so this would not put me off from returning here.

King room with comfy bed and wet room. All very nice and suited our 1 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We only had a Continental breakfast, but it was a good selection of fruit, pastries, cereal, juice and breads. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The room was decorated in dark colours, which was lovely and dramatic at night, but gloomy during the day. Some of the walls in the room had dust marks on them. This really is a minor point though and didn't stop us from enjoying our stay!

Car Parking on site. Good reception staff. Good sized rooms. Rooms well maintained and comfortable. Good en suite. Good bed therefore sleep quality was good. Good continental breakfast in nice restaurant area. Nice lounge terrace.

Waitress served fnger buffet service at the birthday celebration we were attending was poor. The waitresses didnt ensure all guests were included.
