The cabins are located at the back of the Portland restaurant in the Caravan Park area lots of parking next door to your cabin the cabins are spotlessly clean you have heating and fans Very Nice power shower good size double bed patio door and window at the front coffee and tea provided Perfect location if you want peace and quiet and a nice walk down the river which is three minutes away from the cabins would recommend to anybody very nice stuff as well and the food was delicious in the On Site bar and restaurant

Everything was perfect, but if I’ve been honest a bedside lamp would’ve been very handy the ceiling lights are quite bright and tend to disrupt the picture on the TV plus you have to get out of bed to turn them off that’s the only thing that I would request, but at the end of day is not a problem at all just some thing you could maybe consider would also save on electric.

There wasn’t a breakfast or lunch on Saturday. This would have made the stay exceptional. It was a remote setting but nowhere to eat if the pub itself was closed. However the chalets were very comfortable. As it was a caravan park I had thought there would be a small shop. Very rural and quiet. Staff extremely friendly. The food in the pub was superb. Extremely good value for money but be aware no cooking facilities so you need transport. Bus service punctual but not frequent and taxis very reluctant to make the trip from Goole. I would return as I did really enjoy the weekend and there was plenty of tea and coffee provided.

Nowhere to eat during the day. Lack of taxis for return trip. No facilities for children.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is lovely. So quiet. The room was clean and cosy. Oh, and the food in the pub is delicious!

It was 26° that day. The only way to ventilate the room is to open the only door. It was so warm overnight. I get that it's difficult with how the rooms are designed. Just wish there'd maybe even just been a fan!

This was perfect for us. It was a single night stop over where we needed to sleep. The room is basic but clearly very clean. The pub was very friendly and the food good. Good parking facilities and also worth a walk from there down along the river path which was lovely

Everything was perfect for me. Rather than the big chains support the locals. When Half Moon was open grub was fantastic. Have already booked again for October.

Good location for my purposes. Pub on site offering good food. Immaculate room and the fan was most welcome on such a warm evening

Although there were tea and coffee facilities, it seemed odd that no milk was provided. Also, no shower gel, both of which took the shine off my stay. It seemed a bit cheap to have not provided either

The stay was great value for money. We wanted something cheap, cheerful and cozy and it delivered! The location is great and the food in the half moon was brilliant!

Only an even better if: We had a lamp in the room so you didn't need to jump out of bed for the lights and the ability to turn the radiator on if you wanted to.

Little gem in the countryside. Good value, comfortable, and perfect for exploring the local area. Friendly and helpful staff. Next to caravan park, so could be good for a large group of friends to go together.

Pub open at 5pm, so no breakfast. But we knew that when we booked, so not an issue.

Good location for working in Goole. Nice comfy room (when it got worm enough!). Nice showerroom. Comfortable bed. Great food in the restaurant.

Room was cold when I first got there and it took a while to get to a decent temperature. Could have done with a rug or something between the bed and shower - the floor was bitterly cold! Pub was also very cold.

It was an ideal base for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed hot shower tea coffee milk in room. Small but just what we needed for the night great value for money.The pub the food is fantastic and great value for money, the staff are great so friendly. Food is better than some posh restaurants.
