The B&B is run by a friendly elderly couple. They serve an amazing breakfast in the morning which was the best of our trip. The room is smaller, but it has a huge, comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. The owner helped us with gettting to the train station in the morning, which was a big plus since the B&B is located a bit further.
The only downside was the bathroom which could have been a little cleaner, but we were staying just for 1 night, so it was OK. Replacing single-use toiletries with refillable bottles would be a good idea.

The host was very friendly without being intrusive. He gave us an excellent recommendation for our evening meal. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast. My husband had a full English and I had the delicious French toast option with yoghurt, syrup and fruit. We were very pleased to be able to have the breakfast nice and early to enable us to get our train. The B & B was a short walking distance from the centre and the train station. We really appreciated the nice little touches in the room such as the dressing gowns and slippers.

Plenty of parking, room very clean, lovely breakfast cooked for exactly when we wanted, outdoor seating in the garden to enjoy a glass of wine. Neil was available if we needed anything and very hospitable.
There was a bit of road noise throughout the night as our room faced the front of the house and as it was so warm we needed the window open. Not Neil's fault but the only thing we didn't like! Would recommend you need a car as this property is on the outskirts of the town.

The decor and room was very nice, and had great attention to detail. It felt very home-y and comfortable even though we only spent one night there. It also smelled very nice, and the bed was the most comfortable one of the trip. There were other guests staying at the same time as us, but it was quiet and felt very private. The owner greeted us on arrival and was very friendly, but also not too imposing. He gave us some great recommendations of places nearby to visit, as we didn’t have a full plan for the day we were leaving, and was lovely when we chatted with him in passing. Breakfast was fantastic and amazingly cooked, with several options available, and was made for the time we requested. They also had a great little package of toiletries left for us at arrival. The property was a short drive to some local restaurants for dinner and close to the other attractions we were visiting on our trip. Great value for the price as well, and would highly recommend.
Nothing- not a single thing to fault

The host Neil was extremely helpful, easygoing and courteous. Anything we needed. The room itself is a bit small but the shared space for TV and couches more than made up for it. We were able to do take out and eat it in the sitting room watching some Netflix before bed. Very relaxing. The night before Neil asks what you'd like for breakfast and literally makes whatever you want. This is a such a great idea and I must say the breakfast was delicious and lovely.

Lovely property, location was great for the NW200. There’s a bus stop 50mtrs away (the ramblers ‘hop on hop off’ bus) that takes you to all the historical sites around, including the giants causeway. It’s only £8 each all day and definitely worth jumping on. Owners are amazing, knowledgeable (hence we found out about the ramblers bus stop) and very accommodating. 💯 highly recommended. Breakfast was spot on with a great choice of cereals and fruit before your cooked breakfast. Not surprisingly Cloyfin is booked up way in advance so if you see a gap in their bookings that suits your travel dates, book it! You’ll not be disappointed.
Can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like. We were a little apprehensive about the bathroom being across the hall before we arrived but that turned out to be absolutely fine. It’s all yours and also locked for just yourselves to use so you can leave all your bathroom essentials in there with ease.

Superb cooked breakfast, although continental breakfast also available. Location is very good as it is near Coleraine ring road for ease of travel beyond the town and it is also only one mile up the road from Coleraine railway station, an easy walk. Neil was a generous host and even drove us into town one evening where we had booked a restaurant and came back and collected us when we had finished. That was a very nice touch.

Neil and his wife are wonderful hosts really adding a homely touch to staying there. The breakfast was wonderful, the room was very comfortable, and Neil really helped making sure we got the most out of holiday with little tips on how to get to see everything, and the best restaurants around.
There isn't much in the way of amenities within walking distance (i.e. good restaurants) although we found an excellent one only a small drive away (thanks to Neil's advice).

The room was clean and the breakfast was good..we were travelling.by public transport and were delighted that Neill the host offered to pick us up and drop us off at the train station. It is possible to walk, but a bit far with heavy bags. . The bus stop to go to the Giants Y is almost outside the house!
All was good

Quiet if unexciting location in residential area, very handy for main road. Friendly knowledgeable host. Wide choice of breakfast, lots of fresh fruit in my choice (traditional cooked breakfast also available). Excellent Wifi. Easy parking. Very nice bed.
Tight squeeze to get around the bed. Plenty of space in the bathroom though, and communal longer available.
