Took our son here for one last wee treat before school started back on Monday 26th of July. What a lovely B&B, spotlessly clean, with everything you needed for a night away! Cosy beds and have to say the shower was top class👌 didn't even need to take shower gel etc as all these were provided! Location was great, lovely and quiet! The dining room was extra special ( for him) lol big Liverpool supporter YNWA😉 oh and the continental breakfast was great with lots to choose from and the cooked breakfast was yummy, Would I stay here again??.... Absolutely 👌 Thank you

Perfect B&B in our opinion! The room was very clean with tea/coffee facility available. Good use of space in the room and for those who require this a hairdryer was available. In the room we stayed in there was a large en-suite with washing/showering products provided and lovely white fluffy towels. Well organised breakfast room which is bright and airy. A very good breakfast variety available. Staff very helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious. We would have no problem recommending this B&B to anyone and without doubt we will be back!

Absolutely nothing we were very satisfied

You cannot fault this B&B. No detail was left out. From the mini fridge and complimentary water to the amazing soaps and shower products, Netflix, controlled heating and the breakfast was top notch. The host is a lovely woman as are all the staff I met and on departure the owner was kind enough to drop us to the train station. I cannot recommend this place enough for value and a great experience. We will definitely be back. It's not your average B&B it's way above average. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hosts were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, our room was really comfortable and clean the hollywood miiror and fridge was a great touch that we were delighted about, we slept in for breakfast but if it was anything like our stay im sure it was exceptional, parking was excellent and distance to portrush is within walking distance highly reccommend and we will definately be back 5 ⭐️

All Seasons B&B is like a mini hotel! High standard or bedrooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from, dining area spotless. Staff are very friendly and chatty. The lady with the blone hair who served the breakfast (sorry I didn't ask her name) was lovely, talking away to our grandchildren. We all slept safely and soundly. My partner and son are massive Liverpool FC fans. They were delighted to see photos and signed shirts in the dining area!

Everything 🤩 The location was perfect. The accommodation was warm, cosy and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate with luxury toiletries and coffee machine . Breakfasts amazing with fantastic selection of both continental and hot cooked options. Tracy and all her staff were amazing, warm, friendly and very welcoming with attention to your every need.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It was modern, clean, and inviting but lacked charm. This is a great place if you are looking for functionality. It was very quiet during my stay; the only person I saw the first two days was the person serving breakfast. Given the location (on the road into Portrush, nearby gas and businesses), I was concerned about street noise, but it was very quiet even with my window open at night. The parking was confined with not a lot of space to maneuver. Although conveniently located for the sightseeing I was doing in the area, it seems distant from Portrush. When I first arrived I began walking to Portrush, but the walk looked long and nondescript, so I turned around, got my car, and drove to the town center.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the power shower was excellent. Wifi signal was very good. I was able to connect my Fire TV stick to the TV without any problems. I'm not big on breakfasts, so I only had cornflakes and coffee, but a good selection of cooked and uncooked options were available. Tea making facilities in the room were first class, with sachets of whole milk, instead of that horrible UHT stuff!

The safe in the room was at floor level, so for anyone with limited mobility like myself, it's extremely difficult to use. This was the only thing I didn't like about this property.

Some of the staff were very friendly, the breakfast the next morning was so nice, the whole place was so much better than expected for such a reasonable price. Very clean with a large vanity mirror to get ready in front of. I was so excited to use it! Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The only reason I didn't rate the all seasons a 10 was because some staff members were a little dry, it could just be how some people are but it really would've been a perfect 10/10 stay if all of the staff were as friendly as others. Wouldn't change my mind to stay again though still really enjoyed the place!
