The hosts, Steve and his wife, were absolutely fantastic. They could not have been more helpful. Would I stay here again. ABSOLUTELY The room i stayed in was beautiful and so clean. The shower was great. Being a big guy, there was plenty of room The bed was so comfortable, just like mine at home. Breakfast was FANTASTIC, so much choice. When you are there, please see if you can work out what Steve did prior to running a B&B.
As a group, we were on motorbikes, which made going into town a bit of a problem as there are no taxis in the town. There is also only one pub. We ordered food through, Let's Eat and ate in the breakfast room. If you do this, please be considerate and wash up and reset the tables for the morning. You could walk into town, but for some of the way, there is no footpath, and it's a very fast road. Of course, if you are in a car then you could always have a designated driver.

Our stay wouldn’t have been half as memorable without Steve's unwavering readiness to help BEFORE we had arrived, and his warm welcome when we did. From the moment we arrived, Steve treated us like old friends, offering a chilled tour of the property. He even booked us a table at a local hotel for dinner that night, which was a lovely surprise. Next morning, Steve greeted us with a bright smile and the best Ulster-Fry i've had this trip. He offered advice on where to go and what to do, and REALLY knows the local area. His passion for the region was infectious, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable. Steve will make your trip the best one yet!

The room was excellent and very spacious. Very comfortable beds. A spacious en-suite. Room was well equipped including a smart TV. Access to a fully equipped kitchen area was appreciated. Host was really welcoming and provided recommendations for an evening meal. Host attended to a small maintenance issue swiftly and efficiently. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and freshly cooked to order. Poached eggs were brilliant! Great location to explore the sights of the Causeway Coastal Route.

This is probably the best B&B I have stayed in, ever. 1) The room is in a new extension of the house and feels brand new, with contemporary decor in neutral colours - all very relaxing and "upscale". It is spacious, clean and well-appointed. Icing on the cake is the large, modern, well-equipped kitchen that owner and host Steve offers to guests; "use it like it's your own..." he said. Very generous and trusting. There is also a large flat screen TV in the kitchen, with a few tables and chairs, and on one side, full length windows leading to the garden and patio. 2) Steve is warm, very helpful and welcoming. Nothing seems too much trouble (I did ask for a softer pillow! And he delivered!) 3) Breakfast is superb, plenty of fresh fruit, cereals and juices, and the fresh, made-to-order English breakfast cannot be faulted. 4) Parking is right outside the rooms, easy and convenient.
Strictly speaking, nothing. But if I could be picky I wouldn't have wanted a ground floor room, with windows opening to the car park and public areas, as I tend to want to keep the curtains drawn at all times for the natural light. This makes it not so easy.

Our proprietor, Steve, was exceptional. We greatly appreciated his kindness, generosity, and hospitality: friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. The room was perfectly spacious for two people, especially since we also had access to the shared breakfast/dining room to spread out in for meals (breakfast-catered by Steve and also space for us to eat our takeaway). If you're arriving by car, there's plenty of free parking right in front of the main door which was an incredible relief because we had a lot of luggage. Bushmills itself is centrally located to all of the local attractions (Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede, Dunluce Castle) and the B&B is centrally located within Bushmills when it comes to takeaway and sit-in restaurants, a petrol station/convenience store right next door, and the major routes in/out of town. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

Breakfasts we were offered an excellent choice.
Room was described as a deluxe with shower. What we were offered on arrival was a bedroom with bathroom across the corridor. Would not consider this to be a luxury suite. We did manage to get this changed to a room with an en-suite. The bathroom was basic. Unfortunately on the last night the toilet developed a fault and could not flush. This was late at night so we could not report it until the following morning.

Our experience was exceptional.Steve rang me in the afternoon check our arrival time, I asked him for recommendations for somewhere to eat that evening. Not only did he give us an excellent recommendation of the Bayview but booked it for us and rang me back to confirm. The property / was room was perfect for our requirements. We are on a driving holiday in Ireland with friends. The range on offer for breakfast was fantastic, with an optional cooked breakfast if you wanted which was very good . Steve’s attitude as our host was brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area which included recommendations for Derry which was our next stop. 10/10, I would definitely recommend this property.we will come back again if in the area
No issues to improve.

Easy to find, park and access. Only stayed one night but would've been happier staying more nights but had plans with family in Enniskillen. Lovely breakfast too, very accommodating hosts. Private room rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy. Communal areas for cooking and dining for lunch and dinner time or just when the weather is nice in between is wonderful.
The weather but that's not the host's fault, apparently we arrived the first rainy day after a week of sunshine.

Rooms were modern , clean and well fitted with all amenities. Stephen could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We even got to charge our electric car using an external power point (bonus!). Breakfast choices were exceptional and freshly cooked to order - good job on the poached eggs! Apart from a little road noise (not much you can do about speeding cars passing by) our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Good location for touring North coast and great value for money. p.s. Fans of Northern Ireland football will get a little surprise viewing the posters and shirt collection on the walls! Well done Stephen.
Can you move property about 200m back from the road to reduce speeding car noise? (joking - not your problem) although I suspect rooms at the rear would have been noticeably quieter, so maybe just ask for a room facing away from the road?

We liked it being ground floor as I am disabled. We liked the welcome we received. We stayed here last year, It is so clean and modern. There is a modern kitchen and doors leading out unto a spacious garden with table and chairs for relaxing. We were in Room No 6, a luxury room with ensuite, it was lovely and spacious with a view of the garden. Its not far from Bushmills itself. We would recommend it to anyone stopping off for a few nights. The prices are reasonable. We will come back next year!
We loved all of it!
