Lovely room . Spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom. The reception staff were polite,friendly relaxed and helpful.

Breakfast was a shambles! We arrived as scheduled at9.15am but were not served our main breakfast. Until 9.50am! The breakfast room wasn't even busy! We had toast but had to request butter! Other guests arrived some time after us and were served before us. Very poor service which took some of the enjoyment from our stay.

we were lucky to have a sea view which was lovely, however, our room was at the top of the hotel and had low beams and sloped ceiling. This was fine for me and my sister and we found it quite quirky but my husband who is 6’ would have struggled and would probably have been banging his head! The location is so central and meant everywhere was within walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little bit dated in terms of decor but it was clean and comfortable. Our room had a bath with a shower overhead, there was no slip mat which and it was a bit risky. Small things like having a mirror on the dressing table and a shelf over the sink would make getting ready easier.

We received a warm greeting from the lady on reception who gave good advice about parking on the street. The Adelphi is well located in a picturesque seaside town. The rooms were warm and comfortable and everything was in walking distance. The breakfast was great, the staff member who was assisting us was really friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him about his family living in NZ. Everyone in our group commented how great it was to experience a place like Portrush. We'd definitely return.

Wish we'd stayed for longer!

The spa area was a good surprise. Beds where very comfortable. Rooms where clean. Good location, close to all shops, bars, beach, restaurants. Staff where extra attentive and very friendly. Beautiful family runned hotel and beautiful food with a good breakfast to choose from. I will definitely be returning.

I would have liked a room with a better view maybe at the front. I will remember this for next time. Maybe a little more options at the bar for crisps, nuts and drinks. Cocktails would be a good idea.

Breakfast was great. Our room was nice even though it did not have a view. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

Disappointed that, although the room was lovely and the bed comfortable, there were holes in the bedsheet. Also we got soap and a shoe cleaning box but no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel/body wash. Only discovered this in the morning or I would have asked for some.

Adelphi staff were all friendly & helpful. Room was a excellent size for 4 Adults and lovely to relax in the Health Suite in the afternoon. Evening meal & breakfast menu had plenty of choices. Great location on the Main Street, beside the shops and not to far from the Harbour & East Strand for the Portrush Parkrun on a Saturday morning. Thanks to all the staff for a fabulous stay.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were espicially happy with hospitality and helpfullness that Tony showed. The breakfast and dinner was very good. We will certainly visit you, if we go to Portrush again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The WiFi did not cover all the rooms, this was however not a big deal to us.

Good location in centre close to beach restaurants Comfortable clean room Served a very good breakfast Good welcome tray in room tea coffee biscuits and bottled water.

The only thing wrong was it was far too hot in room had to have the window open which could be noisy left window open while we were out so the temperature was more comfortable when we got back

Large bed with plugs on either side -Hair dryer that you didn't have to hold the button in -Delicious breakfast (highlight of the trip) -Very friendly staff in the restaurant -Option to book the spa so it wasn't packed with people

Bed was two single mattresses pushed together so you could feel the split at times -Room Decor was a bit dated but wouldn't stop us from booking the Adephi again if we were in Portrush

Very clean & large sized room. Having tea/coffee/biscuits/water a nice touch. Mini fridge also great for keeping water cold for later in the day. Excellent location for local shops/restaurants etc. Free parking close by. Breakfast very nice. Room was warm but fan available.

Bed slightly hard to lie on.
