(I)The excellent decor in entrance lounge area plus spaciousness & decor in Room No 5: Dunluce (bedroom with a view). (ii)Ana Isabelle at reception who was a charming and very professional reception team member .She was open and authentic and extremely helpful, catering for our needs. Moving us speedily from a room without a walk- in shower to a new room with walk -in shower to suit my husband's mobility needs .So a huge thank you to Ana.. Ana also provided us with complimentary Spritzers (non alcoholic) to compliment our evening meal as it was a 47th Wedding Anniversary celebration . (iii)Cara who served our evening meal .She was very friendly,helpful and professional .She also assisted with regulating heating in our room . Again,Cara was another consummate professional team member to make our stay very pleasant indeed . Adam who served drinks and was also available at reception for some queries.He was affable and kind .

The fact that on arrival in a large van into car park , the gardener approached with a level of coolness and portrayed a visbly stern manner! He seemed to consider his vehicle and trailer were at risk as we drove in to the spacious car park .We didn't understand his behaviour as he confronted us and discussed encounters with other guests 'parking style . It was apparent he was verbalising displeasure with us but in an indirect/covert manner by relaying stories of other guests.. Be assured his vehicle and trailer were perfectly safe. Our opinion is he should reconsider his parking position so as not to obstruct guests entrance with vehicles on their arrival .

Hotel is beautifully decorated, modern and spotlessly clean. Staff are very welcoming, helpful, friendly. Very comfortable rooms/beds...well equipped with kettle, hairdryer, tv etc. Food was excellent with a great selection. Full cooked ulster breakfast was delicious, as was the evening meal in the restaurant. Handy location to Giant's Causeway, Bushmills, Portrush etc We had a lovely relaxing stay and would certainly recommend! Special thanks to Louise and Eileen...was lovely to meet you both

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very warm welcome on arrival. No disability access for wheelchair users, no lift to bedrooms so wouldn't be suitable for guests with physical disabilities .

We had booked dinner for four guests including us .. ( friends home from Scotland ) which unknown to us turned out to be five . When I told the server we had an extra guest the look of disgust on her face was rather off putting and she even said * so five instead of four ??* with a thinly disguised snarl. It wasn't as though the restaurant was booked out we saw loads of empty tables ! However as the night went on her icy demeanour melted and she became friendlier.

Due to unusual circumstances we managed to check in early and that was very appreciated as things were really outside our control. The seating areas around reception were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The room we had was excellent and everywhere seemed spotlessly clean. Staff on reception and in the restaurant and housekeeping we very helpful and friendly and cannot fault the food as everything we chose was really exceptional. I honestly cannot find any fault from our stay and the kittens playing outside made the breakfast really fun. Well done to the owner and the staff and if we come back to the area this would be our choice of accommodation.

Not a lot in the immediate vicinity but we didn’t need anything.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. It is 1 mile away from The Giants Causeway, which was the reason to be there, and 1 mile away from the small town of Bushmills. The hotel had clearly been recently renovated and looked very nice and welcoming. All of the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. I was travelling with my wife and our two children so needed a family room. When we entered our room we only saw a single bed and a double bed at first, and was still happy with that, but then we noticed a second bedroom attached with two single beds, so that made it perfect. It was only a brief stay but would highly recommend the hotel.

The only negative thing I can say about the hotel was a humming sound outside our bedroom for quite a bit of the night. This was not too loud and did not disturb our sleep but was noticeable. It sounded like a generator or something outside. I think it may have stopped later during the night and I do not recall it first thing in the morning. Because it was there I focused on it and was unable to get to sleep quickly after a long day driving and touring around. The Guinness helped though.

Clean, beautiful family rooms,great location

Staff let it down! Lots of mistakes with table orders. They made a mistake and brought red wine instead of white. When corrected they said ‘this was on their docket’ but it was the mistake of the other waiter who wrote it down incorrectly. Reception staff were laughing and sniggering on check in, more interested in their young male friend who was peering in the window, giving very little attention to us as paying customers. This is the only downside I can say about the place - the staff! Most were lovely but didn’t seem very well Trained in hospitality!

Clean, nicely decorated and located beside the giants causeway and close trip to runkerry beach. We stayed in room four, which provided sea views. We appreciated the table and chairs in our bedroom. Staff provided additional cold water bottles and we liked the hot drinks machine and biscuits in our room. The beds were comfortable and although we were at the front/ side of the property, we were not bothered by any road noise. Breakfast was enjoyable and nice we could order specific cooked breakfast options. With a young child it was helpful the bathroom has a bathtub and that the room had an additional single bed.

We had the pleasure of staying at Gray’s at Bushmills, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The room was beautifully appointed – spacious, comfortable, and with a view that was simply stunning. The overall atmosphere struck the perfect balance between elegance and warmth. The food was very good, thoughtfully prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff – genuinely kind, attentive, and a joy to interact with. A special mention goes to Dragos, whose professionalism and warmth stood out, and to the two lovely ladies at the front desk, who were consistently helpful. We extended our stay by an extra night – a last-minute request they handled with great ease and flexibility, which we deeply appreciated.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Light and airy with beautiful decor and accents. We arrived soaking wet and the staff weren’t phased at all. The room was huge with really comfortable beds and linens with great toiletries in the bathroom and a hairdryer. WiFi was strong too. Dinner was excellent and really tasty and breakfast cooked to order was fabulous. We both had eggs Benedict which were cooked to perfection and there was plenty of cereals, fruits and bread too. The staff were lovely and so friendly. All in all, perfect for our stop over to visit the causeway.

The location is very close to Giant’s Causeway, modern interior and clean room. The Family room is very big with a separate room for kids.

The family room’s double bed isn’t what we expected. It’s smaller than standard double room. We’re not used to the size do we didn’t sleep well during our stay. The first breakfast we had, we asked for a la carte breakfast but the portion was surprisingly smaller than our second morning’s breakfast. Plus, we need to return a dish because something wasn’t not fresh. Please review your standard. There is lack of information which number to call to the reception when we needed something, which was a bit inconvenient.
