Hotel is beautifully decorated, modern and spotlessly clean. Staff are very welcoming, helpful, friendly. Very comfortable rooms/beds...well equipped with kettle, hairdryer, tv etc. Food was excellent with a great selection. Full cooked ulster breakfast was delicious, as was the evening meal in the restaurant. Handy location to Giant's Causeway, Bushmills, Portrush etc We had a lovely relaxing stay and would certainly recommend! Special thanks to Louise and Eileen...was lovely to meet you both

Staff let it down! Lots of mistakes with table orders. They made a mistake and brought red wine instead of white. When corrected they said ‘this was on their docket’ but it was the mistake of the other waiter who wrote it down incorrectly. Reception staff were laughing and sniggering on check in, more interested in their young male friend who was peering in the window, giving very little attention to us as paying customers. This is the only downside I can say about the place - the staff! Most were lovely but didn’t seem very well Trained in hospitality!

Clean, nicely decorated and located beside the giants causeway and close trip to runkerry beach. We stayed in room four, which provided sea views. We appreciated the table and chairs in our bedroom. Staff provided additional cold water bottles and we liked the hot drinks machine and biscuits in our room. The beds were comfortable and although we were at the front/ side of the property, we were not bothered by any road noise. Breakfast was enjoyable and nice we could order specific cooked breakfast options. With a young child it was helpful the bathroom has a bathtub and that the room had an additional single bed.

We had the pleasure of staying at Gray’s at Bushmills, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The room was beautifully appointed – spacious, comfortable, and with a view that was simply stunning. The overall atmosphere struck the perfect balance between elegance and warmth. The food was very good, thoughtfully prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff – genuinely kind, attentive, and a joy to interact with. A special mention goes to Dragos, whose professionalism and warmth stood out, and to the two lovely ladies at the front desk, who were consistently helpful. We extended our stay by an extra night – a last-minute request they handled with great ease and flexibility, which we deeply appreciated.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Light and airy with beautiful decor and accents. We arrived soaking wet and the staff weren’t phased at all. The room was huge with really comfortable beds and linens with great toiletries in the bathroom and a hairdryer. WiFi was strong too. Dinner was excellent and really tasty and breakfast cooked to order was fabulous. We both had eggs Benedict which were cooked to perfection and there was plenty of cereals, fruits and bread too. The staff were lovely and so friendly. All in all, perfect for our stop over to visit the causeway.

The location is very close to Giant’s Causeway, modern interior and clean room. The Family room is very big with a separate room for kids.

The family room’s double bed isn’t what we expected. It’s smaller than standard double room. We’re not used to the size do we didn’t sleep well during our stay. The first breakfast we had, we asked for a la carte breakfast but the portion was surprisingly smaller than our second morning’s breakfast. Plus, we need to return a dish because something wasn’t not fresh. Please review your standard. There is lack of information which number to call to the reception when we needed something, which was a bit inconvenient.

Proximity to the Giant Causeway. The room was clean and the view of our room was nice. The carpark was close by and easy accessible. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good

The room we stayed in was small and as there was no lift we had to carry our luggage up 3 stair cases. There was no drinks price list, neither in the hotel restaurant, nor the bar. We asked at both venues for it but were told that they do not have them. This is, to my knowledge, illegal and a drinks price list must be displayed and easily readable as part of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

The staff were all so friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the most enjoyable that it could - including chatting to us before bed in the bar which was really nice and made us feel very welcome! Grays is also only around a 20 minute drive from coleraine, portrush and portstewart - this was great as there was lots to keep us busy - great location!

Not too big of a deal but it would be good to do double rooms and twin rooms so that there is more space - we had an unused single bed which took up space in an already quite small top floor room.

We opted for this place, as it was in walking distance to the Giant's Causeway and totally redecorated. We are very happy with our choice: Reception, lounge, restaurant, bar and rooms are very cosy. Comfy bed. Massive room ("No. 3 Bushmills") with a double bed and a single (I could have opened a dozen suitcases there all at the same time). Especially liked the excellent cooked food at breakfast (recommendation is Pancakes or Eggs Benedict with Salmon) as well as during the evening meals (recommendation is e.g. the monkfish) in a 4* quality. The staff has always been very helpful and extremely friendly (Thank you!). Very quiet during the week for a relaxed stay and great during Saturday nights to meet great new people (to make you laugh the entire night - thank you if you read this!) and enjoy the live music. Free parking on site and in view, where there has always been a parking space available for us, independent of our arriving time. I wish we could have stayed longer. Need to come back. ;)

The view and room were lovely. The breakfast was good

We arrived around 9:15pm after driving for hours, there was no option for any food after 9pm. We were starving. There was no late night sandwich option, no vending machines. Nothing. By the time we got suggestions to go in town by the staff, everything was already closed. This was the only bad part of the experience, there should always be some food available, especially for later arrivals since check in is until 11pm.
