This hostel could not be in a better location. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Causeway at sunset or sunrise without hoards of people. The room itself was small and simple. And room 5 has one bunk that is especially small due to an angular ceiling. But, the bedding was clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen is very clean and has coffee, tea and milk along with spices if you wanted to cook for yourself, which you will want to as there are no food options open after 5pm nearby. Bring breakfast snacks, too! There is also a very nice sunroom if the weather keeps you inside for bit. It is just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop which is helpful.
As has been mentioned, this is an older place that clearly gets a lot of traffic. But, I found everything to be clean enough and the positives definitely outweighed any negatives.

Excellent location. 3 mins walking from Gisnts Causway Visiting Centre and 2 mins. from the bus stop. Great, clean, well kept kitchen with all the amenities needed., Sweet living room and great conservatory overlooking the coast. Central heating and personal heating in the rooms keep the place warm and carpets in living quaters add warmth. Bed sheets and warm duvets provided. Rudi, who runs the place, is very friendly. Explained everything to great detail and was very flexible and helpfull - enabled me to check in early and was willing to keep my bags after check out if needed. I came in the middle of the week. Had a room to myself and everything was wonderfully quiet. Will stay again if needed! Thank you!!
I was surprised that it was right on the road - the picture in the web site doesnt show it. But everything was quiet and it didn't disturb at all. The place is simple. Better lighting would do wonders. The beds in dorms are self made. Can see the finishes. Bathrooms a bit dark but there is hot water and are clean. There are places where the colour of the walls is peeling off.

For a hostel it was very nice! We had the private room for our family of four. It was the first time our kids had experienced a hostel and they enjoyed it as well. The location being so close to giants causeway that we walked was a highlight! The little town nearby had some great shops and we had breakfast at Lilly’s which was delicious. Highly recommend.
Not much! It’s older… so the furniture has lived. But all in all, it’s what you would expect.

Great price location facilities like tea and coffee . Soap and towel in bathroom. Heater in room . Good clean decor friendly staff , got parked on front . TV in lounge! Kitchen use toaster fridge microwave . If yr hungry they will do you a pizza for 3 euro . We stayed at railway hostel kilarney which wasn't a patch on this place, so pleasantly surprised. Good clean bedding and nice pillows. Key to room good security . A fridge help yrself pass it forwards scheme
Matress could have been better as could feel the springs . Otherwise really really good 👍 sticking door needed plaining as handle nearly off due to how hard needed to pull it to shut it. Electric socket had a screw missing so was loose.

Great little hostel super close to the Giants Causeway. The hostel is an old little farm house so it is expected that facilities are a bit older. The bus drops you off very close to the hostel. The size of the hostel makes it intimate.
The tea towels desperately need to be replaced. There isn’t a proper path from the bus stop to the hostel so you need to be very careful on the road.

The location of this hostel is superb. It is within walking distance from the causeway so I recommend that you go there at the beginning or at the end of the day so you don't encounter massive tourist crowds. There is a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal and the value was good.
Some people might not like the old fashioned style of the hostel but for me it was absolutely fine.

Location is excellent to Giant's Causeway, just a few minutes walk. Friendly staff. I like the two "BOXES". One for you to leave any items which you don't want while another box has free items for you to use. It's a good idea to reuse or recycle the items. The accommodation offers complimentary coffee & tea. There is a shared kitchen for the travelers to use.
The accommodation is kind of old, outdated.

Location and the people running the Hostal was the highlight. The people were super nice and helpful. And the location is remarkable. Will definitely come back because of that :)
The beds were uncomfortable, the bed sheets are old and always fall off. The rooms nearly have no space to leave any backpacks/luggage. Bathroom works but it could have some improvements made like maybe having an actual bath rug? Or having a piece of furniture (like a table) where you can lay down your personal items while you are in the bathroom? That would help a lot

Nothing can beat the location of this lovely place. The opportunity to walk to Giants Causeway when tourists are gone - early in the morning or in the evening - is very special. The staff at the hostel was very helpful. The rooms and common spaces are clean, tidy and comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus, essentially across the street, so it makes traveling to and from simple.
While there is a restaurant at the Causeway, I was not aware that I would need to go into Bushmills by bus to find a market to buy food to cook. This was easy enough to do, and it was enjoyable to cook in the communal kitchen and meet people, but it would have been helpful to have known in advance. It wasn't clear to me from the description that that would be necessary. It worked out well, but I wasn't initially prepared for that.

The location made it possible to hike Giants Causeway multiple days. My friend and I were able to be in the same dorm room, and the rooms were comfortable and fun.
Not the hostel's issue, but the fertilizer that must have recently been spread made the outside smell really bad. Not on the inside though.
