Staff were excellent and very professional

We stayed for 8days a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom staff did their very best to rectify the problem. Very dissatisfied about the disabled parking. My wife is disabled on crutches and cannot walk very far, on many occasions over the 8 day period we stayed at the hotel we found that several of disabled marked spaces were occupied by what appears to be non disabled badge holders - no disabled badges displayed and we couldn’t park in these designated spaces. Please can you consider to put in place a system to take vehicle registration numbers of guests and visitors on arrival like most other hotels do - this could enable staff to check and monitor non disabled persons who park in your disabled spaces.

I enjoyed how close everything was to me and the late times everything was open till. The Staff were also amazing and really helpful. Ashley/Rebecca checked me in they were very welcoming and quick, Rachel was there for the majority of my stay and was always friendly & made light chatter, Noel who was night shift was very helpful with information and requests and made light chatter also. Staff were excellent to when it comes down to customer service, treated like a person rather than a name in a system.

On arrival toilet had a waterline ring stain. Dirty or maintenance issue not sure? but nothing that would've made my stay distasteful. Just need more attention to detail. No other issues.

Stayed one night with my mum and two children for a quick night away over Easter. Room was lovely and very clean, only thing I would say for 4 people it was a little tight with no space between the beds and little room to move about, however, we still had a great stay and this would not put us off staying again. We ate dinner in the onsite restaurant and the food was lovely and very good value for money, as was breakfast the following morning. We had stayed here previously when it was the Premier Inn and have to say the Ibis have done a great job in modernising the rooms.

For 4 people in a room the room was a little cramped with literally no room between the beds and little room to move about. I have stayed in a double room before and it was the same room but with an additional two beds in it. That said, it would not put me off staying again with the kids.

We loved this place. It would have to be the best place we stayed at despite paying a lot more in other places that claim to be 5 star. At first I was a bit put off due to being so far out of town. However, that turned out to be a bonus as we could get to places without getting caught up in the town congestion. The hotel is also close, you can walk, to fast food, supermarket, hardware and several other shops.

We were catching the ferry at Larne and decided we liked this hotel so much that we would extend our stay an extra night, sadly they were all booked out, we didn't like that, so we had to move on.

We went as a family of 5 and it was clean and staff where friendly. It's walking distance to an amusement arcade and McDonald's and there is shops All within walking distance.

As a family we all like to be together or in an adjoining room for the kids sakes when we last stayed there we had the adjoining room which was great but we have stayed on the 2nd of March for just 1 night and we were put into separate rooms with the kids staying in a room of their own which meant one parent had to stay with 2 children in one and the other child had to stay with the other parent in the other room. The kids ages are 13 9 and 8. I would stay there again only if they have adjoining rooms to accommodate big families like previously. Food was just okay.

The rooms were beautifully decorated in a modern finish. Beds were big with comfortable mattress and good pillows. The shower was excellent. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Also the room was very quiet with no road noise and good keypad security on corridors for guests so non guests coukd not gain access to rooms. We ate in The Sandpiper restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was very reasonable and delicious. All the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Nothing it was excellent.

Near to everything, and having restaurant beside was great given that we had no electricity at my Mums (who also stayed one night). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - front desk staff were always smiling to welcome and say hello, staff at the restaurant were fantastic (Angel-Lee, Daniele, and Reese) which is why we went back several times to eat there. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, hot (very) water in shower, quiet (even room facing road were quiet)

Nothing negative to say.

Room was very modern and comfortable. Included hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee, milk. Plenty of plugs beside the beds and in front of the mirror. Comfortable shower pressure. Very clean overall. Breakfast was delicious with loads of vegetarian options. Was impressed overall especially for the price, was close to town, easy to get to, with ample parking and fast food places near by if you're looking for something cheap and cheerful (including McDonalds, Burger King, Subway and a really nice local fish and chip place)

We arrived at 4pm and were unable to check in (after driving 5 hours to get there). We went to the causeway and came back to check in around 6pm. The iron and ironing board were poor quality but did the job. Requested it for my room and worked somewhat ok.

As we were passing through, the location just off the ring road was perfect. There was plenty of outdoor parking near the building. We had a deluxe double with a king bed. There was plenty of space and the usual Ibis storage. It was good having a desk and chair and armchair. There were plugs and phone ports by the bed. Dinner at the Sandpiper Restaurant was very good.

The room could have done with a central light rather than just targeted lighting.

Hotel is very well located with free parking. Hotel room and ensuite were very clean. Breakfast was delicious with various options to choose from - toast, croissants, muffins, various types of cooked eggs, hash browns, sausages, potato bread. Enjoyed also the possibility of having dinner at the hotel. Booked there four times and the food was excellent every time.

Would have preferred having a shower rather than a shower bath as it would have been accessed more easily.
